Künzelsau is a town in Baden-Württemberg, in south central Germany. It is the capital of the Hohenlohe district. It is located on the river Kocher, 19 km north of Schwäbisch Hall, and 37 km northeast of Heilbronn.
Bad Mergentheim is a town in the Main-Tauber-Kreis district in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It has a population of around 23,000. An officially recognized spa town since 1926, Bad Mergentheim is also known as the headquarters of the Teutonic Order from 1526 until 1809.
Baden-Württemberg is a state in southwest Germany bordering France and Switzerland. The Black Forest, known for its evergreen scenery and traditional villages, lies in the mountainous southwest. Bad Herrenalb, Sehenswürdigkeiten der Kurstadt im Nordschwarzwald - 4k
Bei unserem Besuch in der Kurstadt Bad Herrenalb (rund 7.500 Einwohner - Baden-Württemberg) besichtigen wir zunächst die Klosterkirche und die Klosterruine. Danach steht das Rathaus mit renoviertem Vorplatz und renaturierter Alb sowie das Kurviertel mit Kurhaus auf unserem Programm.

Stadt Aub, Sehenswürdigkeiten der unterfränkischen Kleinstadt an der Gollach - 4k
Im Mittelpunkt unseres Besuchs in Aub (rund 1.450 Einwohner - Bayern) stand der mittelalterliche Marktplatz mit dem Brunnen und der Mariensäule vor dem über 500 Jahre alten Rathaus. Daneben haben wir uns u.a. das Fränkisches Spitalmuseum, einige Teile der ehemaligen Stadtbefestigung und das fürstbischöfe Jagdschloss angesehen.

About Oehringen: Öhringen is the largest town in Hohenlohe (district) in the state of Baden-Württemberg, in southwest Germany, near Heilbronn. Öhringen is on the railline to Schwäbisch Hall and Crailsheim. With a population of 22,745 (2009), the town is diverse. It is a quaint medieval place, and, among its ancient buildings, boasts a fine Evangelical church (German: Stiftskirche) containing carvings in cedar-wood from the 15th century and numerous interesting tombs and monuments; a Renaissance town hall; the building, now used as a library, which formerly belonged to a monastery, erected in 1034; and a palace, the former residence of the princes of Hohenlohe-Öhringen. Öhringen was known as Vicus Aurelii to the Romans. Eastwards of it runs the old limes Roman frontier wall, and numerous remains and inscriptions dating from the days of the Roman settlement have been discovered, including traces of three camps. // Öhringen ist eine Stadt im fränkisch geprägten Nordosten Baden-Württembergs, etwa 25 km östlich von Heilbronn gelegen. Heute hatten wir starken Schneefall. Das hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr vor Weihnachten das unten im Tal so viel Schnee angekommen ist. Wir konnten heute sogar Schlitten fahren. Auch auf den Straßen war es Weiß.

Schlösser, Burgen, Klöster 3 - WoMo-Tour Hohenlohe - Täler von Hohenlohe
Zehn Tage machten Hund Maxi und ich uns gemeinsam mit Wohnmobil Günther auf den Weg die Region Hohenlohe zu erkunden. Zehn Tage auf den Spuren von Schlössern, Burgen und Klöstern. Wunderschöne Natur, herrliche Bauwerke, viele Überraschungen und ein paar tolle Wanderungen warteten auf uns.
Nach zwei Wanderungen nehme ich dich mit auf die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir auf unserer Wohnmobiltour Schlösser, Burgen, Klöster erleben durften. Wir besuchen die Burg von Götz von Berlichingen Götzenburg, spazieren durch das morgendliche Künzelsau und genießen die Blicke ins Kochertal. Vorbei an zahlreichen wunderschönen Burgen und Schlössern erreichen wir Langenburg und eine kleine Krypta im schönsten Dorf auf meiner Reise. Nach einer Stärkung vom Schafbauernhof geht unsere Tour im Abendlichen Gaildorf zu Ende.

For ten days, Maxi the dog and I set off with Günther the camper van to explore the Hohenlohe region. Ten days on the trail of castles, palaces and monasteries. Beautiful nature, magnificent buildings, many surprises and some great hikes awaited us.
After two hikes, I take you on a tour of the many sights we experienced on our motorhome tour Castles, Palaces, Monasteries. We visit the castle of Götz von Berlichingen Götzenburg, walk through morning Künzelsau and enjoy the views into the Kocher valley. Passing numerous beautiful castles, we reach Langenburg and a small crypt in the most beautiful village on my journey. After refreshments from the sheep farm, our tour comes to an end in evening Gaildorf.
