Seafood heaven in Essaouira, Morocco. There’s so much fresh seafood to be had in Essaouira, Morocco, and we experienced that seafood heaven in a massive street food tour in Essaouira, trying dishes such as calamari and sardine tagines.

The first stop on our street food tour in Essaouira, Morocco, was to try a calamari tagine. Cooked in the traditional Moroccan way at a local shop inside the old city walls, we were warmly welcomed to cook and prepare the calamari tajine with the chef herself. We love calamari!
With such an abundance of seafood to try, we continued our Moroccan food tour to a local shop with a friendly owner who makes fried octopus. The tentacles on these were insane, so big they were the main course themselves. Essaouira has some of the best street food in Morocco, the city is a Moroccan seafood heaven and we couldn’t get enough.
No seafood street food tour is complete without lobster. We tasted the freshest lobster at Chez Zak, caught that morning, cooked over charcoal and served right on the street... we were in heaven! It doesn’t get much more street food than that! To finish off this street food tour in Essaouira, we tried the unique and flavourful sardine tajine. Sardines are a very popular Moroccan street food, especially along the coast. This special local dish is a popular food in Essaouira, and we had been waiting to try it. We were extra lucky to head down to the docks to choose the fish with the owners for the tagine, what a day!

We travel from Tacurong to Kalamansig Sultan Kudarat using our Sniper 150 DOXOU, as we search in google earth about the distance from Tacurong to Kalamansig, a distance of 195 km. Also, we count every checkpoint we pass, if I'm not mistaken 42 checkpoints as of our counting.

In 2011 the Nepalese community in Dublin held its first gathering to introduce their customes ,traditions and way of life to the Irish public ..it was a great success which led to with quite a large number of Irish traveling to Nepal for holidays and Irish charity organisations setting up in the rural areas of Nepal to help the Nepalese set up greater interactions between Ireland and Nepal .
The irish charity organisations also inroduced new farming methods etc to local communities in nepal which has lead to better standards of living to the rural areas where the Irish Charity organisations are set up and making locals more self sufficent ,
Due to the success of the 1st gathering in Dublin in 2011,a 2nd gathering was held in Dublin at st Agnes community centre in Crumlin on 10 march 2012.which was attended by the Nepalese community of Dublin and Irish people with an intrest in traveling to Nepal and the General Irish person wishing to learn more about Beautiful Nepal.
The Nepalese government rightly recognising the importance of this gathering sent its Ambassador for the UK and Ireland Dr Suresh Chandra Chalise to this Gathering which has turned out to be another great success and plans are afoot to hold another gathering in 3/4 months time here in Dublin
Dr Suresh in his address to the gathering .thanked the Irish for the great work the Irish charity orgs are doing in Nepal and for the friendship links between Ireland and Nepal .
Dr Suresh also thanked the Nepalese and Irish that gave performances during the gathering today and has no doubt that the bonds of friendships between Nepal and Ireland will continue to go .
