कॉलेज के बारे में
सरकार लक्ष्मणेश्वर कॉलेज खरोद की स्थापना जुलाई 1965 में हुई थी। शुरुआती दिनों में इसे लक्ष्मणेश्वर शिक्षण समिति द्वारा एक निजी कॉलेज के रूप में आयोजित किया गया था। 26 जून 1981 को कॉलेज को सरकार ने अपने कब्जे में ले लिया था। यूजीसी एक्ट के तहत 2एफ के तहत कॉलेज का पुनर्गठन किया गया है। खरोद चित्रोत्पल्ला महानदी के किनारे और शिवरीनारायण के पास स्थित है। खरोद और शिवरीनारायण धार्मिक स्थल हैं जो हर साल माघी पूर्णिमा के दौरान आयोजित होने वाले धार्मिक मेले के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं। खरोद लक्ष्मणेश्वर मंदिर के लिए भी प्रसिद्ध है। कॉलेज के पास 16.10 एकड़ जमीन है और यह 1 खेल मैदान और एक बगीचे से सुसज्जित है।
सरकार लक्ष्मणेश्वर कॉलेज खरोद की स्थापना जुलाई 1965 में हुई थी।

The Rann of Kutch is a large area of salt marshes that span the border between Pakistan and India. It is located mostly in Gujarat (primarily the Kutch district), India and in some parts of Sindh, Pakistan. It is divided into the Great Rann and Little Rann.
The region is seasonally marshy. The marsh covers around 26,000 square kilometres (10,000 square miles) and is positioned between the Gulf of Kutch and the mouth of the Indus River in southern Pakistan. Many rivers located in Rajasthan and Gujarat flow into the Rann of Kutch. These are: Luni, Bhuki, Bharud, Nara, Kharod, Banas, Saraswati, Rupen, Bambhan and Machchhu.

हेलो दोस्तों आज मैं Explore 360 World आपको लेकर आया हूं छत्तीसगढ़ के एक प्राचीन शहर में जिसको छत्तीसगढ़ के काशी के नाम से भी जाना जाता है | खरौद जांजगीर चांपा जिले में स्थित है शिवरीनारायण से इसकी दूरी 3 किलोमीटर बिलासपुर से दूरी 62 किलोमीटर और रायपुर से इसकी दूरी 120 किलोमीटर है | खरौद में बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध लक्ष्मेश्वर मंदिर है जोकि बहुत प्राचीन है और बहुत ही रहस्यो से भरा हुआ है और ऐसा कहा जाता है कि लक्ष्मणेश्वर शिवलिंग में एक लाख छिद्र है और इनको लक्ष्मण भगवान द्वारा स्थापित किया गया है यहां और भी जानकारी है जो मुख्य पुजारी द्वारा दिया गया है---- यह स्वयंभू शिवलिंग है इनको लक्ष्मण जी द्वारा स्थापित किया गया है जैसे राम से रामेश्वर जी हुए वैसे ही लक्ष्मण दी जी द्वारा लक्ष्मणेश्वर शिवलिंग हुआ लक्ष्मण जी का लंका जीत के वापसी में बनाया गया शिवलिंग है यह लक्ष्य लिंग है छोटी-छोटी पत्थरों का लाख लिंग बनाकर पूजा किए थे लक्ष्मण जी | शिवलिंग स्वयंभू विराट रूप में है मृत्यु लोक में एक ही है और कहीं नहीं है और शिवलिंग के अगल-बगल 3 कुंड है गंगा जमुना त्रिवेणी यह चोटी शिखर पूजा है भगवान पर्वत नुमा आकार में है शिवलिंग जमीन से 21 फीट ऊपर में है कुंड में पानी जितना डालो या निकालो हमेशा एक समान ही रहता है हमेशा नदी नाला कुआ बावड़ी यह रोड के ऊपर नहीं आते लेकिन यह कुंड में पानी 21 फीट ऊपर में है यह मंदिर 1300 साल साल पुराना है आठवीं सदी का मंदिर का निर्माण सिरपुर के राजा है है वंशी वाले लोग करवाए थे | मंदिर के पीछे एक लक्ष्मण कुंड है बताया जाता है कि यह बहुत ही गहरा है करीब एक बांस के आसपास और गर्मियों में भी कुंड का पानी नहीं सूखता है खरौद बहुत ऐतिहासिक नगरी है ऐसा बताया जाता है कि यहां सूर्य मंदिर भी है इंद्र भगवान का भी मंदिर है जो विश्व में दूसरे नंबर पर है और सबरीन दाई का भी मंदिर है जिसको वीडियो में दिखाया गया है

RANN of KUTCH (Dhordo) Vlog | Kalo Dungar | A SALT DESERT between INDIA & Pakistan | Gujarat Tourism
