Na naszej liście znajdziecie kilka obowiązkowych pozycji miejsc, których na liście atrakcji Holandii nie mogło zabraknąć. Jak na przykład Amsterda, Keukenhof czy Kinderdijk. Ale znajdziecie też inne miejsca które są typowo naszym wyborem i do których lubimy od czasu do czasu się wybrać.
Oczywiście nie mieliśmy okazji zobaczyć wszystkiego w Holandii, wiele miejsc które widzieliśmy i były fajne, nie znalazły się na liście z powodu braku footage z tych miejscówek. Tutaj jako przykład mogę podać ZOO Ouwehands Dierenpark. Jest to w tej chwili chyba jedyne ZOO w Europie, gdzie można zobaczyć misie Panda. Innym ciekawym miejscem jest Madurodam w Hadze. Jest to park miniarut, gdzie znajdziecie w pomniejszonej wersji wszystkie najpopularniejsze budynki w Holandii.
Takich miejsc mógł bym jeszcze kilka wymienić, ale założeniem było przedstawienie 5 ulubionych miejsc i atrakcji w Holandii i starałem się tego trzymać :)
Innym naszym ulubionym miejsce w Holandii jest Renesse. Tam jednak wybieramy się tylko latem, iż jest to miejscowość nadmorska, z szerokimi piaszczystymi plażami. Bardzo klimatyczne miasteczko do którego uwielbiamy wracać w gorące dni.
Kolejnym miejscem w które fajnie jest się wybrać w Holandii to dzielnica Hagi a mianowicie Scheveningen. Jest to najpopularniejsza plaża w Niderlandach. Znajdziecie tam hotele, bary, restauracje i kluby. Popularną atrakcją jest także wysoki na 50 metrów młyn diabelski Skyview De Pier.

De mooiste wandelingen van Nederland deel 1
Iedere maand één wandeling in een andere provincie, mijn uitdaging voor 2022. Doel is natuurlijk wel dat ik de mooiste wandeling per provincie loop.
De eerste helft van het jaar zit erop. In deze video laat ik de mooiste wandelingen zien van Noord-Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland, Zuid-Holland, Limburg en Groningen.
Neem het alsjeblieft niet al te serieus, smaken verschillen nu eenmaal en bij iedere provincie zijn misschien wel drie net zo mooie alternatieven te noemen.

Eindhoven is a city and municipality in the Netherlands, located in the southern province of North Brabant of which it is its largest. With a population of 238,326 on 1 January 2022, it is the fifth-largest city of the Netherlands and the largest outside the Randstad conurbation.
Eindhoven was originally located at the confluence of the Dommel and Gender.
A municipality since the 13th century, Eindhoven witnessed rapid growth starting in the 1900s by textile and tobacco industries. Two well known companies: DAF Trucks and Philips were founded in the city; Philips would go on to become a major multinational conglomerate while based in Eindhoven.
Apart from Philips, Eindhoven also contains the globally famous Design Academy Eindhoven.
Neighbouring cities and towns include Son en Breugel, Nuenen, Geldrop-Mierlo, Helmond, Heeze-Leende, Waalre, Veldhoven, Eersel, Oirschot and Best. The agglomeration has a population of 337,487. The metropolitan area consists of 780,611 inhabitants. The city region has a population of 753,426. The Brabantse Stedenrij combined metropolitan area has about two million inhabitants.
Culturally and recreationally, Eindhoven was formed by two forces:
Being a university city, Eindhoven has a large student population. The students from the Eindhoven University of Technology and a number of undergraduate schools give Eindhoven a young population, whose recreational needs are catered to by several different festivals, clubs and such.
For a long time Eindhoven was the main location of Philips. The Philips company undertook a lot of effort in the cultural formation of its workforce and has given the city both cultural institutions (such as the former POC and the Muziekcentrum Frits Philips) and sporting institutions (notably PSV).
Eindhoven is also known as the City of Light, due to Philips originating from there and because of several projects involving lighting up buildings of the city. During Carnival, Eindhoven is rechristened Lampegat (Hamlet of Lamps, although for the ironic purposes of carnival the translation Hole in the ground with lamps is closer to the mark); this refers again to the important role of Philips in the Eindhoven community.
The Eindhoven public space contains many forms of artistic expression (a book published by the Eindhoven tourist board records 550 as of 2001 and more have been added since), with high concentrations of them in the parks.
The Stadswandelpark for instance, contains over 30 works of modern art. There are also several other works of art on permanent display throughout the city, such as Flying Pins (by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, who considered the location on the southern stretch of the John F. Kennedylaan to be like a bowling alley) and Swing (a construct on the Karel de Grotelaan, which morphs into different geometric shapes as you move around it).
There are also a number of statues of famous city inhabitants, such as Jan van Hooff (by Auke Hettema, 1992) and Frits Philips (by Kees Verkade) on the Market Square. There is a statue of Anton Philips in front of the central railway station.
Eindhoven contains several parks and a lot of open, green space. Of the five largest cities in the Netherlands, it has the highest percentage of green area (encompassing about ⅓ of all public space). It is also the greenest of the five largest cities in North Brabant. The green area per house is about 100 square metres (1,100 square feet).
Eindhoven Airport is the closest airport, located approximately 8 kilometres (5 miles) from the town centre. The airport serves as a military air base and a civilian commercial airport. Eindhoven Airport is the second-busiest in the Netherlands (after Schiphol).
The premier sporting club of the city is PSV Eindhoven, the professional football club playing in the Eredivisie. Their home base is the Philips Stadion. PSV won the 1988 European Cup as well as 24 Dutch championships.
FC Eindhoven is another football club based in Eindhoven, currently playing in the Eerste Divisie.

