還記得咱們最早聊過的世界上最北的城市朗伊爾城嗎？在朗伊爾城博物館裡保存著一張著名的《斯瓦爾巴條約》，這份1925年北洋政府在巴黎簽署的《斯瓦爾巴條約》，至今仍然生效。
條約規定:“所有締約國的人民，都可自由出入斯瓦爾巴群島，並可以在群島及附近海域從事正當生產、商業和科考研究活動，簡單說就是加入該條約的國家的人民，都可以在斯瓦爾巴群島這片歐洲土地上自由出入，無限期停留、工作和生活。
斯瓦爾巴群島是一個獨特美麗但脆弱的地方，位於挪威大陸與北極點的正中間。最初由荷蘭探險家巴倫支於1596年發現，由於該地區資源太過豐富，自從被發現以來，有大批歐洲移民在來到斯瓦爾巴群島，狩獵，研究，採礦和旅遊，一直以來斯瓦爾巴德群島都被看作是一片國際共有的土地。
在這裡最普遍的是煤礦開採，其首府朗伊爾城就是最明顯的例子，但採礦必須擁有土地和礦藏的獨家開採權，所以從20世紀初開始，沒有任何法律法規的斯瓦爾巴德群島迫切需要立法和法院來解決礦業公司之間以及公司與工人之間的爭端，直到一戰結束後的1920年，《斯瓦爾巴特條約》終於誕生了。
條約除了規定締約國的國民可自由出入無限制居住以外，還規定了斯瓦爾巴群島由挪威負責管轄，群島上的居民都必須遵守挪威法律，最重要的是斯瓦爾巴群島上的任何活動絕不能用於戰爭目的。
然而事實上在1991年之前，全中國幾乎沒人知道這份《斯瓦爾巴條約》。直到探險家高登義前往北極科學考察時，在斯匹次卑爾根大學葉新教授贈送的《北極指南》中，看到了英文版的《斯瓦爾巴條約》，這才打開了中國在北極科學考察的大門。
2004年中國首個北極科考站黃河站正式建立，門口有兩個石獅子鎮守至今。而黃河站所在的小鎮就是新奧爾松，位於北緯78度55分，被譽為北極科學城。
新奧爾松是全世界最北有人類長期居住的小鎮，鎮上的居民都是各國的科學家，到了夏季可以達到100多人，北極探險家羅爾德阿蒙森的雕像是小鎮的標誌。
新奧爾松位於斯瓦爾巴群島北極圈內的國王峽灣南岸，創立於1917年也是起源於煤礦開採，目前由挪威王灣公司負責小鎮的統一管理，包括機場、碼頭等設施維護。
在1962年國王灣礦難事件後，小鎮上的採礦活動被終止，多年來一直用於漁港和旅遊。
自1992年以來已經有包括中國在內的16個國家，在此建立了永久性北極科學考察研究站，參與機構的代表每年都會舉行兩次會議。
其實在新奧爾鬆建立科考站花費還是不低的，據說在2001年的時候每度電都要160多塊錢。
如今新奧爾松小鎮仍舊是斯瓦爾巴群島的熱門旅遊景點，小鎮上有一座全世界最北的郵局和紀念品商店，運氣好的遊客可以從這裡寄出明信片，另外還有一座世界上最北的火箭發射場。
新奧爾松小鎮很小10幾分鐘就走遍了，但如果想要離開定居點，所有人都必須攜帶槍支以避免遭遇熊出沒。
由於地處北極苔原地區，這裡植被貧瘠，易受傷害，多為地衣，所以該地區的哺乳動物經常會闖入遊客的視線，包括擁有美麗大角的斯瓦爾巴德馴鹿，冰雪聰明靈動可愛的北極狐，以及北極的百獸之王北極熊，很多遊客前來都是為了看一眼北極熊的。

Друзья ну вот и начался наш второй день путешествия Сегодня мы зайдём в старую Ладогу пройдём Волховский шлюз поднимемся вверх по течению реки до Кириш и остановимся на сотом километре реке Тигода на ночёвку там нас нещадно будут есть комары. Мы не как не можем налюбоваться древней могучей рекой седой Волхов ????????????

Однодневное путешествие на лодках ПВХ с моторами 15 л.с. по Ладожскому озеру от острова Паяринсаари к острову Валаам. Осмотр достопримечательностей, Спасо-Преображенский монастырь (Валаамский монастырь). Путь составил около 80 км в обе стороны, примерно 1.50 в одну сторону и 1.30 обратно. Лодки River Boats 370 и 410, моторы Suzuki 15 2т и 4т. Советы и впечатления от поездки.
