Dar es Salaam, a major city and commercial port on Tanzania’s Indian Ocean coast, grew from a fishing village. The open-air Village Museum has re-created the traditional homes of local and other Tanzanian tribes and hosts tribal dancing. It’s part of the National Museum, which offers Tanzanian history exhibits, including the fossils of human ancestors found by anthropologist Louis Leakey.

Mwanza is a port city on the shore of Lake Victoria, in northern Tanzania. It's ringed by green hills. The city is known for unusual rock formations like Bismarck Rock, near the Kamanga Ferry Terminal. In the center of town are colonial buildings like the crumbling hilltop Dr. Robert Koch's House. The 1935 Indian Public Library, mosques, and Hindu temples reflect Indian influence. The Makoroboi area is full of shops.

Arusha is a city in East Africa's Tanzania, located at the base of volcanic Mt. Meru. It's a gateway to safari destinations and to Africa's highest peak, 5,895m Mt. Kilimanjaro, lying some 100 kilometers northeast. To the west lies Serengeti National Park, home to wildlife including lions, rhinoceros, giraffes, and leopards. Annual migrations feature huge herds of wildebeests crossing its plains.

????????PANLA FISH: Wash and scale fish. Stick a piece of wood through the tail and the head of the fish, making a ring. Place them on the fire to smoke for 12 hours. Mix baking flour, yeast, a little water, salt into a ball and fry
????????ONUTCHONU: In a pot, boil cooking oil with white onion, salsa (mixture of tomato, red chili pepper and red onion) and allow to boil. Add salt and fish and mix.
????????OWE FUFLU: In a pot, add palm oil. Add red onions, a spoonful of the blend of chili pepper, tomato and onions and stir. Add crayfish seasoning (red cube, crushed), salt, dried fish and stir.
????????GALIDODO: Add cooking oil, onion and blend of chili pepper, red onion and tomato. Add more onion, water, dried fish, cassava flakes and mix. Add more cooking oil and mix until finished.

Tanzania SGR Electric EMU's and Double Deck Trains a Taste Of Germany and Korean Technology
Tanzania sgr receiveved some of its newly builts electric train and locomotives from south korea and germany. Tanzania sgr electric locomotives are manufactured by hyundai rotem train manufactures of south korea. 6 train wagons have been received on june 6th 2023.
The SGR will link Tanzania, from the port of Dar es Salaam on the Indian Ocean to the port of Mwanza on the shore of Lake Victoria in northern Tanzania, and from there to neighboring countries of Rwanda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Sheraton Miyako Hotel is found on the Uemachi Plateau, and is directly linked to Kintetsu Osaka- Uehommachi Station. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Osaka Subway. The hotel houses 579 rooms with free Wi-Fi available throughout the entire vicinity. Each guest room comes equipped with satellite television, a telephone, kettle, tea set, refrigerator, hair dryer and bidet toilet seat. Muslim guests who wish to perform their prayers can rent a Qibla compass and prayer mat from the service counter. The hotel also offers a Muslim friendly menu for the morning buffet at EU restaurant. In addition, Muslim guests can also dig into the Halal Japanese Bento meals at the Uemachi restaurant.

Hotel Granvia Osaka can be found at the center of Osaka, and is linked to the JR Osaka train lines. It is well known for its impeccable service, sumptuous cuisines and elegant accommodations. The hotel has a whopping 716 rooms available on the standard floor or executive (Granvia) floor. The standard floor guest rooms include the semi-double, single, standard double and standard twin. The Granvia Floor guestrooms, on the other hand, include the placid double, moderate double and Granvia Twin. There is free Wi-Fi available in all rooms. In terms of Halal and Muslim-friendly facilities, each room has a guide with Qibla direction indicated on the bed and there are five prayer mats available for prayer usage. Sydney Fish Market ( - After meeting up with Chef Dan, we met up with Alex from the Sydney Fish market who showed us around and gave us a very interesting brief about the Sydney Fish market and the quality of seafood that auctioned.
Red Claw Seafoods ( - At the fish market we visited Red Claw Seafood who specialize in some of the best live seafood in all of Australia and where Chef Dan gets his supply. We were after their insanely huge Tasmanian king crab!
Mr. Wong ( - After getting our crab, we headed back to Chef Dan’s restaurant, Mr. Wong, for some dim sum, roast duck, and mostly importantly, the fresh giant Tasmanian King Crab! It was without a double one of the best crabs, both in natural product and preparation that I’ve ever had. It was so big, Chef Dan had to cook three different dishes with it.
