Walking Tour Tehran 2022 Overview: Top 10 UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Iran 2022
This video is an overview of my walking tour visit to the Miniature Museum in Tehran 2022. The walking tour through this garden museum has picked us to all world heritage sites throughout Iran in 2022. Instead of traveling to all parts of Iran to visit them, we have the opportunity to see most of the world heritage sites in Iran in a single day.

The museum garden is the first Miniature park of Iran that has been designed and carried out in an area of about three hectares in Tehran in order to present models of the Iran world Heritage sites by Tehran municipality (organization of Parks and landscape of Tehran city). The main plan is derived from the Iranian garden (Persian garden) essence in combination with irregular spaces to present miniature models with regards to the geo-graphic bed and the manner of the World Heritage monuments establishment. The significant difference of this Park with the others is the close attention to the World Heritage complexes in association with their surrounding environment which has presented a special essence to it. At the first Phase of launching the Park, the miniature model of 13 World Heritage sites were built by Iranian artists.

Northern Iran: A Paradise for Nature Lovers and Adventure Seekers - Iran 2023
Chamkhale is a city in the Gilan province of northwestern Iran, located on the Caspian Sea. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region, known for its beautiful and clean beach, equipped with various amenities and entertainment facilities. Chamkhale is also home to a cultural and tourism complex named after Martyr Emami, who was a political and social activist before and after the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The complex offers various services and attractions, such as hotels, restaurants, sports, museums, and libraries. Chamkhale is also rich in natural and historical attractions, such as the Chamkhale River, the Chamkhale Bridge, the Chamkhale Lighthouse, and the Chamkhale Castle. Chamkhale is a place where you can enjoy the sun, the sea, and the culture of Gilan province.
According to the web search results, the northern part of Iran is a geographical term that refers to a relatively big and large green and fertile land that consists of the southern border of the Caspian Sea and the Alborz mountains. It includes the provinces of Gilan, Mazandaran, and Golestan (ancient kingdom of Hyrcania, medieval region of Tabaristan). The major provinces, Gilan and Mazandaran, are covered with dense forests, snow-covered mountains and impressive sea shores. The major cities are Rasht, Gorgan, Sâri, Bâbol, Amol, Qaem Shahr, Gonbad-e Kavus, Anzali, Lahijan, Châlus and Behshahr. Northern Iran has numerous villages, particularly Massulé, appreciated by travellers.
The northern part of Iran has a diverse climate that varies depending on the altitude and the proximity to the Caspian Sea. The main types of climate in northern Iran are:
- Cold semi-arid climate: This climate is found in the high mountains and northern parts of the Alborz range. In these areas, the weather is cold and mountainous, and most of the precipitation falls as snow. The average temperature in winter is below freezing, and in summer it is around 20°C.
- Humid subtropical climate: This climate is found in the central and western plains of Mazandaran and the province of Gilan. In these areas, the weather is mild and humid, and the precipitation is abundant throughout the year. The average temperature in winter is around 10°C, and in summer it is around 30°C. These regions are covered with dense forests and green fields.
The northern part of Iran is a popular tourist destination, especially for those who enjoy the beauty and diversity of nature. The northern part of Iran offers various attractions, such as beaches, mountains, rivers, bridges, lighthouses, castles, museums, and cultural complexes.

This is my 311th day of trans-siberian round tour. This morning, I departed from Teheran, the capital city of Iran. Final destination was Mashhad, a border city to Turkmenistan. On the way, I dropped in Gonbad-e Kavus, a UNESCO world heritage in Iran.

Don't go to Iran, that's what I heard many times. So it was clear to me to go to Iran :D
And it was a good desicion. I met so many nice people and so many beautiful places. This trip was not a typical touristic trip. Everybody is going South after Tehran to Shiraz, Esfahan or Yazd.
That's why I decided to go North and I never regretted it :D
First part is about Tehran, Nouschar, Gorgan, Gonbad-e Qabus, Garmeh and some day trips.
The Meel of Gonbad
This is the largest brick made monument in the world. It is located in the city of Gonbad in northern Iran. Hope You Like It.

Gonbad-e Qabus Brick Tower
Gonbad-e Qabus tower is a majestic structure made of brick, with special technicalities and affects of art, related to the 4th century AH. This structure which is located on a hillock amidst the grand park of Gonbad Kavoos city, is the tomb of Shams-ol-Mali Qaboos Ebne Voshmgir Ziyari (the ruler of the times in Gorgan and a famed scholar as well). The tower is a fortified building, constructed by strong elements, and consists of beautiful ornamental works in proportionate lines adorned with harmony. The said structure consists of three parts - foundation, the main building and the dome which is conical, rising to an elevation of 55m. The actual structure rests on a round base, 2 m of which is above the ground, and the rest lies as an underground base. The tower is artistically designed with ten triangular patterns at regular intervals. Two simple epigraphs in the cuneiform embossment script can be observed on the construction dating to 397 AH. The tower has been constructed of red brick, but this color has changed to a golden yellow, under effect of sun rays. The conical dome reaches a height of 18 m. with a plain, polished and a steep gradient surface. Vaulted arches can be noted at the entrance of the tower and this adornment dates to the works of art in the early Islamic period The Gonbad Kavoos Tower was built in the year 397 AH. and is on historical record in Iran.

The Tallest Oldest Brick Tower In The World On The Silk Road/Only Brick No Stone No Marble No Iron!!
Gonbsd E Kavus(or Qabus) Brick Tower is the tallest oldest tower that was built in 1006 by Brick on The height of this tower reaches 52.84 m /173.35 ft and is build on a hill with a height of 9.82 m /32.21 ft . Thus, the height of Gonbad E Kavus is 62.66 m /205.57 ft. The hill didn't exist naturally but was built to build a tower!!!

Gonbad e Kavus city is located in the Golestan Province/ Iran. many Turkmen live in this city and their culture mixed with Iranian culture ,this is what adds to the beauty of the city. Among the souvenirs of this city ,we can mention hand-woven carpets and rugs, silk fabrics, beautiful and colorful Turkmen clothes.
Gonbad E Kavus architecture:
The Tower is composed of three parts that are called Foundation, body, and Dome. The body of this building is designed as a Decagon and is located on a circular base. This circular base is enormous and most of it, is located inside the hill and only two meters from the base is outside of the hill.
Architectures only used baked brick for building Gonbad E Kavus and it will amaze you if we say no steel or concrete was used in the construction of this tower and it is still stayed up after 1000 years and no natural disaster has damaged it !!!
It is registered in the UNESCO world heritage since 2012

Golestan province is located in the north-east of the country and south-east of the Caspian Sea. Its capital is Gorgan.
Human settlements in this area date back to 10,000 BC. Evidence of the ancient city of Jorjan can still be seen near the current city of Gonbad-e Kavus. It was an important city of Persia located on the Silk Road.
