How To Manufacturing Sugar From Sugarcane In Sugar Mill With All Process 2021
Sugar comes in three varieties, One is M-Sugar, the Second is S-Sugar, and the third one is L-Sugar and all sugar mills separate them as per the grading. and maximum eat M type sugar and it is in demand in the markets. The complete PROCESS OF MAKING SUGAR FROM SUGARCANE takes around 3-4 hours (to crush sugar, make sugar and package it) :
1. crushing sugarcane and extract as much juice as possible
2. after that, steam it to make sugar syrup
3. after making sugar syrup, make mastic
4. then with the help of machines, convert these crystals into sugar granules
5. then packing them as per the grading
This plant has a capacity of 9,000 TCD (tons of cane per day) and daily crush about 8000 tonnes. need 9 megawatts power two turbines to run this type of plant. one quintal sugarcane yeild around 11-13kilos of sugar. and aport from sugar, sugar mills also can produce many other things like:
- Most of the sugar mills have started generating power.
- Sugar syrup and molasses are used to make ethanol and spirit.
- Sugarcane residue is used in making fuel and paper.
- The fresh mud is used in two different ways:
1. Organic compost or Pesticides.
2. Another one is Coal fuel for brick kilns.

DHAKA, BANGLADESH - Welcome to Dhaka, one of the most exciting and busy cities in the world! Today is Day 1 in Bangladesh, hanging out with Rasif and Ipsha ( @PetukCouple ). We’re first eating a huge Bangla home cooked meal at home before trying some local neighborhood street food. And ending today with a massive hilsa (ilish) fish fry in mustard oil - one of the national foods of Bangladesh!
Literally right off the airplane we headed over to Rasif and Ipsha’s home where they cooked a huge meal of over 18 different Bengali foods. Everything from beef curry to eggplant with egg, moringha drumsticks, fish curry and duck curry. The abundance and variety was outstanding and it was my first ever Bengali meal in Bangladesh!
Next up on this Bangladeshi food tour we walked out on the streets in their Dhaka neighborhood to eat some local street food snacks. We started with an amazing liver jhalmuri (30 BDT ($.035). Jhal means spicy and muri means puffed rice, and this is one of the most popular and common Bengali street food snacks. Especially with the liver, green chilies, and mustard oil, it was fantastic.
Continuing on the street food tour we ate some deep fried fast food like chicken rolls and Bangladeshi chicken nuggets. Then on to a stall that served amazing bhel puri and chotpoti - an incredible mix of chickpeas and spices, green chilies, onions, coriander, and tamarind sauce. The street was so tasty and without a doubt the bhel puri (20 BDT ($0.23 each) was my favorite snack of the night.
Finally to complete this Day 1 Bangladesh food tour we drove outside of Dhaka about an hour to Mawa Ghat, a famous location along the Padma River to take a ferry, and to eat the national fish of Bangladesh - hilsa (ilish). You choose your fish, we chose three, plus some extra fresh water prawns. The fish is cleaned and sliced in front of you, then marinated in turmeric and chili before being shallow fried in fragrant mustard oil. Additionally with the fried fish tails they smash them with onions and chilies and mustard oil to make Bhorta / Vorta - which is a common Bangla food preparation of ingredients that are smashed together to bring out their flavors. We had two types of fish vortas, an onion vorta, and a tomato vorta. It was an outstanding meal with incredible friends in Bangladesh!

This is a tourist place in maharshtra state and this Changdev mandir is situated 12 kilometers away from Muktainagar District Jalgaon and its where River Purna joins river Tapi, where Changdev Maharaj is believed to have lived for 1,400 years, houses an old temple dedicated to him. It is believed that the temple is about 3,000 years old.

