Glan Side trip (Glan, Sarangani Province)
After Pamela Lim and friends went to the National Bird Festival held last May 10-12, 2018 at Tacurong City, they decided to have a side trip in Glan Sarangani Province.
It's an eye-opener if you travel in your own province with foreigner friends. It gives you an outsider perspective about local tourism.
I'm so blessed I met Pam (from last year's tourism event) plus my new found friends from Taiwan and Germany. Their insights are useful and I'm still amazed at their backgrounds.
I will miss them, especially Mama Judy, because she becomes our second Mama. Despite our bad experience in one of the resorts of Glan, we still manage to laugh about that experience.
PS: My dear friends in Sarangani (or in SOX), especially those who have (tourism) business establishments. Please recheck not only your services but also your staff. Make sure they are properly trained and can handle local or foreign guests well. You'll never know what are the backgrounds of your guests. One day, you would wake up and realize that you're out of business because of that one bad experience.
