It was mixed weather in Kufstein. I started my walk in pouring rain, but after a while, it stopped and the sun showed up.
Kufstein is a town in the Austrian state of Tyrol. It is located in the eastern part of the state, near the border with Germany. Kufstein is known for its picturesque location on the Inn River and its historic fortress, which dates back to the 13th century.
The town is also home to a number of cultural attractions, including museums, galleries, and music festivals. Kufstein is a popular destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and skiing, as it is situated in the foothills of the Alps.

You probably know the town of Kufstein! Surrounded by mountains, so peaceful and quiet. Yes, that is Kufstein, there on the green Inn… ”And as idyllic as it was once sung about, Kufstein is still today.
