A few years back getting to Lodwar was difficult because of poor roads and cattle pundits but now everything has changed. Lodwar is a town that harbors Lake Turkana and is rich in culture. The are amazing transformations of the roads and peace has prevailed amongst the neighboring communities.

Our crew of 13 to Lodwar, Turkana County for a live shoot the next day but missed our flight. the Live shoot was to start at 10am the following morning. What resulted was a race against time. The journey was 690kms of rough road and bad challenging weather.
