The carillon of the Belgorod Philharmonic covered 3000 kilometers and came to Kamensk-Uralsky for the Bell Ringing Festival! The famous Pyatkov Bell Factory is located here! The gala concert brought together bell ringers from Veliky Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Pushkin, Belgorod!