Welcome back to another video! I hope you are all doing well ????
This video is the second part of my short holiday away in Heeze, the Netherlands. Also, I went shopping in Eindhoven and you will see a small part of it. Eindhoven is a city in the Netherlands and for shopping, it is a great city, it is big and there are a lot of stores in Eindhoven. It is definitely worth visiting if you want to do some shopping in Eindhoven. It is a great city as well for some drinks, dinner and a night out.
During my short holiday away, I also went for a bike tour in the area of Heeze. That day was a great day, we really got lucky with the weather, and it was a blessed to bike around in such beautiful nature as in Heeze. The landscape is amazing, and we were hours away with the bicycle. It felt like I was in a foreign country, but it was just in the Netherlands.
After my short holiday away to Heeze, I realize that the Netherlands has a lot of offers went it comes to short weekends/ short holidays away. I always like to visit other countries but the Netherlands has also a lot to offer.
There is still a lot of exploring to do in the Netherlands and Heeze was one of the first of this year. I can’t wait to share more contents with you and I hope that you enjoy this video!

Culturally and recreationally, Eindhoven was formed by two forces:
Being a university city, Eindhoven has a large student population. The students from the Eindhoven University of Technology and a number of undergraduate schools give Eindhoven a young population, whose recreational needs are catered to by several different festivals, clubs and such.
For a long time Eindhoven was the main location of Philips. The Philips company undertook a lot of effort in the cultural formation of its workforce and has given the city both cultural institutions (such as the former POC and the Muziekcentrum Frits Philips) and sporting institutions (notably PSV).
Eindhoven is also known as the City of Light, due to Philips originating from there and because of several projects involving lighting up buildings of the city. During Carnival, Eindhoven is rechristened Lampegat (Hamlet of Lamps, although for the ironic purposes of carnival the translation Hole in the ground with lamps is closer to the mark); this refers again to the important role of Philips in the Eindhoven community.
The Eindhoven public space contains many forms of artistic expression (a book published by the Eindhoven tourist board records 550 as of 2001 and more have been added since), with high concentrations of them in the parks.
The Stadswandelpark for instance, contains over 30 works of modern art. There are also several other works of art on permanent display throughout the city, such as Flying Pins (by Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, who considered the location on the southern stretch of the John F. Kennedylaan to be like a bowling alley) and Swing (a construct on the Karel de Grotelaan, which morphs into different geometric shapes as you move around it).
There are also a number of statues of famous city inhabitants, such as Jan van Hooff (by Auke Hettema, 1992) and Frits Philips (by Kees Verkade) on the Market Square. There is a statue of Anton Philips in front of the central railway station.
Eindhoven contains several parks and a lot of open, green space. Of the five largest cities in the Netherlands, it has the highest percentage of green area (encompassing about ⅓ of all public space). It is also the greenest of the five largest cities in North Brabant. The green area per house is about 100 square metres (1,100 square feet).
Eindhoven Airport is the closest airport, located approximately 8 kilometres (5 miles) from the town centre. The airport serves as a military air base and a civilian commercial airport. Eindhoven Airport is the second-busiest in the Netherlands (after Schiphol).
The premier sporting club of the city is PSV Eindhoven, the professional football club playing in the Eredivisie. Their home base is the Philips Stadion. PSV won the 1988 European Cup as well as 24 Dutch championships.
FC Eindhoven is another football club based in Eindhoven, currently playing in the Eerste Divisie.

