Bitti is a comune in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 140 kilometres north of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres north of Nuoro. Bitti borders the following municipalities: Alà dei Sardi, Buddusò, Lodè, Lula, Nule, Onanì, Orune, Osidda, Padru.
The commune takes its name from the Sardinian bitta (female deer). Already existing in Roman times, it is mentioned in 1170 as Bitthe. Bitti was a provincial capital of the Giudicato of Gallura and, from the 14th century, was part of the Giudicato of Torres. It was later included in the marquisate of Orani.
Borgo Bitti is the main town of the northern Barbagia region and it was once known as Barbagia di Bitti. The raising of livestock made this area an important centre of dairy production (especially sheep milk products), a tradition that is the focus of the local Farming and Pastoral Museum set up in a traditional landowner's .

Guspini is a beautiful Mediterranean town situated on the south-west coast of Sardinia. It is a fascinating town with an immaculate landscape, warm climate and ancient architecture. The Monte Linas, Sa Punta de se Mesa and Mount Maiori mountains dominate the landscape. Dunes, woodlands and the Mediterranean Sea add to the beautiful scenery. The coastline is impressive, stretching 46 km, with stunning sandy beaches. There are waterfalls dotted around the town and several forests surrounding it, such as: Gentilis (Guspini) park and Perd'e Pibera (Gonnosfanadiga) park, the latter being the largest park in the municipality. There are also several interesting places worth visiting just outside Guspini, such as Montevecchio, a small village 10 km away from the city. It is one of the oldest mining sites in Italy, and galena was the main mineral. Today, there is an eco-museum in Montevecchio which exhibits the history of the region, its main activities and the everyday life for the locals. Exploring Guspini and its surrounding areas is truly rewarding.

Caletta di Is Cannisonis a Torre dei Corsari ~ 29 Agosto 2022 | Sardegna
La spiaggia di Portu Is Cannisonis, si trova nel territorio comunale di Arbus e più precisamente in località Torre dei Corsari altra località molto apprezzata da chi decide di trascorrere le proprie vacanze in Sardegna o l'estate nella Costa Verde, tra la natura e le spiagge della Sardegna occidentale.
Si tratta di una spiaggia dalle dimensioni veramente ridotte, utilizzata soprattutto come scivolo per mettere in mare le piccole imbarcazioni. Ha un fondo di sabbia e ghiaietta, di colore dorato scuro, con la presenza di ciottoli levigati. Presenti rocce e scogli affioranti dalla sabbia e dal mare.
Il mare ha un colore tra il verde e l'azzurro, di media profondità e dal fondale prevalentemente roccioso. Scarsamente frequentata anche durante la stagione turistica e non si riscontra la presenza di posidonia in quantità significative.
Come arrivare alla spiaggia di Portu Is Cannisonis:
per raggiungere la spiaggia da Cagliari, percorrere la Strada Statale 131 direzione Guspini. Proseguire per Arbus, e poi per Montevecchio. Da qui procedere sempre dritti sulla strada provinciale, mantenendo la destra ai bivi che si palesano davanti. Quando richiesto, girare a destra per Torre dei Corsari e procedere per circa 10 kilometri lungo la provinciale seguendo le indicazioni per Torre dei Corsari. Appena dentro la lottizzazione girare subito a sinistra, poi alla seconda strada nuovamente a sinistra, e procedere dritti sino alla spiaggia.
Servizi della spiaggia di Portu Is Cannisonis:
non sono presenti servizi su questa spiaggia, ma a pochi minuti è possibile usufruire di tutti i servizi del centro abitato.

Nous avons séjourné en Agri Turismo ou nous avons pu découvrir les meilleures spécialités sardes faite maisons de la récolte a la fabrication, loué une voiture sur place nous embarquions la voiture sur le bateau sur chaque îles se qui est recommandé .

Spiaggia della Marina di Gutturu ‘e Flumini ad Arbus ~ 2 Settembre 2022 | Sardegna
La spiaggia di Gutturu ‘e Flumini è situata nel comune di Arbus, nel cuore della costa verde nell’ovest Sardegna, località chiamata anche Marina di Arbus.
La spiaggia è caratterizzata dalla presenza di bianche scogliere di origine calcarea a Nord e scogliere vulcaniche a sud, tra le scogliere che emergono a picco sul mare sono presenti varie insenature sabbiose.
Sulla collina che circonda la spiaggia è presente il piccolo villaggio turistico che ha una panoramica sul mare notevole.
Il colore della sabbia è tipica della costa verde ovvero dorato, che attribuisce insieme al colore della macchia mediterranea sfumature di smeraldo in riva al mare.
Il fondale è basso in riva e degrada dolcemente a largo fino al blu profondo. Tra la sabbia e gli scogli è interessante praticare lo snorkeling in quanto il fondale è ricco di vita.
Sulla spiaggia è prevista una discesa per la messa in acqua di gommoni e piccole imbarcazioni, è presente anche il servizio di salvamento, mentre i servizi ricreativi quali bar, chioschi e ristoranti sono presenti nel villaggio a ridosso.
NEI DINTORNI
Guidando verso sud incontrerete dopo qualche chilometro la spiaggia di Portu Maga e quella di Piscinas, per quest’ultima è necessario superare due fiumi facilmente attraversabili con auto sportive solo in estate. Guidando verso Nord incontrerete la spiaggia di Funtanazza e quella più lontana di Torre dei Corsari.
COME ARRIVARE A SPIAGGIA DI GUTTURU ‘E FLUMINI
Da Cagliari procedere sulla 131 e prendere l’uscita per Guspini e da qui dirigersi verso Montevecchio e seguire le indicazioni per la Costa verde e Gutturu e flumini.

Obwohl die Gesetze in Italien ab 2022 für Offroad-Fahren geändert hatten, wagte ich mich wieder auf die Pisten Sardiniens, denn die breiteren Wege waren gemäss meinen Informationen nach wie vor legal zu befahren.
Der TET endet bekanntlich in Cagliari aber Sardinien bietet noch viel mehr Offroad und so geht es in dieser Episode mit der Aprilia Tuareg 660 220 km quer durch den Süden von Sardinien, davon über 80 km (für mich teilweise sehr hartes) Offroad von Iglesias im Westen bis nach San Vito an der Ostküste. Am Morgen ging es zunächst über eine einfache Piste hoch in die Minengegend von Arenas, danach durchaus anspruchsvoll hinüber an die Küste bei Buggerru, traumhaft vor allem der Ausblick auf die Küste und den Sandstrand. Ein weiterer einfach zu fahrender Pass brachte mich hinüber Richtung Fluminimaggiore wo dann ein super schwerer, steiler Aufstieg Richtung Guspini folgte, die Abfahrt brachte mich gar wieder richtig an die Grenze. Es folgte ein langes Querfeldein über einige Feldwege und kleinste Strassen bis Sinnai und dann wieder hoch nach Burcei, dieses Stück hatte ich eine Woche zuvor eigentlich schon gesucht aber nicht beachtet. Schliesslich fuhr ich nochmals die Piste von Burcei nach Villasalto, dieses mal in die entgegengesetzte Richtung, dieses Stück war dieses mal teilweise noch viel ausgewaschener als vor 2 Jahren
