Документальный фильм из цикла «Провинциальные музеи России»
Могут ли мирно и дружно сосуществовать в одном городе две разных религии и культуры? Наш фильм рассказывает о старинном городке Касимове в Рязанской области России. Когда-то он назывался Городец-Мещерский и был основан в 1152 году князем Юрием Долгоруким как крепость для защиты юго-восточных границ княжества от кочевников. Свое не очень русское название город приобрел в 15 веке от имени хана Касима, получившего город в кормление от великого московского князя Василия Темного.
«Касимов — это царство, но царство заколдованное. Он никому с первого раза не открывается, никому» — утверждает один из героев нашего фильма. Но мы попробуем заглянуть в это прекрасное «заколдованное царство».

Касимов – один из древних русских городов, стоит на высоком берегу реки Оки. Когда-то это была мощная крепость, а сейчас – красивый, живописный город Рязанской земли, между прочим, второй по величине в области, после самой Рязани. Здесь тесно переплетены две культуры – русская и татарская.

В одном фильме я собрал всю информацию, гуляющую на просторах интернета, во многом противоречивую, факты, мифы об Иване Грозным и взятии им Казани. Всё, о чём вы не знали и даже не догадывались. Большое количество литературы, фильмов, статей, было перелопачено. Надеюсь, вы с оцените мой труд и массу времени, которое я потратил, создавая этот фильм. Хотел вставить его во вторую часть о городе КАЗАНЬ из плейлиста По городам России, но понял, что данное событие и 16 минут хронометража стоит того, чтобы выделить это отдельным роликом.

Никольская улица — улица в Тверском районе Центрального административного округа города Москвы, одна из главных улиц Китай-города. Проходит от Красной площади до Лубянской площади. Одна из старейших улиц Москвы. Здесь находились Печатный двор, Николо-Греческий монастырь (Никола Старый), Славяно-греко-латинская академия.
Nikolskaya Street is one of the three historic streets of the former Kitay-gorod in central Moscow...The street ran from the Vladimir Gate of the Kitay-gorod wall (dismantled in 1934) in an almost straight line to the Nikolsky Gate of the Kremlin..The name Nikolskaya comes from the monastery of St. Nicholas the Old, set up on Vladimirskaya road, where the street itself is now located. Before the construction of the wall of the Kitay Gorod in 1534–1538, the street was called Sretenskaya...In the 17th century, the street was built up with the courtyards of the most distinguished boyars and, one of the few in Moscow, was paved with boards stuffed over the logs of an ordinary pavement. At the beginning of the 19th century, Nikolskaya was the centre of the Moscow book trade: on it and the adjacent Novaya Square there were 26 bookshops out of 31 existing in Moscow; numerous shops of second-hand booksellers existed there at the beginning of the XX century. At the end of the street was the home of the Academy of Sciences with an academic bookstore. The beginning of the street was transformed in the 1890s with the construction of two large Trading Rows: the Upper Trading Rows (the current GUM, 1893), and opposite them the Nikolsky Rows (1900)...By the second half of the XIX century Nikolskaya, like other streets of Kitay-gorod, was the business centre of Moscow.....

Санкт-Петербургский Императорский яхт-клуб был открыт 1 мая 1846 года по инициативе и при деятельном участии князя А. Я. Лобанова-Ростовского, избранного первым командором яхт-клуба.
Располагался в доме 31 по Большой Морской улице[3], в Санкт-Петербурге. Членами яхт-клуба были великие князья, придворные, дипломаты, высокопоставленные чиновники и гвардейские офицеры. В определённый период существования яхт-клуба был лимит на общее число его членов — не более 125-ти. По воспоминаниям директора императорских театров В. А. Теляковского, яхт-клуб затмевал «своим блеском, пышностью и влиянием все решительно клубы в России». Члены императорской фамилии и представители дипломатического корпуса принимались в яхт-клуб без баллотировки, но для остальных кандидатов существовала самая строгая фильтрация, никогда не практиковавшаяся в других клубах: один чёрный шар уничтожал пять белых, причем среди посетителей яхт-клуба были такие члены, которые всегда и всем клали черные шары. Как отмечал Теляковский, в клубе можно было узнать все самые последние новости придворные, служебные, общественные и политические, до театральных, включительно. В 1917 году клуб прекратил своё существование......
The St. Petersburg Imperial Yacht Club was opened on May 1, 1846 at the initiative and with the active participation of Prince A. Ya. Lobanov-Rostovsky, who was elected the first commander of the yacht club.
It was located at 31 Bolshaya Morskaya Street [3], in St. Petersburg. The members of the yacht club were grand dukes, courtiers, diplomats, high-ranking officials and guard officers. During a certain period of the existence of the yacht club, there was a limit on the total number of its members - no more than 125. According to the memoirs of the director of the imperial theaters V. A. Telyakovsky, the yacht club overshadowed with its splendor, splendor and influence all resolutely clubs in Russia. Yelabuga is a town in the present-day Republic of Tartarstan, located on the right bank of the Kama River, some 200 km (210 m.) from Kazan. Его́рьевск — город в Московской области России.
Назван в честь Святого Егория, то есть Георгия Победоносца. На месте города в XVI веке находилось село Высокое, впоследствии переименованная в село Егорие-Высокое (по имени приходской церкви в честь Егория). В 1778 году оно стало городом Егорьевском.
Егорьевск был знаменит ежегодными ярмарками (хлебная торговля). В XIX веке — важный центр старообрядчества. В том же веке стал центром ткацкой промышленности.
Yegorievsk is a city in the Moscow region of Russia.
Named in honour of Saint Egoriy, that is, George the Victorious. On the site of the city in the 16th century there was the village of Vysokoe, which was later renamed the village of Yegorie-Vysokoe (after the parish church in honour of Yegor). In 1778 it became the city of Yegoryevsk.
Yegoryevsk was famous for its annual fairs (grain trade). In the 19th century it was an important centre of the Old Believers. In the same century it became the centre of the weaving industry.

4 декабря 1876 года вышел указ Александра II о формировании 14 санитарных поездов «на случай войны».
8 мая 1877 года первый санитарный поезд России отошёл от перрона Николаевского вокзала в Санкт-Петербурге.
13 июня 1878 года было утверждено Положение о военно-санитарных железнодорожных поездах. Каждый поезд, формируемый только в военное время, предназначался для одновременной перевозки не менее 250 раненных и больных.
Уже в ходе Русско-турецкой войны 1877—1878 годов санитарные поезда русского Красного креста перевезли свыше двухсот тысяч больных и раненых.
Большое количество санитарных поездов в России было сформировано в период Русско-Японской и Первой мировой войн. Во время войны с Японией санитарные поезда эвакуировали 87 тысяч больных и раненых.
On December 4, 1876, Alexander II issued a decree on the formation of 14 ambulance trains in case of war.
On May 8, 1877, the first hospital train in Russia departed from the platform of the Nikolaevsky railway station in St. Petersburg.
On June 13, 1878, the Regulation on military medical railway trains was approved. Each train, formed only in wartime, was intended to simultaneously transport at least 250 wounded and sick.
Already during the Russian-Turkish war of 1877-1878, the Russian Red Cross hospital trains transported over two hundred thousand sick and wounded.
A large number of sanitary trains in Russia were formed during the Russo-Japanese War and the Great War. During the war with Japan, hospital trains evacuated 87,000 sick and wounded.
