SafetyWing (best for younger travelers + digital nomads):

*I use both of these companies depending on the destination and requirements of entry. If you are going to be abroad for a long time and/or don't need as much coverage, I would recommend SafetyWing. BUT you cannot purchase SafetyWing WHILE in Canada or USA. You can only purchase once already abroad. Hey Mondo is more expensive but offers a higher level of coverage including plans that have trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Hey Mondo would be the better insurance to use if you need travel medical insurance when applying for a visa. Both companies cover covid. I am an affiliate for both companies, but I pay for my own policies.*

► WHO AM I?

I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida. After traveling the world working with sports, news, and events for over 15 years, I realized that what I really love is the travel part of it all. So I exchanged life in the newsrooms and stadiums for the daily challenge of being an independent content producer. I created this channel to share the beauties of the world... stuff that for so long I only kept to myself. Also to help people planning similar trips and to inspire more people to venture out and enjoy life!

P.S.: The funny guy who appears in the vlogs is my husband, Gordon. He is Canadian-American and he's actually camera-shy, that's why he's behind the camera most of the time ????

Top 10 Best Things to Do in Mexico City [Mexico City Travel Guide 2023]

When the Spanish founded Mexico City in the 16th century, they built everything on top of Tenochtitlan, the capital of the Aztec Empire. In the city’s Historical Centre, there are Baroque monuments constructed with recycled pre-Columbian blocks, and the excavated ruins of the Templo Mayor sit beside the cathedral and National Palace. This sums up Mexico City as a fusion of European and indigenous culture, visible in the art of Frida Kahlo, who was born and died in Mexico City, and the magical murals by her husband, Diego Rivera. The Palacio de Bellas Artes has pre-Columbian motifs rendered in an Art Deco style.

YOU need to visit these 10 PLACES when going to MEXICO

Mexico, country of southern North America and the third largest country in Latin America, after Brazil and Argentina. The cultural remnants of great pre-Columbian civilizations, such as Teotihuacán or the Mayan pyramids at Chichén Itzá and Tulum, provide a contrast to colonial towns such as Taxco or Querétaro. In turn, these towns appear as historical relics when compared with the modern metropolis of Mexico City.
Let's see these amazing sights together and share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
