Rampur Street Food has many legacies to enjoy. Starting with Babbu Bhai Ki Haleem in breakfast we tried 100 years old Mashooq Ki Phulki and just after that a mouth melting Mulla Ji Ka Halwa in Rampur.
Then moving on further by the day we visited Rainbow Biscuit a 70 years old secret recipe of amazing unique buttery hand made Rainbow biscuit in Rampur.
Chapli Kabab a famous and traditional street food of Afghanistan and Peshawar as well but here in Rampur. Ehsan Chapli Kabab and then finally ended our rampur food tour at Asad Ki Nihari in Pan Dariba.
The whole video is full of legacy food of Rampur.

मुरादाबाद उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में एक शहर है। यह शहर राजा शाहजहां के बेटे मुराद के द्वारा 1600 में बसाया था। नतीजतन शहर मुरादाबाद के रूप में जाना जाने लगा। मुरादाबाद शहर को पीतल की नगरी से पुकारा जाता है। इस नगर में पीतल की धातु पर अनेकों खूबसूरत कलाओं का प्रदर्शन किया जाता है, जो कि पूरे विश्व अपनी पहचान बनाए हुए है।
5,945 वर्ग किमी क्षेत्रफल वाला मुरादाबाद जिला गंगा नदी (पश्चिम) के समतल मैदान से घिरा है और यहां से रामगंगा नदी बहती है। मुरादाबाद़ में हिंदी, पंजाबी, उर्दू और अंग्रेजी सबसे आम भाषाएं हैं। यह शहर सांस्कृतिक और ऐतिहासिक रूप से बहुत महत्वपूर्ण शहर है।

रामपुर में सन् 1774 से 1949 तक नवाबों का राज हुआ करता था. रजा अली खां रामपुर के आखिरी नवाब थे. नवाबी दौर भले ही खत्म हो चुका है लेकिन, उस दौर में बनी ऐतिहासिक इमारतें आज भी बुलंदी से खड़ी हैं. आजादी से पहले रामपुर में नवाबों का अलग रुतबा था. उनका अपना रेलवे स्टेशन हुआ करता था, जहां हर समय दो बोगियां तैयार खड़ी रहतीं।
जब भी नवाब परिवार को दिल्ली, लखनऊ आदि जाना होता तो वह नवाब रेलवे स्टेशन पहुंच जाते. वहां से ट्रेन में उनकी बोगियां जोड़ दी जाती थीं. संपत्ति विवाद के चलते नवाब स्टेशन खंडहर बन गया है और बोगियों को जंग लग गई है।
नौवें नवाब हामिद अली खां ने बनवाया था
रामपुर में रेलवे स्टेशन के पास एक बुलंद इमारत है. वक्त की खरोंचो को साफ किया जाए तो इसके पीछे एक सुनहला इतिहास नजर आता है. यह इतिहास हमें रामपुर के नवाब हामिद अली खां के दौर में ले जाता है. इस इमारत को नवाब का स्टेशन के नाम से जाना जाता है.
रामपुर के नौवें नवाब हामिद अली खां के दौर में जब जिले से रेलवे लाइन गुजरी तो उन्होंने रेलवे स्टेशन के करीब ही अपने लिए अलग स्टेशन बनवाया था. दिल्ली या लखनऊ जाते समय नवाब परिवार अपने महल से सीधे नवाब स्टेशन जाते और यहां से अपनी बोगियों में बैठ जाते थे. इसके लिए 40 किलोमीटर लंबी रेलवे लाइन बिछाई गई थी.
जंग खा रही हैं बोगियां
रामपुर स्टेशन पर ट्रेन आने पर उनकी बोगियां उसमें जोड़ दी जाती थीं. आजादी के बाद भी नवाब अपनी बोगियों में सफर करते रहे लेकिन, बाद में सरकारी नियमों के चलते इस पर रोक लग गई. इसके बाद नवाब परिवारों के बीच संपत्ति को लेकर विवाद हो गया. देखरेख न होने से इसकी चमक फीकी पड़ने लगी.
हालत यह है कि कभी शाही अंदाज में सजी रहने वाली इन बोगियों में आज जंग लगी है. बोगियों के सभी दरवाजे और खिड़कियां बंद कर दिए गए हैं. बोगी के दरवाजों पर ताले जड़े हुए हैं. इसी तरह नवाब स्टेशन भी खंडहर बन चुका है. यहां अब साइकिल स्टैंड बना दिया गया है.
रामपुर से मिलक के बीच बिछवाई थी रेल लाइन
रामपुर में नवाब का स्टेशन बदहाल है लेकिन, उसके स्वर्णिम इतिहास रोमांच और सम्मान पैदा कर रहे हैं। इतिहास के पन्ने उलटने से इस बात के प्रमाण मिलते हैं कि रामपुर के तत्कालीन नवाब हामिद अली खां ने अपना रेलवे स्टेशन बनवाया। इस अंचल में रेल की सेवा साल 1894 में शुरू हुई। अवध और रुहेलखंड रेलवे ने ट्रेन की सेवा शुरू की। 1925 में ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी ने देश में रेल सेवा का संचालन संभाल लिया। उसी साल नवाब हामिद ने चालीस किमी का निजी रेललाइन बिछवाया था। इसमें तीन स्टेशन थे-रामपुर नवाब रेलवे स्टेशन, उससे कुछ दूरी पर रामपुर रेलवे स्टेशन और फिर मिलक। नवाब का सैलून रामपुर नवाब रेलवे स्टेशन पर खड़ा होता था। जबकि रामपुर रेलवे स्टेशन आम लोगों के लिए था। साल 1930 में नवाब हामिद का इंतकाल हो गया, इसके बाद नवाब रजाली खां ने रियासत की बागडोर संभाली। साल 1949 में रेलवे भारत के जिम्मे हो गई। साल 1954 में नवाब ने रामपुर रेलवे स्टेशन और दो सैलून रेलवे को उपहार के तौर पर दे दिए।
