Switzerland is a small country full of surprises and wonderful villages. Since decades, Switzerland has been attracting numerous tourists from allover the world. It is the Alps that fascinates most of the visitors but also the very well preserved villages. Although Switzerland is quite small, depending on the region, the villages and towns may look very different. In this video, the 10 most beautiful villages from allover the country will be presented in detail. While there may be a few that you might have heard of, there will be quite some surprises. Gruyères is THE place to experience the medieval vibes in Switzerland. The castle, the museums and furthermore the foodie world of Gruyères are really exciting to experience, do not forget to try fondue, Gruyère cheese and double cream! Zermatt is the most popular village on this list. Visit the many panoramas over the Swiss Alps, see the Matterhorn or simply explore the village of Zermatt itself! Discover the many beautiful traditional wooden houses scattered around this Swiss village! Visit what used to be the smallest municipality of Switzerland: Corippo. Corippo is located in the Valle Verzasca in Ticino. It's a wonderful village full of stone houses and very interesting: ONLY 12 people live in there! Surely, it's not crowded there. Saint-Ursanne is another medieval village; the town that could be in a fairytale. Saint-Ursanne is built along the river doubs and charms with its many medieval houses and wonderful abbey. Guarda - the town of Schellenursli - in the lower Engadin is located in the Rumantsch speaking region of Switzerland. It's far away the urban centres and very quiet. Best to visit during Summer or on Chalandamarz! Grimentz is THE stereotypical village of Switzerland. It's located up in the Swiss Alps and charms with its many traditional wooden houses. The houses are all decorated with red flowers; cheesy and alluring! Lauterbrunnen is another touristy favorite. The village is small but it's located in the Valley of 72 Waterfalls! Enjoy the scenery with its many waterfalls and greens! Do not forget to go up to Wengen and the Jungfraujoch! Epesses is located in Switzerland's wine region at lake Geneva! It's a wonderful village in the middle of the vineyards and definitely offers you enough viewpoints over the wine terraces, lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps. Stein am Rhein is also a very medieval and cultural village. The old town is perfectly preserved and charms with its many painted houses. Spectacular is the No e Wili play that is held on a 10-25 years base. Enjoy swimming in the river Rhine or dining at the Castle Hohenklingen. MORCOTE is the most beautiful Swiss village on this Top 10 list! It's located at Lake Lugano and charms with its appearance of being built at the hill. Stunning is the church Maria del Sasso, the wonder garden in the Parco Scherrer and furthermore the many viewpoints on the hill. Morcote is by the way considered not very touristy. We visited Tyrol and attended The Social Travel Summit as part of a project managed by iambassador in partnership with the Tirol Tourist Board, Austrian Tourism Board and Alpbachtal Seenland.
Visit Austria (Tirol) - Tyrol Travel Guide to Alpbachtal Video Transcript:
Today we’re showing you around one of the most picturesque corners in all of Austria: the Alpbachtal Valley located in Tyrol. This was our first time visiting Austria and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place to start. While we only had 3 days in this region, we managed to pack lots of time in the mountains, sample the local cuisine and befriend more than one cow along the way. The following is our mini-travel guide to Alpbachtal:
After getting settled into our farmhouse it was time for lunch and boy were we hungry. We drove to Brandenberg where we ate at Kaiserhaus, a restaurant and guesthouse tucked out in nature.
Tyrolean Food at Kaiserhaus Gasthof - Seeing as this was our first day in Tyrol, we wanted to sample some Tyrolean food including gamey meats and noodle dishes.
Hiking the Kaiserklamm - This was a really nice walk that followed the course of the river and took us over a series of bridges and tunnels. We sure enjoyed the scenery.
After that we returned back to our town of Reith im Alpbachtal, where we had some more hearty Tyrolean food and listened to a bit of live music.
On day 2, we lucked out with clear blue skies, so after having breakfast in our farmhouse, we drove to the town of Alpbach. Here we got quick e-biking lesson, and set off to tackle the Alps in style.
It wasn’t long before we left the town behind and found ourselves in the middle of nature. We rode up valleys, over streams, through forests, and tackled some pretty steep inclines along the way, but as you can see, the scenery was stunning.
We drove to the nearby village of Kramsach, where we stopped off for - you guessed it - more food! We were famished after all that biking, and we didn’t hold back. We plopped ourselves down at Rohrerhof, where we proceeded to order cappuccinos, massive dessert platters and schnapps. The next attraction: the Tyrolean Farmhouse Museum,
Gondola ride to Wiedersbergerhorn - After a leisurely walk and enjoying the impressive views, something else caught our attention - a mountaintop restaurant with an outdoor terrace!
Almatrieb Cows Come Home Parade - By noon, the festivities were in full swing. But it wasn’t all about cows. There were also craft demonstrations, food stalls, and lots of bands playing for jovial crowds who created their own dance floors.
That sums up our trip to the Alpbachtal Valley in Tyrol - cows, mountains and a whole bunch of delicious food. See you next time in Vienna (Wien).

Sami siebie zaskakujemy! Jak w ogóle trafiliśmy do Luksemburga? Zainspirowaliśmy się informacjami w sieci i postanowiliśmy, że czas najwyższy odkryć tą mało popularną destynację turystyczną! No i przepadliśmy. Naprawdę. Zakochaliśmy się w tym miejscu ❤️
Pewnie zastanawiacie się w czym konkretnie. Musimy przyznać, że ciężko to opisać, tego trzeba doświadczyć. Najbliższe będą jednak określenia, że to przede wszystkim przepiękny, malutki kraj, w którym po prostu dobrze się czuliśmy. Wszędzie jest blisko. Wielokulturowa i przyjazna atmosfera sprawia, że jest na luzie. Malownicze miasteczka, zielone krajobrazy, wzgórza porośnięte winoroślami czy baśniowe zamki na pewno dodają uroku ???? W poruszaniu się ułatwia to, że każdy tu mówi po angielsku, zresztą nie tylko, bo też i po narodowym luksembursku, francusku oraz niemiecku. I bezpłatny transport publiczny. W stolicy stare miesza się z nowym. Tu jest po prostu, jakby to amerykanie określili, świetny vibe ????

I recorded myself outside, just to give you information how you can come here and what is my experience with this swimming pool. So guys, me and my friends enjoyed alot and we will definitely come back for swimming again. The staff is really helpful, even if you don't know swimming they will provide you all the equipments and guide you how you can swim.
It's just my experience which I am sharing with you guys so you can go and see with your own eyes. Everything was neat and clean.
