Der Name von Kemnath im Landkreis Tirschenreuth leitet sich ab von Keminatha. Das war im Mittelalter ein beheiztes Zimmer in einer Burg. Gemeint ist damit wohl die Burg Waldeck. Eine herrliche Gegend, in der es viel zu entdecken gibt. Wer also dieses Jahr den Urlaub zuhause verbringt, für denjenigen haben wir den Tipp: Fahrt doch mal nach Kemnath.

Germany's Most UNDERRATED Town - Lindau at Lake Constance
At Germany's biggest lake, the Bodensee (lake Constance), is one of the best cities to visit in Germany. If you are planning to travel the South of Germany make sure to put it on your route, it's the perfect place if you're looking for an authentic & traditional German experience. There are almost no foreign tourists.
Lindau is in the most southern part of Bavaria on a little island on the lake Constance, directly bordering Austria (by land) and Switzerland (by water). The city is hosting every year the Nobel Laureate Meetings.

Walking in BAYREUTH / Germany ???????? - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Bayreuth is a town in Bavaria, Germany. The town is mostly known for the annual Bayreuth Festival. At the festival Wagner's operas are performed which draws many visitors.
We visit the town on a rainy day and start our tour at the La-Spezia-Platz and walk towards the center via the castle. We get to the City Church of the Holy Trinity Bayreuth and see more of the inner city.
The tour continues to the new castle with the Hofgarten which is full of fallen leaves this day in fall.
At last we see the Richard Wagner Museum in the composer's former home, Villa Wahnfried, where we end this walk.

The Margravial Opera House in Bayreuth is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site. It's an opera house and theatre built in the 1740s by the ruling Margrave and his wife, Wilhelmina, a great patron and participant in the arts. Despite the grand stone facade, the interior of the building is entirely done in wood and plaster, though it's difficult to tell. Everything is covered in elaborate baroque decorations loaded with symbolism, and looks absolutely fantastic after a recent five-year restoration project. Let's check it out!

Bayerns Landwirtschaftsminister Helmut Brunner eröffnete zusammen mit der Oberpfälzer Teichnixe Teresa Weis am 2. September 2011 in Kemnath die bayerische Karpfensaison.Vor allem wegen der kühleren Temperaturen im Juli und Anfang August seinen die Fische langsam gewachsen, das Fleisch deshalb fest und schmackhaft.