The city of Kalyan was surrounded by a fort wall, the construction of which began during Shah Jahan's reign and was completed during Aurangzeb's reign in 1694 A.D. This city wall, which ran in excess of 2000 yards, 2123 to be precise, was guarded by 4 gates and 11 towers. The fort wall enclosed an area of 70 acres and on a high mound near the Kalyan creek, where the current Ganesh ghat stands, was a fine fort since as early as 1570.
The wall of the fort along the top of the inner bank of the ditch, and, near the north end, had a gateway known as the Delhi or Killyacha Darwaja.
Under the Marathas (1760–72), a new gate about 150 feet (46 m) to the south of the Ganesh gate was opened near the mansion of Ramji Mahadeo Biwalkar, the Peshwa's Governor. In the citadel of the fort Marathas built a small wooden temple of Durgadevi behind the mosque, and called the fort Durgadi Killa in honour of the goddess, a name which it still bears. The fort measures 220 feet (67 m) in length and somewhat less in breadth. Under the English rule, the fort wall was dismantled and stones carried to build the Kalyan and Thane piers and a dwelling for the customs inspector in the west of the Kalyan fort. The gate to the north-west is almost the only trace of the fort wall, which is of rough stone masonry. During 1876 the original idol of the goddess Durga was stolen.

पूर्वीचा पश्चिम खानदेश म्हणजे आजचा धुळे जिल्हा होय. सातपुडा डोंगराच्या पायथ्याशी असलेला हा जिल्हा आहे. या जिल्ह्याच्या पश्चिमेला सह्याद्रीची पर्वत रांग पोहोचलेली आहे. याशिवाय गाळणा डोंगराच्या टेकड्या आहेत. तापी, पांझरा, कान, अरुणावती, अमरावती, अनेर, बुराई, बोरी या नद्या जिल्ह्यातून वाहतात. धुळे जिल्ह्याचे 1 जुलै 1998 रोजी विभाजन होवून नंदुरबार हा जिल्हा अस्तित्वात आला. धुळे जिल्ह्यात धुळे, साक्री, शिंदखेडा, शिरपूर या चार तालुक्यांचा समावेश आहे. धुळे व शिरपूर हे प्रशासकीय उपविभाग आहेत.

जळगाव जिल्ह्यास पूर्वी पूर्व खानदेश हे नाव होते. जिल्ह्याच्या उत्तरेस मध्य प्रदेश, पूर्वेस बुलढाणा जिल्हा, आग्नेयेस जालना जिल्हा, दक्षिणेस औरंगाबाद जिल्हा, नैर्ऋत्येस नाशिक जिल्हा तर पश्चिमेस धुळे जिल्हा आहे. जिल्ह्यात ठिबक सिंचनाद्वारे केळी व कापसाची शेती केली जाते. ही शेती भारताच्या इतर शेतकऱ्यांसाठी एक आदर्श उदाहरण आहे. जळगाव जिल्हा हा भारताच्या सर्वाधिक केळी-उत्पादक जिल्हा आहे.

MSRTC is the state run bus service of Maharashtra, India which serves routes to towns and cities within Maharashtra as well as to its adjoining states. It has a fleet strength of 18449 buses. It also offers a facility for online booking of tickets for all buses. Recently From 21 may 2020 Corporation Started Goods Transportation, Private Bus Body Building, Private Vehicle Tyre Remoulding.I n Future Corporation will start Petrol Pump for Private Vehicles all over the Maharashtra. The Ordinary, Parivartan, Asiad and City Buses are built at MSRTC's in-house workshops at Dapodi, Aurangabad, and Nagpur on Ashok Leyland and TATA chassis. These workshops produce as many as 20,000 buses per year on average. The corporation has nine tyre retreading plants along with 32 divisional workshops. The Shivneri air conditioned bus service consists of Volvo 9400R buses and Scania Metrolink buses. The Shivshahi buses are air-conditioned luxury buses which are operated by MSRTC and some private contractors. In 2018, MSRTC added approximately a 1,000 special non-AC Vithai buses, which were introduced to ferry passengers to the pilgrim town of Pandharpur in Solapur district. In 2019,the MSRTC introduced new non-air conditioned buses with beds and recliner chairs specially designed for long overnight routes. Extra facilities like reading lamp, night lamp, charging point, fan and two huge storage compartments have also been provided.