This White Rann of Kutch Vlog is based on my visit to the Great Rann of Kutch in Gujarat, India. If you are planning to visit Rann of Kutch Festival(Rann Utsav), then you need to reach Dhordo Kutch. Even if you are not planning to visit Dhordo Rann Utsav, you can still enjoy the White Rann of Kutch lake which is a huge salt marsh spread over an area of 27000 sq km between India and Pakistan. Rann of Kutch is promoted a lot by Gujarat Tourism, specially the popular Rann Utsav which is held every year. Although, this video is not Rann of Kutch documentary but you can still get enough information out of it like information about Rann of Kutch Full moon night(Rann of Kutch Night view), Rann of Kutch Pakistan Border, Rann of Kutch Tour Plan, Rann of Kutch Budget Trip. So, you can plan your Rann of Kutch bike ride or you can come here by Car. You can plan to stay at Dhordo tent city or any other good accommodation options available nearby. Although a lot of people search about Rann of Kutch in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and English, but I know only Hindi and English and as I feel more comfortable speaking in Hindi that's the reason I have made this vlog in Hindi.
Kalo Dungar Kutch also known as Black Hill(Kalo Dungar Hill) is known to be the highest point of Kutch. You will also find Kalo Dungar Magnetic Hill here and it is said that the vehicles defy gravity here. Kalo Dungar Kutch Gujarat is around 48 kms away from Dhordo and you will find 400 years old Kalo Dungar Dattatreya Temple here which will complete your Kalo Dungar Kutch Trip for sure. Kalo Dungar Kutch Road is in pretty good shape but it has a steep climb. I dont know Gujarati but so I cant explain Kalo Dungar History in Gujarati but I have tried to tell Kalo Dungar History in Hindi. Kalo Dungar Gujarat is a well known place among the religious people as well as those who want to get to the highest point of Kutch. Surprisingly, Kalo Dungar to Pakistan Border is also not so far away and that is why you will se BSF officers posted in that region.
Let me tell you more about Rann of Kutch and Kalo Dungar Gujarat.
The Rann of Kutch is situated mostly in the Indian state of Gujarat in the Kutch district, for which it is named as the Great Rann of Kutch. Some parts of it extend towards the Pakistani province of Sindh. The word Rann stands for desert.
The Rann of Kutch covers almost 27,000 square kms in India and Pakistan. The Great Rann of Kutch is known to be the larger portion of the Rann. It extends to the east and west, with the Thar Desert towards the north and the low hills of Kutch towards the south. The Indus River Delta lies towards the west in southern region of Pakistan. The Little Rann of Kutch lies towards the southeast of the Great Rann, and it extends towards the south of the Gulf of Kutch. A lot of rivers originating in Rajasthan as well as Gujarat flow into the Rann of Kutch, which include the Luni, Bhuki, Bharud, Nara, Kharod, Banas, Saraswati, Rupen, Bambhan, and Machchhu. Kori Creek and Sir Creek, tidal creeks which are known to be part of the Indus River Delta, are situated at the western end of the Great Rann.
