KARATINA TOWN SCENIC DRIVE THROUGH
Karatina is a town found in nyeri county Kenya.It is located roughly 25 kilometers south east of nyeri town along the Nairobi-nyeri highway.Its a vibrant town with a growing population in recent years.It hosts several large supermarkets like mathaai supermarket and magunas supermarket who have retail branches all over the country.
I passed through the town recently on my way to NAIROBI and decided to show you how the town looks like in November of 2022.

SAGANA TOWN KIRINYAGA COUNTY DRIVE
Sagana is an industrial town located about 100 kilometers north of Nairobi city.Its name comes from the longest river in Kenya called river sagana or Thagana in Kikuyu.Sagana is located along the Nairobi-nyeri highway in kirinyaga county central Kenya.
The town has been on an upwards growth trajectory in recent years owing to it being in a busy highway and the recent construction of the kennol-sagana-marua highway which has brought employment opportunities in the area.Its a nice stop over point when on transit where you can enjoy fish caught from the area or relax in the numerous hotels around.The town inspired a song named MTOTO WA SAGANA Which is an old school hit till today.

After immersing and indulging ourselves into the serenity of @Castle Forest Mt Kenya we decided to Make a stopover at the Abai Lodge in Kagio for a late lunch with our friends who recently relocated to this town.
