My trip to Guilin Yangsho
Guangxi province,guilin one of the most beautiful place in China
Yangshuo, a county and resort town in southern China’s Guangxi region, is known for its dramatic karst mountain landscape and outdoor recreation. The town is set amid pinnacles like Bilian Feng (Green Lotus Peak), which has a hiking trail to the top. Tour boats offer cruises on the Li River past picturesque countryside from the town of Guilin to the north.
Guilin is a city in southern China known for its dramatic landscape of limestone karst hills. At its center are 2 lakes, Shanhu (Cedar) and Ronghu (Banyan), remaining from a medieval-era moat that once surrounded the city. Boats travel through these and other lakes via connected rivers. On Shanhu Lake’s shore, twin pagodas, the Sun and Moon, light up the sky at night.
. Yangshuo River is the beautiful river we visited ayangshuo and travels across the River in ferry for 70 Km in yangshuo river. Through this ferry we saw some spectacular landscapes and amazing mountains of Guilin yangshuo.

we started our journey from Zhangjiajie to Guilin by train and from Guilin to Yangshuo county we book the Uber. spend the night in the best hotel in Yangshuo city in the morning we woke up and had breakfast in an Indian hotel in Yangshuo. afternoon we book the ticket on a river cruise in the Yangshuo river for 250 RMB it takes 4 hours in Yangshou. on the way, you would see the breathtakingly beautiful mountain in Yangshuo and Yangshuo river. in one spot you would find the display picture of the Chinese 20 RMB currency note.

The Beauty of Guilin | Southern China (4K)
It was a long dream of mine to visit this unique area around Guilin, Yangshou and Xingping in Asia. To be honest, it was on the very top of my bucket list. Now I finally made it to this picturesque landscape in the south of China and I should not be disappointed.
The karst peaks of Southern China are one of my favorite landscapes. But also capturing the Kormorant fishing on Li river, as it used to be centuries ago, was a big highlight. It was an absolute pleasure to shoot with Mr. Huang Gao Hui, one of the famous fishermen in Xingping. I was able to document a tradition that is unfortunately dying out, like many others, due to the increase of tourism in our ever developing world. The fact is, this man now earns far more through tourism that he would have done catching and selling fish locally.

I took my wife to Guilin and Yangshuo last weekend for her birthday. It's only about a 2 hour flight from Nanjing, so it was relaxing little trip. In this video, we just rode our scooters and randomly stopped and went for a walk. I prefer to travel this way because you never know who you may meet and what you will see. We found Paradise in Guilin, China
We traveled from Chengdu to Guilin to embark on a 3 day photography extravaganza. The guided tour required us to wake up at 2-3am every day to photograph sunrise in incredibly difficult to reach locations with gorgeous views and stay up all the way through the sunset to catch the best light. I wasn't prepared for how much I would love Guilin, it's absolutely beautiful there.
