Soltinjärvi is a beautiful lake in Hollola. Don't deam about swimming in it though. There are no good places to get into the water. There is a path going around the lake although some paths are dry and nice to walk, some are quite moist or under a swamplike terrain.
Soltinjärvellä on turha kuvitella uimista, sillä hyviä paikkoja pulahtaa järveen ei ole. Polku kulkee järven ympäri, mutta osa alueesta on soista. Erityisesti suo alueet sijoittuvat järven koilis-itä-päätyyn.

Hollola Nature Visit: Pirunpesä Canyon, June 2023, Finland [4K]
Pirunpesä (literally Devil's Nest) is a canyon in Hollola, Finland. The canyon is located in the Tiirismaa nature reserve. The area of Pirunpesä is 34 hectares. It was protected in 1950s. Pirunpesä has been a visitor attraction since the 1800s. A hiking trail, which is 4.5 kilometres long, passes by Pirunpesä.

Tästä tuli mieleen ihan muumien vedenneito jakso; en ois yhtään yllättynyt jos tuossa vedenpinnalla olis liihotellut semmonen vaaleaverikkö miehiä hypnotiseeraamassa. Käsittämätöntä, että tällainen paikka löytyy Suomesta ja kaikenlisäksi tähän viereen pääsee AUTOLLA. Tämä tosin aiheuttaa sen, että jengiähän täällä lappaa enemmän, kuin Lidlin lenkkarilaarilla. Just a few shots of when I travelled to Helsinki in January 2014. Such an amazing city! I was so impressed and would love to go back and explore further afield. Very expensive in comparison to English prices but the whole place has such a modern, up market feel as well as beautiful surrounding areas.
