Malta 8 - Mellieha - Ghajn Tuffieha - Mgarr - St Julians
In the morning I went to Mellieha to see the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Mellieħa and the Red Tower. Then I went to Ghajn Tuffieha for a short hike which was a bit impaired by the weather. In the afternoon in Mgarr I visited the beautiful parish church and the Ta' Hagrat temples. And in the evening I shortly stopped at St. Julian's. Malta is a really interesting place.

Wandern auf Malta - Die Victoria Lines(2017, 4k)
Die Wanderung startet mit einer Busfahrt von Valletta aus zum Startpunkt vor Mgarr und führt durch Bingemmar zur Kapelle Our Lady of Itria. Dort überbrückt die Victoria Line(Weltkultur Erbe) eine Schlucht und es geht auf dem Teilstück Dwejra Lines in Richtung L-Imgarr. Der auf ca. 200 Meter Höhe und ca. 2km lange Pfad bietet einem herrlichen Blick auf das Mittelmeer, die Küste und auch Gozo entlang der verfallenen Mauerkrone bis zum Ende und dort weiter Richtung Mosta. Von der Bushaltestelle Dwejra ging es nach Valletta zurück. Bei dieser Wanderung hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die ganze Insel und kann bei klarem Wetter gut Gozo, Mgarr mit seiner Himmelfahrtskirche, Mosta mit seine Kirche Rotunda und auch die Kathedrale St. Paul von Mdina sehen.

Team B, kaway everyone I got the chance to film again its bbq time at the beach, this is our favorite spot for bbq, fewer people Dylan have wide space to play that's important :).This place is quite popular also in the South of Malta you can put up tent spent the night, it is quite a walk so don't bring too much to carry if you have kids also. Here in Malta some of the sandy beaches are not allowed to do coal bbq, some they allowed gas bbq with asking permit in the local council. But for now, this place is ok.

Mgarr Malta: Festa Frawli - Strawberry Festival 2008
This video is from the 2008 edition of Festa Frawli. Mgarr, an agricultural village in the Maltese archipelago, is renown for it's strawberries being the major producer of the Island. Indeed, strawberry fields surround this small agricultural village. Both it's unspoiled environment and the farmer's expertise make Mgarr strawberries unique. The 'Lejla Mgarrija' committee put up the Festa Frawli (Strawberry Festival) both as a vehicle to promote one of Mgarr's many strengths and as an agro-touristic event. Now in it's third year running, all three editions were a runaway success. Besides freshly picked strawberries, the event also provided a staggering variety of strawberry based foods and drinks. The Menhir folk groups played traditional Maltese musical instruments while the Astra folk dance group danced to the captivating tunes. Ta'Soldi Restaurant offered a gargantuan strawberry and chocolate cake which was later cut up and offered for sale.
