This is my drive from Cairo to Alexandria on Agriculture Road with side view. The route is 15 km shorter than the Desert Road, but this route takes an hour more with an ideal drive. The Agriculture Road is definitely worth seeing, but I recommend the Desert Road.

El Gouna is an Egyptian tourist resort, owned by Samih Sawiris and developed by Orascom Hotels and Development, dating from 1989. It is located on the Red Sea in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt, 20 kilometres north of Hurghada. It is part of the Red Sea Riviera, and a host city of the El Gouna Film Festival.
El Gouna has 10 kilometers of coastline and consists of 20 islands surrounded by lagoons. The town is 25 kilometers away from the Hurghada International Airport, but the city also has its own private airport. El Gouna is also known for being Egypt's greenest city, being the most environmentally-friendly town in all of Egypt.

Im schön angelegten Außenbereich liegt der Swimmingpool mit Sonnenterrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Lagune. Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Badetücher stehen den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Kostenloser Bootsshuttle zum ca. 600 m entfernten Strand von 9 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang.

I welcome you to this trip. Today I am presenting you the road built in the Nile delta with side view. The road is dedicated to connect Kafr el Zayat with Birkat el Sabea. This newly built road also serves as a shortcut, also coming from Alexandria with the goal to shorten the route from Alexandria to Cairo without having to go through Tanta. Originally without this road one was forced to drive through Tanta. However, there are tolls of 10EGP. I also permanently displayed the permitted maximum speed. I've heard a lot of complaints about Speeding Tickets. In this way I hope to protect you from possible Speeding tickets. In future videos I will continue this on main roads.
You have to watch out for walking people, taxis, toktok's and especially for (white) microbuses. Their behavior is unpredictable and it can lead to a disaster. Otherwise is driving in Cairo, Egypt a funny and enjoyable thing. Always wear your seat belt and keep to the speed limit.
