Erlebnispfad Gschwend - Vom Badesee zum Märchenwald
Unsere Ausflugskarte als Poster mit 126 Ausflugszielen:

Nur ein paar Meter von Gschwend entfernt befindet sich der Walderlebnispfad und der Märchenwald. Ich starte meinen kleinen Ausflug am Parkplatz beim Badsee. Alle Infos und die Standorte bei Google Maps findet Ihr wie immer auf unserer Homepage.
Bevor ich mich auf den Weg in Richtung Wald mache, werfe ich einen kurzen Blick auf den Naturbadesee.
Der kleine See bietet alles was man an heißen Tagen braucht: Kühles Wasser, Beachvolleyball und einen kleinen Kiosk.
Nur ein paar Hundert Meter weiter beginnt der Walderlebnispfad Tännli. Er ist etwa 2 Kilometer lang und hat zehn Stationen. Gleich zu Anfang bin ich schon mittendrin im Herzstück des Pfades, dem Märchenwald…
Der geheimnisvolle und finstere Platz entführt euch für ein paar Minuten in die Phantasiewelt von Rotkäppchen, Grüfelo und Co.
An den folgenden Stationen könnt Ihr euch auf Baumstämmen ausruhen, balancieren und eine Menge über unsere heimischen
Wälder lernen. Beim Weitsprung könnt Ihr herausfinden ob Ihr weiter als ein Floh oder ein Haase springen könnt.
Am Ende des Pfades lädt euch das Tannenhochhaus zu einer Kletterpartie ein. Der ganz neu erbaute Skywalk bietet euch tolle Ausblicke auf unsere Tier- und Pflanzenwelt. Wenn euch nicht gerade die Kamera
runterfällt….
Fazit: Der Walderlebnispfad ist inzwischen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Er bietet, besonders für Kinder, relativ wenig
Abwechslung. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir der Märchenwald, der Skywalk und die tollen und finsteren Wälder rund um Gschwend.
Ein Ausflug zum Naturbadesee mit einer anschließenden Runde durch den Erlebnispfad ist aber trotzdem eine kleine Reise Wert.

Old Town (Medieval) area of Esslingen am Neckar, Germany
Esslingen am Neckar in Germany has been pretty much thriving since around since the year 800. Because it was spared from much of the bombings of WWII, the old town area remained pretty much intact. Walking through here is really a step back in time, with parts of the old city wall and tower still standing. The whole area is full of beautiful half-timbered houses that Germany is known for. The Rossneckar-canal, part of the Neckar River, runs through the city, with many homes built right over it. Not to be missed if you ever visit Germany - hope you enjoy the video snippets we filmed and are enticed to consider coming here one day. About Oehringen: Öhringen is the largest town in Hohenlohe (district) in the state of Baden-Württemberg, in southwest Germany, near Heilbronn. Öhringen is on the railline to Schwäbisch Hall and Crailsheim. With a population of 22,745 (2009), the town is diverse. It is a quaint medieval place, and, among its ancient buildings, boasts a fine Evangelical church (German: Stiftskirche) containing carvings in cedar-wood from the 15th century and numerous interesting tombs and monuments; a Renaissance town hall; the building, now used as a library, which formerly belonged to a monastery, erected in 1034; and a palace, the former residence of the princes of Hohenlohe-Öhringen. Öhringen was known as Vicus Aurelii to the Romans. Eastwards of it runs the old limes Roman frontier wall, and numerous remains and inscriptions dating from the days of the Roman settlement have been discovered, including traces of three camps. // Öhringen ist eine Stadt im fränkisch geprägten Nordosten Baden-Württembergs, etwa 25 km östlich von Heilbronn gelegen. Nach ersten Besiedlungen in geschichtlicher Zeit unter den Römern entwickelte sich die am Limes gelegene Stadt ab dem 11. Jahrhundert, insbesondere mit der Stiftung eines Chorherrenstifts, zur Residenzstadt der Fürsten zu Hohenlohe. We do sightseeing in the city of Aalen in the east of Baden-Württemberg in Germany. In former times it was at the border of the Roman Empire called the Limes.
Walking in ESSLINGEN / Germany ???????? - Old Town On A Rainy Afternoon - 4K 60fps (UHD)
Esslingen am Neckar is a city near Stuttgart in the state of Baden-Württemberg. As mentioned in the official name, the city is located on the Neckar River.
We are visiting Esslingen on a rainy day (October 2020) and start our tour right near the train station. The ES mall gets a quick visit on our way to the city center.
We walk on the Bahnhofsstraße as the main shopping street to the Schelztor. The Schelztor is an old tower from the 13th century. One of the last three surviving towers of the former city wall.
In the norther part of the city we head towards the Frauenkirche and then get back towards the center via the St. Dionys church.
There are several nice half-timbered houses in Esslingen which see along our route through the old town. It is a bit rainy now yet we see several sights like the Postmichelbrunnen, Hafenmarkt and the Old Town Hall built around 1420.
In the end we head towards the train station again to end our tour of Esslingen.

Driving in Göppingen | Germany
Göppingen is a town in southern Germany, part of the Stuttgart Region of Baden-Württemberg. It is the capital of the district Göppingen. Göppingen is home to the toy company Märklin, and it is the birthplace of football player Jürgen Klinsmann.
Göppingen is situated at the bottom of the Hohenstaufen mountain, in the valley of the river Fils. The districts of Göppingen are Bartenbach, Bezgenriet, Faurndau, Göppingen, Hohenstaufen, Holzheim, Jebenhausen and Maitis.
Tradition holds that the city was founded by an Alemannic leader called Geppo sometime in the 3rd or 4th century. A disastrous fire on August 25, 1782, destroyed most of the town, but it was immediately rebuilt. Industrialization during the 19th century made the area into a center of industry. The importance of such an industry is still seen in the town in the present day in companies such as Märklin and Schuler.

Neresheim Monastery / Abtei Neresheim / Kloster Neresheim / Best Church of South Germany / 4K UHD
Neresheim Monastery is one of the oldest roman catholic monasteries of South-Germany and is at the same time the youngest and the newest Baroque Churches in Europe. The church was converted from a fort on top of the Ulrichberg Mountain near the town of Neresheim in Ostalb District in Baden-Württemberg State of South Germany. Winter in South Germany (Part - 2) 2021 / Hagbergturm / Gschwend / Ostalbkreis / Baden-Württemberg
The 2nd Part of our Winter in South-Germany Series is finally ready and up for all the great Youtube community out there.
This time I travelled high up in the mountains on a bright sunny but a very cold day in January 2021 to Hagbergturm / Hagberg-Tower, a sort of watch tower on top of the Hagberg Mountain in the Swabian Alps Mountain Range in Baden-Württemberg State of South Germany. The Tower was built in 1930's and is maintained by the German Alpine Club / Deutsche Albverein.
The Tower is open to tourist all year around and is on a popular trekking and cycling track.

Hüttenbühlsee - Badesee in der Natur - Ausflugsziele rund um Stuttgart
Der wunderschöne, kleine Hüttenbühlsee gehört zu den Geheimtipps bei den Badeseen und Ausflugszielen rund um Stuttgart. Er liegt im Naturpark Schwäbisch-Fränkischer Wald in der Nähe von Welzheim und den umliegenden Orten Spraitbach, Alfdorf und Gschwend.
