Nordsee Urlaub - Top 10 Highlights auf Langeoog(2018, 4k)
Nach den Anfahrt mit der Fähre bringt uns die Inselbahn ins Zentrum von Langeoog und die Liste der 10 Highlights eines besonderen Urlaubs auf der autofreien Insel beginnt mit einer Wanderung durch die farbenprächtigen Dünen des Pirolatal zur Melkhörndüne mit seinem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Osten der Insel. Dann folgt eine lange Radwanderung zu den schönsten Punkten des UNESCO Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer und danach eine geführte Wanderung durch die Salzwiesen und das Wattenmeer. Eine kilometerlange Strandwanderung in den Sonnenuntergang hinein ist ein spezielles Highlight. Die Radwanderung zum Osterhook mit der Beobachtungsstation für Vögel, Kegelrobben und Seehunde, sowie durch den dortigen Naturpfad schließt sich in der Highlight-Liste an. Ein Rundflug um die Inseln Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Baltrum und Norderney veranschaulicht die Schönheit der Ostfriesischen Inseln.Der Wasserturm mit seiner Aussichtsplattform erlaubt den freien Blick von Oben auf Langeoog. Auch eine Wanderung durch den Stadtwald mit anschließender Strandwanderung, oder die Wanderung auf dem Naturpfad Flinthörn mit Vogelbeobachtung und Waten im dortigen Watt ist ein besonderes Erlebnis. Abschließen sind die besonderen Sonnenuntergänge an der Nordsee zu erwähnen.

▶ ELMSHORN
Elmshorn is a town in the district of Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein in Germany. It is 30 km north of Hamburg on the small river Krückau, a tributary of the Elbe, and with about 50,000 inhabitants is the sixth-largest town in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is the birthplace of writer and editor Hermann Schlüter (1851–1919), the mathematician Hermann Weyl (1885–1955) and the medievalist Heinz Woehlk (1944- ).
Historically Elmshorn had many companies in the food industry. Including meat processing and sausage production, margarine production and cereal processing. Major surviving companies include Dölling-Hareico (meat processing/sausage production) and Kölln (cereal processing, mainly oats and muesli).
▶ BAHNHOF ELMSHORN / ELMSHORN STATION
Elmshorn station is a railway station in Elmshorn in Schleswig-Holstein. Here the Hamburg-Altona–Kiel railway (R70) meets the Marsh Railway (R60). Elmshorn is also the terminus of the A3 line of the AKN Eisenbahn. That makes it the third-busiest station in Schleswig-Holstein. The Deutsche Bahn classifies it as a category 3 station and Elmshorn station is in the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund.
Elmshorn station was opened 18 September 1844, making it one of the oldest stations in the state. The Hamburg-Altona–Kiel railway should go through Barmstedt but as Elmshorn had more habitans the line went through it. Years ago there was a port railway that connected the station with the south of the harbour. It was replaced with trucks and the last tracks disappeared in 2002.
The Regionalbahn-Schleswig-Holstein runs with trains to Neumünster, Itzehoe, Pinneberg, and Hamburg-Altona. A Regional-Express connects Hamburg Hauptbahnhof with Kiel Hauptbahnhof. The private company Nord-Ostsee-Bahn rides from Hamburg-Altona to Westerland on Sylt. The Schleswig-Holstein-Express rides from Hamburg Hbf to Flensburg. AKN trains run to Ulzburg-Süd. On Friday an Intercity-train rides from Flensburg to Berlin Südkreuz and Köln Hauptbahnhof. The IC to Köln runs on Sunday, too, as an historic train.
On track 1 run the trains to Kiel, Flensburg, Neumünster and Westerland and one Regionalbahn to Itzehoe. On track 2 and 3 run trains to Pinneberg, Hamburg and Itzehoe as well as the Intercitys. On track 1a runs the AKN. The bus station (ZOB (German for Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof)) is located in front of the station.

Krückau is a river in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in the north of Germany. It flows into the river Elbe near Seestermühe. The 11.3 km (7.0 mi) lower part between the Elbe and Elmshorn is navigable but not classified.

Wandern am Bodensee - Ein historisches Kleinod am See mit Alpenblick(2021, 4k)
Die Rundwanderung startet in Nußdorf und geht entlang der Uferstraße zum Sportbootshafen Ost und weiter zum Freibad-Ost von Überlingen. Dann weiter zum Mantelhafen und auf die Seepromenade zum Landungsplatz mit dem Bodenseereiter. Von dort über den Gondelhafen zum Rosen- und dem Kakteengarten, der Anfang Oktober 2021 durch die Landesgartenschau besonders schön beeindruckte. Nach dem berühmten Kakteengarten geht es zur alten Stadtbefestigung, dem 22 m tiefen künstlichen Gallergraben mit dem Quellturm und Gallerturm, hoch auf die Uhllandhöhe mit einem herrlichen Ausblick über Überlingen, den Bodensee und die Schweizer Alpen. Dann hinunter zum Franziskanertor und durch die mittelalterliche Altstadt zum St-Nikolaus-Münster und dem Rathaus. Weiter am Hofstatt(Marktplatz) und Mantelhafen zum alten Ostbahnhof. Auf dem Strandweg wieder zurück zum Sportboothafen und über den Bahnhof Nußdorf zum Dorfbrunnen und Startpunkt der Wanderung. Entfernung ca. 10 km, Dauer ca. 3 Std. und +/-175 Höhenmeter. GPS-Daten:
