This video is from our visit at the chinese sanctuary YangTorp witch is located in Hörby in the south of Sweden.

Here's where you can find out more about Yangtorp:
Yangtorp is a Buddhist qigong temple and hotel in Hörby municipality. Marcus Bongart started the construction of the temple in the 1990s with major financial support from Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Bongart founded the temple to introduce his form of the Chinese tradition called qigong in southern Sweden.
But the construction of the temple dragged on and ended up in a dispute with Lyngstad over SEK 40 million, but Bongart won the dispute. During this legal process, many thefts occurred, the temple fell into disrepair, and Bongart was convicted of accounting crimes.
This contributed to Yangtorp being sold in 2013 and the new owner began to complete the facility which finally opened in 2015, still with Marcus Bongart on the board.

空曠的學校書桌上還有來不及收拾的書籍，空無一人的游泳池採光倒是非常不錯，令人毛骨悚然的是到處遺留下的前蘇聯的痕跡，帶給人們的不僅是世界末日的景觀，還有前蘇聯殘暴烏托邦的快照以及其背後的災難故事。
切爾諾貝利這個地方大家都應該非常熟悉，30多年後切爾諾貝利這個名字仍然讓人感到害怕。 1986年4月26日，世界上最嚴重的核事故在此發生，其核輻射程度相當於廣島原子彈爆炸輻射的400倍，但如今這片半徑30公里的隔離區，卻吸引了成千上萬的好奇遊客，而且已經成為了烏克蘭的一張旅遊名片。
曾經繁華的普里皮亞季鎮是許多核電站工人的家，5萬居民在爆炸發生後的第二天就被匆匆撤離，從此幾乎再沒有人回來。參觀切爾諾貝利被遊客們戲稱為黑暗旅遊，因為這裡的核輻射仍然存在，遊客要簽署免責聲明，被要求不許觸摸任何物體或植被，通常輻射量會是正常水平的10倍，但旅遊公司已經承諾跟著導遊走都是絕對安全的，儘管如此，在離開時遊客都要經過掃描儀檢測，如果掃描儀警報響起，警衛會在遊客離開前掃除身上殘留的放射性塵埃。
切爾諾貝利核事故是國際核事件等級中最高的7級核事故，其放射性塵埃甚至都飄到了瑞典和威爾士。
切爾諾貝利位於烏克蘭基輔市以北約100公里，當遊客談到訪問切爾諾貝利時，我們通常指的是發電廠本身，但禁區實際上包括一些城鎮和一個大型森林區，切爾諾貝利之旅將在禁區內的許多不同景點停留。
烏克蘭為此還推出了旅遊地圖，特別標註並介紹了切爾諾貝利隔離區內6處重要景點，發生事故的4號機組反應堆及核電站冷卻水渠，被廢棄的普里皮亞季節鬼城，曾駐紮大批軍人的切爾諾貝利-2軍營，用於探測遠程導彈的巨型雷達站，切爾諾貝利城行政中心，核污染救援設備墳場等。同時還標記出了隔離區內主要動物如熊、鹿、野馬、狐狸和狼經常出沒的地點，還包括核電站冷卻水渠和水庫邊給大鯰魚餵食。
實際上在人類離開30年的時間，隔離區則變成了野生動物的天堂，沒有人類地球會不會變得更好呢？在這裡餵食狐狸是遊客們最常見的舉動，聰明可愛的小狐狸都懂得要將三明治帶回去分享。
從基輔到切爾諾貝利大概兩個小時，一日遊的費用大概每人100多美元，通常是10人左右的小團出發，當然如果覺得不過癮還可以參加兩天三天甚至更長時間的核輻射深度遊，當然對於攝影師來說私人旅遊的形式會是最佳的選擇。
冬季隔離區內常常是厚厚的積雪，非常安靜甚至怪異，許多人更願意在溫暖的月份訪問切爾諾貝利，秋天的樹木看起來很漂亮很美。
當年發生事故的4號核反應堆正在被一個新的石棺覆蓋，大約200噸放射性物質會被繼續封存100年。當你漫步在隔離區內空曠的村莊，城市和道路上，也許會有一種神奇的感覺，彷彿自己就是地球上的最後一個人，你覺得呢？

Jag tittade till Kypegårdens vandringsled och kollade vad den hade att bjuda på. Borås kommun
Kypegården hittar man i norra delen av Borås, strax intill djurparken. Här gick jag den 8,7 km långa vandringsleden. Och hur var den då?

I follow the green-white hiking trail, approx. 8700 meters long. But it became many meters on gravelled road.
En trevlig natur- och kulturled i Älmås naturreservat. Borås kommun.
En trevlig vandringsled på cirka 2,4 km, som jag förlänger med cirka 600 meter för att få uppleva Svarttjärnen, där det finns en grillstuga. Den här promenaden gick jag den 14 maj 2020.
