There's so much to do in Sydney, and if you ever run out of things to do (though highly unlikely), there is still a plethora of things to do. A couple hours drive from Sydney CBD is Hunter Valley, Australia's oldest and arguably most famous wine region. There is so much to do in the Hunter Valley, and whether you are looking to indulge, escape, or invigorate your senses, there is something for you.
Not too long ago, i spent a weekend in the Hunter Valley with a few of my friends, tasting a bunch of wine, eating a moderate amount of cheese and soaked in those beautiful vineyard views. I've complied a list of top things to do whenever you're in the Hunter Valley region, so if you're ever also in the area, here's a list of things you can also consider doing:
1. Stop over at Simply D'vine Cafe for some brunch food

2. Alternatively, head over to Cafe Enzo for some hearty brunch
Rustic dining spot with a courtyard, coffee and Italian dishes cooked with locally sourced produce.

Woodlands of Marburg sits in stately splendour on a hilltop just outside the town of Marburg — 20-or-so-minutes’ drive from the city of Ipswich (west of Brisbane). The two-storey heritage-listed colonial era mansion, complete with wrap-around balconies, ornate wrought iron work and a widow’s walk, harks back to a time of genteel rural prosperity.
Woodlands has its own chapel, grotto, and graveyard, and tales of ghostly goings on have been common throughout its history. TASMANIA Things to Do! Farm Stay near Cradle Mountain + Berries Picking ????
Following our Tasmania episodes, today we are heading towards Cradle Mountain but not before we visit some of the best things to do and see in Tasmania like Mole Creek Caves, berry picking at Hillwood Berries Farm and we also stayed in the most off-grid farm near Cradle Mountain. Visit Tasmania when travel is allowed as its beauty will surprise you!

Our morning started in Aspect Tamar Valley Resort, Grindelwald, and located 15 minutes’ drive north of Launceston. This place provides great accommodation and activities for families with European vibes.
Then we drove to Hillwood Berries where you can pick your own strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. This activity suits any age from kids to adults like us.
Next stop is Mole Creek Caves where you can see limestone caves with underground rivers. Summer or winter, the climate never changes inside, always 9 degrees, so it’s really perfect to visit year round.
Then we stayed in a farm overnight at this place called Mole Creek Hideaway. Off grid farm stay with beautiful mountain views, perfect for stay near Cradle Mountain.
Next morning, we head down to Cradle Mountain and did some hiking. There are several routes that you can choose from few hours to few days and yes we did the shortest and easiest one :)