N270 Helmond -Nuenen - Eindhoven (NL)
The N270 is a provincial road in the southeast of the Netherlands, in the provinces of Limburg and Noord-Brabant. The road forms an east-west connection between Eindhoven and the border with Germany. The N270 is located about 5 to 10 kilometers north of the A67 motorway, which provides a faster connection between Eindhoven and Germany.
This video is the sequel to the first video that ended when entering Helmond. Helmond is a medium-sized city with more than 90,000 inhabitants. The N270 runs straight through the city from east to west. From Helmond, the N270 has 2x2 lanes, where the part east of Helmond has only one lane in both directions.
There is still a short stretch of motorway (A270) between Helmond and Eindhoven. After a few kilometers, the motorway ends when entering Eindhoven. From the Berenkuil (connection with the RING) we go via municipal roads to the connection with the A50 on the northeast side of Eindhoven.

De N270 is een provinciale weg in het zuidoosten van Nederland, in de provincies Limburg en Noord-Brabant. De weg vormt een oost-west verbinding tussen Eindhoven en de grens met Duitsland. De N270 ligt ongeveer 5 à 10 kilometer ten noorden van autosnelweg A67, die een snellere verbinding geeft tussen Eindhoven en Duitsland.
Deze video is het vervolg op de eerste video die eindigde bij het binnenrijden van Helmond. Helmond is een middelgrote stad met ruim 90.000 inwoners. De N270 gaat van oost naar west dwars door de stad heen. Vanaf Helmond heeft de N270 ook steeds 2x2 rijstroken, waar het gedeelte ten oosten van Helmond slechts één rijstrook in beide richtingen heeft.
Tussen Helmond en Eindhoven ligt nog een klein stukje autosnelweg (A270). Na een paar kilometer eindigt de autosnelweg bij het binnenrijden van Eindhoven. Vanaf de Berenkuil (aansluiting met de RING) gaan we via gemeentelijke wegen naar de aansluiting met de A50 aan de noordoostkant van Eindhoven.

Netherlands 4K Walk - ???? Kasteel Geldrop - Castle ???? Virtual Tours
I was planning a relaxed Sunday bike trip. Open google maps and noticed Kasteelhoeve Geldrop ???? was around 4km away from my new home. It was perfect for recording a new walk video on The Netherlands. Took my Fuji camera with the amazing Laowa 9mm lens and headed to Geldrop. The Castle in the middle of Geldrop's town center is surrounded by a magnificent English landscape garden. I could feel the autumn smell and the garden makes you travel in time.
Kasteel Geldrop, as it is called by the Dutch, was built in 1350 by knight Philips the First of Geldrop, of whom little else is known.

Wandelen vanuit Geldrop naar het Dak van Brabant (Noord-Brabant) | ED 150
Een eigen route met twee echte hoogtepunten die start in Geldrop (Braakhuizen Noord). De route loopt naar het 'Dak van Brabant' een vormalige afvalberg die met een hoogte van 60 meter een fantastisch uitzicht op de skyline van Eindhoven en weide omgeving biedt. De route vervolgt langs de 105 meter hoge TV toren in Mierlo en voert over de prachtige Molenheide terug naar Geldrop. Ontdek ook hoe mooi en veelzijdig Noord-Brabant is als je het te voet doorkruist op mijn YouTube kanaal. Hierop vind je een scala van fotopresentaties die ik tijdens vele wandeltochten door Noord-Brabant, Zuid-Limburg en het Drielandengebied maakte.
Deze route voert over de Gulberg (gemeente Nuenen) en via Mierlo weer terug naar Geldrop. Wandelen en fotograferen van deze route deed ik op 26-04-2020.

The historic city center of Haarlem has a treasure trove of special monuments. The current Haarlem is located on an old beach wall, created 56 centuries ago. Many centuries later, the settlement of Haarloheim arose at a strategic location on the Spaarne. Haarlem has since developed into the beautiful city as we know it today. Start and end point is the Grote Markt in Haarlem. The historical city walk has a distance of 5.0 km.
