WHY VISIT AGIOS SOZOMENOS CYPRUS - One day road trip
Hello everyone,
Let's explore the abandoned village of Agios Sozomenos in Cyprus.
This video is the result of a small road trip from Geri to Agios Sozomenos. I record this in a single day in March 2019. The way I see this, the best season to visit the Agios Sozomenos is during Spring, because you need to drive through fields to get there. And Cyprus fields during Spring are absolutely amazing.
Quick History Facts: Agios Sozomenos is an abandoned village near the villages Potamia , Geri and Dali. In the early 1800s, the village population was mixed by Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots. By the beginning of 1900s Turkish Cypriot population increased and Greek Cypriot decreased significantly. 1964 conflict between Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots, and 1974 events , resulted to the complete abandonment of the Village.

Varosha Ghost Town (Famagusta), Cyprus Complete Walking Tour 2022 | 4K with captions
In the early 1970s, Famagusta was the number-one tourist destination in Cyprus. Many new high-rise buildings and hotels were constructed to cater to increasing tourists. During its heyday, Varosha was not only the number-one tourist destination in Cyprus, but between 1970 and 1974, it was one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, and was a favorite destination of celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Raquel Welch, and Brigitte Bardot.
Before 1974, Varosha was the modern tourist area of the Famagusta city. Its inhabitants fled during the War in 1974, when the city of Famagusta came under Turkish control, and it has remained abandoned ever since. As of 2022, buildings in Varosha have decayed; some streets have been overgrown with vegetation; and some parts of Varosha seems to be a ghost town. Entry to Varosha was opened to civilians in 2020, and the areas of Varosha open to civilian visits get larger and larger each year.

Пафос – это один из самых дешёвых и при этом популярных городов Кипра. Каждый год сюда прилетают сотни тысяч туристов, чтобы увидеть главные достопримечательности Кипра и пляжи Пафоса.
Пафос находится на западе Кипра и здесь, в отличии от Лимассола, Ларнаки или Айя-Напы можно увидеть закаты в море.
В этом ролике будет обзор главных пляжей Пафоса - набережной, Rikkos Beach, Lighthouse Beach, Venus Beach, Coral Bay и Sea Caves. У каждого из них есть свои плюсы и минусы.
Отдельно нужно сказать про Корал Бэй – это лучший и самый популярный пляж на Западе Кипра. Рядом с ним, кстати есть севший на мель корабль Edro III, еще одна достопримечательность Пафоса.
Погуляем по старому, верхнему городу Пафоса (Пано Пафос) и нижнему городу, с набережной и замком (Като Пафос).
Я прожил здесь месяц и хочу поделиться опытом жизни на Кипре, в частности в Пафосе.
Главные плюсы: закаты в море, хороший климат, не так много людей.
Главные минусы: пляжи, общественный транспорт.

About Macau :
Macau is a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the People's Republic of China. Located on the southeast coast of China, it borders Guangdong Province of mainland China to the north. It is about 60 kilometers (37 miles) to the southwest of Hong Kong.
It takes about one hour to get there by ferry from Hong Kong and about four hours by air from Beijing.
Macau consists of the Macau Peninsula itself and the islands of Taipa and Coloane, which are now connected by landfill forming the Cotai strip.

After a long time I'm back on an epic trip with Frederik in Cyprus and I finally explore Varosha in Cyprus which was on top of our bucketlist. After that we stay in the occupied zone or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to visit some abandoned churches, which were left abandoned after the invasion in 1974, which caused the split up of Cyprus. Most churches are completely loted, but we also find a church which still has some artefacts.

Greek street food - In this video, I will take you on an insane Greek street food tour of Athens where we gonna be eating a special Greek lamb, a huge gyro and some of the best Greek street food in Athens, Greece.
To start our Greek street food tour in Athens, we went to try an insane Bougatsa with custard creme.
As a second breakfast, we decided some incredible Greek meze, one of my favourite food to eat in Athens, Greece.
To continue our Greek street food tour in Athens, Greece, we went to one of the oldest Greek tavernas in the city to eat some traditional Greek food.
After that, to beat the heat of Athens, Greece, we had an insane and refreshing cold coffee.
Moving on with our Greek street food tour in Athens, we went to have some of the best seafood in Greece.
To end our first day of our Greek street food tour in Athens, we had to go to one of my favourite restaurants in Athens and eat the most insane pork chop I've ever had.
The following, after walking for 30 minutes from the city centre, we've arrive at the best restaurant in Athens to have Greek pork gyro.
To conclude our Greek street food tour in Athens, Greece, we couldn't miss the famous Greek lamb chops at a local taverna.