The surface of Rann of Kutch is generally flat and is known to be very close to sea level, and most of the Rann floods every year during the monsoon season. There are areas of Rann with sandy higher ground, called bets or medaks, which lie almost two to three metres above flood level. Trees and shrubs grow quite well on the bets, and they are known to provide refuges for wildlife during the annual floods.
Kalo Dungar( Also known as Black Hill) is the highest point in Kutch, Gujarat at an altitude of 462 m (1,516 ft) from the sea level. It is situated 97 km from District headquarters of Bhuj and 25 km from nearest town Khavda.
This is known to be the only place in Kachchh from where you will get a panoramic view of the Great Rann of Kutch. Since it is situated very close to the Pakistan border, there is an Army post at the top; beyond here, only army personnel are allowed. The Kalo Dungar is also known for a 400-year-old Dattatreya temple. Kalo Dungar magnetic hill is a famous optical illusion spot where vehicle seems to defy the gravity and roll up the slope.

Sirpur Group of Monuments are an archaeological and tourism site containing Hindu, Jain and Buddhist monuments from the 5th to 12th centuries in Mahasamund district of the state of Chhattisgarh, India.Located near an eponymous village, it is 78 kilometres (48 mi) east of Raipur, the capital of the state.The site is spread near the banks of the river Mahanadi.
The town of Sirpur (aka Shirpur) has been mentioned in epigraphic and textual records dated to the 5th to the 8th centuries CE. The city was once the capital of the Sharbhapuriya and Somavamshi kings of Dakshina Kosala state. It was an important Hindu, Buddhist and Jain settlement of the South Kosala kingdom between the 5th and the 12th century CE. It was visited by Hieun Tsang, the 7th century Chinese Buddhist pilgrim. Recent excavations have uncovered 12 Buddhist viharas, 1 Jain vihara, monolithic statues of Buddha and Mahavira, 22 Shiva temples and 5 Vishnu temples, Shakti and Tantric temples, underground granary market and a sixth-century bath house.
History-
Sirpur, also referred to as Shripur and Sripura (literally, city of auspiciousness, abundance, Lakshmi) in ancient Indian texts and inscriptions, is a village on the Mahanadi River 78 kilometres (48 mi) east of Raipur. Allahabad Pillar inscription dated 4th century AD mentions Sirpur as Sripura. In the second half of the 1st millennium CE, it was the capital city with major commercial and religious significance for the Dakshina Kosala kingdom. The earliest documented evidence states that it was first a capital of Sharabhapuriya dynasty, followed by Panduvamshi dynasty. The Sharabhapuriya dynasty itself is dated to the late 5th century CE, but inscriptions mention its first capital to be Sharabhapura, as yet an unknown site.
The abundant inscriptions of the mid-6th century CE in the region mention the Hindu Shaiva king Teevardeva and 8th-century king Shivagupta Balarjuna establishing temples and monasteries for Hindus, Buddhists and Jains in his kingdom. The Chinese pilgrim and traveller Huen T'sang mentions visiting Sirpur in 639 CE in his memoirs. He wrote that the king was a Kshatriya and benevolent to the Buddhists, the region was prosperous. According to his memoir, some 10,000 Mahayana Buddhist bhikshus (monks) lived here in some 100 monasteries, and there were over 100 temples.
The earliest dated Sirpur monument is the Lakshmana temple, dated to 595-605 CE. Along with it, numerous other temples along the Mahanadi River stretching over 150 kilometres (93 mi) from Rajim to Kharod have been located and dated to between 600 and 710 CE.
The South Kosala kingdom, along with the capital Sirpur, was taken over by the Kalachuri dynasty in the 11th century, with eastern parts of the South Kosala taken over by the Somavamshi kingdom to their east. The 12th century and 13th century history of the region is unclear. Excavations in the region have yielded layers of deposits, traceable from the mid 1st millennium BCE, the Gupta Empire period, through the late medieval period with the youngest layer of deposits being ruins mixed with chilum (smoke pipe) and Sultanate era coins suggesting that Sirpur was an active human settlement at least through the early Delhi Sultanate.
