Ésta es la primera parte de la demostración de La Guelaguetza que significa Cooperar que se festeja en Oaxaca México, la fiesta más importante de la región que se lleva año tras año y en ésta ocasión es representada por varios lugareños en el Centro de Coyoacán en el 2016.
Es una celebración que tiene lugar en la ciudad de Oaxaca de Juárez, en el estado de Oaxaca, en México. También se conoce con el nombre de los lunes del Cerro, puesto que el corazón de la festividad es el Cerro del Fortín, que domina el centro de la ciudad de Oaxaca. La Guelaguetza representa no sólo cooperar, sino hace referencia a los tiempos antiguos en donde la ciudad de Oaxaca se llamaba , toda una actitud o cualidad con la que se nace, el amor al prójimo de cada habitante zapoteca hacia sus hermanos, una actitud de compartir la naturaleza y la vida.1
En esta celebración, participan las delegaciones representativas de las ocho regiones del Estado:

Mazunte es un pequeño pueblo sobre la costa del Pacífico en Oaxaca, México. Está localizado a 22 km del suroeste de San Pedro Pochutla sobre la carretera costera 200, a unos 10 km al este de Puerto Ángel y sólo a 1 km de San Agustinillo y a 264 km al sur de la capital de Oaxaca.

Let's check out the Guelaguetza parade in Oaxaca. The Guelaguetza festival was held from July 22 to 29. But parade was available every Saturday in the month of July. In this video, I will show you one performance and one parade.
One funny thing is that after the last parade, we wanted to buy pineapple in our neighbourhood. We couldn't find any! I guess all of them were purchased by the performers. ????
There won't be much narration in this video. I hope it can give you an idea of what to expect.

Playa Mazunte - Oaxaca, Mexico
West of Puerto Angel is the beautiful beach of Mazunte, about a 20-minute drive from the Viewpoint condo and 1km from playa San Agustinillo.
Mazunte is derived from a Nahuatl phrase, maxotetia meaning please deposit eggs here and is famous for the sea turtles that come to lay their eggs on the beach. Before the mid-20th century, Mazunte had no population, but saw much change when the market for sea turtle meat and eggs developed. By the 1970's Mazunte became the centre of sea turtle hunting in Mexico. Concern over the declining number of sea turtles eventually led to an absolute ban on turtle meat and eggs in Mexico, which resulted in a decrease in income source for families in the village. To replace it, ecotourism focused on the conservation of turtles and natural cosmetics developed. Today the main attractions in Mazunte are the Mexican National Turtle Center and the Cosméticos Naturales de Mazunte.
