Hello everyone and welcome to Klaipėda, the third largest city and the only port in Lithuania.
It is great to visit during the sea festival in summer, but it won't disappoint you on other days either with all the sights there are to see. From the most famous sea museum and dolphinarium at the Curonian Spit to Klaipėda's German style old town and beaches at the edge of the city.
p.s. I filmed this a few months back during the sea festival, before having my haircut, so I might look a bit odd after watching my more recent videos ????

What to see and do in Klaipeda, Lithuania. From the curonian spit and the sand dunes by Nida to the Hill of Witches at Juodkrante to the nightlife and beaches right nearby, Klaipeda, Lithuania is a nice town to visit when you are passing through Lithuania. The best time to visit is in Summer in July during the Sea Festival when the city has so many things on offer for tourists and visitors. There is even an international English speaking university LCC, Lithuanian Christian College so English is spoken quite often around town.

24 Hours in Klaipeda | Lithuania's 3rd Largest City!
After getting off the train in Klaipeda earlier in the day, I had all afternoon and evening to explore Klaipeda and learn more about its history here in Lithuania. I wandered around Klaipeda old town, explored the Klaipeda port, and then headed to the beach in Klaipeda to watch the sunset!

Unfortunately most people around the world don’t know much about Lithuania. In some ways this is a blessing - since the beautiful old towns and city centres of the country are never too busy in the same way as perhaps London, Paris, and Amsterdam. EXPLORING KLAIPEDA, LITHUANIA | Beautiful City on the Baltic Sea!
Autumn has fallen in the Baltics, and this week we found ourselves in the port city of Klaipeda. Klaipeda is right on the Baltic Sea, and we immediately fell in love with the charming seaside vibes of this beautiful city.
Even though the weather was quite rainy and cold, we had a wonderful time exploring. In this video, we visit Old Town, stroll along the River Promenade, visit the Old Bazaar, eat at a local restaurant, and grab a drink at a really cool bar.

Visiting Kaunas, Lithuania | Travel guide from a local
Hello everyone and welcome to Kaunas - the second largest city in Lithuania. I'm so exited to make this video because I grew up in Kaunas and want to show you all what the city has to offer.
Some of the famous places are: Kaunas gothic old town and centre, Pažaislis monastery and Kaunas reservoir with a yacht club, old city funiculars, numerous museums and galleries including museum of Lithuania's most famous painter and composer M. K. Čiurlionis, and a quirky Devil's museum. In Kaunas you can also learn a lot about soviet past from its unique shops and cafes still left in the centre, and 9 fort museum which is infamous for its role in the second world war.

The Train to Coastal Lithuania. Welcome to Klaipeda. But Where is Everyone?
I had to get out to the coast anyway as I was catching a ferry. So I decided to take the earlier train and do a bit of exploration in Klaipeda. But I think I put too much time aside for this one. Join me, firstly on a Lithuanian train, and then on the mean streets of an almost deserted city. It was still fun though and I hope you enjoy the video :)
