En este video les traigo los MEJORES lugares turísticos para visitar en Oaxaca, que hacer en 3 o 4 días y cuánto cuesta el viaje a Oaxaca.
En Oaxaca pueden visitar lugares turísticos tanto en el centro de Oaxaca como en sus alrededores, en este video visitamos: el mercado 20 de noviembre, el mercado Benito Juárez, el Templo de Santo Domingo, El Arbol del Tule, Hierve el Agua, el Pueblo Mágico de Mitla, el parque Ecoturístico Benito Juárez y su puente colgante, el jardín Etnobotánico de Oaxaca mas hicimos un pequeño recorrido nocturno para admirar la arquitectura iluminada de la ciudad de Oaxaca.
Por cada lugar cubriré las distancias y cuánto costo cada sitio hasta el final se dará un resumen completo de todos mis gastos para que estimen cuanto costo el viaje a Oaxaca y los ayude a planear su propio viaje.

Caminata por el volcán Cofre de Perote en Veracruz
Ascenso al Cofre de Perote
Esta es una guía sobre cómo subir al Cofre de Perote.
Hoy me toca conocer uno de los 10 puntos más altos del país, otro de los tantos volcanes extintos que tiene México, con formaciones rocosas que por capricho de la naturaleza se formaron y se convirtió en un icono del estado de Veracruz, hoy junto a buenos amigos, realizamos una caminata relajada hacia la montaña cuadrada mejor conocida como el Cofre de Perote.
En el video anterior subimos al volcán Sierra Negra para poder conocer el telescopio milimétrico Alfonso Serrano, uno de los más importantes del mundo, con vistas impresionantes hacia el Pico de Orizaba, el punto más alto de México, pues bien una vez descendiendo partimos hacia Perote, para poder pasar la noche y prepararnos para al siguiente día subir al Cofre.
Salimos del hotel a las 6:30 de la mañana rumbo El Conejo, lugar donde más adelante dejaremos el vehículo para comenzar nuestra caminata.

El pueblo mágico de naolinco se dedica a la venta de calzado de piel, ya que los zapatos elaborados aquí es la insignia del lugar, a la vez del mirador de la cascada.
también se encuentra la festividad y las danzas de moros y cristianos que inicia el 19 de septiembre.
NAOLINCO, CONSIDERADA VESTIGIO IMPORTANTE DE LA CULTURA TOTONACA, PROVIENE DE LOS VOCABLOS NAHUI QUE EN VOZ NÁHUATL SIGNIFICA CUATRO, HOLLÍN QUE SIGNIFICA MOVIMIENTO DEL SOL Y CO QUE SIGNIFICA LUGAR, FORMANDO ESTO LA CIUDAD DE LOS 4 MOVIMIENTOS DEL SOL.
Su origen se remonta hasta antes de nuestra era, fue una población totonaca. El totonaco naolinqueño fue adorador del sol y la luna, poseían observatorios, lo que les valió el nombre de pueblo de cronólogos.
Se encuentra ubicado en la zona centro montañoso del estado, en las estribaciones de la Sierra de Chiconquiaco, en las coordenadas 19 ° 39' latitud norte y 96° 52' longitud oeste, a una altura de 1,540 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Limita al norte con Miahuatlán, al noreste con Acatlán, al este con Tepetlán, al sureste con Alto Lucero, al sur con Actopan, Xalapa y Jilotepec, al oeste con Coacoatzintla, al noroeste con Tonayán. Su distancia aproximada al norte de la cabecera municipal, por carretera es de 30 Km.

El Camino Real al Tajín - Papantla, Veracruz
Envueltos por la verde selva veracruzana recorrimos el Camino Real a la ciudad sagrada del Tajín, un sendero utilizado desde hace cientos de años por los totonacas, para visitar su centro arqueológico y ceremonial, reconocido como Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco.
En nuestro camino la Nación Totonaca nos arropó y compartió conocimientos ancestrales sobre su comida tradicional, plantas medicinales y el valor del Tajín, su zona sagrada.

While the covid pandemic was raging in Europe and the US, a sleepy pueblo in Mexico had barely heard of it. Fortunately, I have wonderful amigos in El Limón, Jalisco, Mexico and they were happy to invite me to stay with them for 2-1/2 months. It was such a nice break from isolation in the US -- walking to the spring-fed swimming pool, hiking to waterfalls in the mountains, biking to other sleepy pueblos.

EL DESCABEZADERO????, ????VERACRUZ???? (????NACE EL AGUA????)
En esta ocasión iremos a visitar en lugar llamado NACE EL AGUA o también conocido como EL DESCABEZADERO, que se encuentra ubicado en el municipio de Actopan, Ver.
Se encuentra a tan solo 1 hora y media del PUERTO DE VERACRUZ, y de la capital XALAPA a tan solo 40 min. Las aguas son muy claras y frías; es impresionante observar la salida del agua de una pared de roca de casi 25 mts de altura, nos aventuraremos en los rápidos, y en sus aguas cristalinas.

Coahuila, Tierra de Dinosaurios: En búsqueda de huellas y fósiles en el desierto
Coahuila y su desierto son tierra de dinosaurios, pues es el estado que alberga el mayor número de fósiles de todo México.
Aquí pudimos encontrar unas huellas fosilizadas de dinosaurios, los antiguos habitantes del altiplano mexicano.
Guiados por un biólogo amante de la paleontología fuimos en búsqueda de fósiles en una caminata nocturna por el desierto, donde nos sorprendimos de su extraordinaria biodiversidad.
También visitamos el Museo del Desierto para conocer la labor de conservación y descubrimiento de nuevos dinosaurios mexicanos, enterrados en el mayor desierto del país: el chihuahuense, el cual se extiende por varios estados del norte de México, entre ellos Coahuila.

PART THREE
Join us for day one of three exciting days in the capital of Mexico - #MexicoCity (aka #CDMX)!
As relaxing as Cancun has been, our vacation enters its next phase. Immediately after arrival, we head to our first real taqueria restaurant experience. Then, we check in to our amazing AirBnb that we are renting in the Condensa neighborhood.
Our first full day in the city means walking around the neighborhood of Condensa for an old-school panaderia (bakery) and taco stands. Plus, we peruse the local market.
We hop on the metro to head to the historic #centro neighborhood to see more sights and try another classic bakery. Dinner brings us to a plaza filled with the sounds of mariachi bands. A very fulfilling first day!

Tumin 13 Yrs Of Indigenous Resistance From The Bank Of Mexico
This is a story I am proud to tell and be a part of. Tumin is a local Mexican currency paired to the pesos in value but is far more valuable in principle.
Tumin started as a social experiment at a University in Espinal Veracruz. After some success in the confines of the University, it escaped into the city of Espinal.
This drew attention to the bank of Mexico, who then sued the leaders of Tumin, claiming it was a counterfeit pesos.
The Tumin leaders' diligence in researching the Constitution of Mexico was very fruitful when they found their shield in Article 2 of the Constitution.
Article 2 provided indigenous protections, which have stood to this day.
This is an amazing story and an amazing group of people I'm proud to know.

Visiting remote Mexico beach in Pandemic near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Boca de Tomatlan is a quaint and lively little traditional fishing village, the locals know it as just “Boca”. A small village with houses on both sides of the Horcones river (Rio Horcones) that flows down from the Sierra Madre Mountains through the lush tropical jungles.
It’s also a popular starting point for pangas (water taxis) going to the south zone of Banderas Bay and beaches like Playa Las Ánimas, Colomitos Beach, Quimixto Beach, Majahuitas Beach, and Yelapa.
There’s also a hiking trail that starts off here all the way to Quimixto along a jungle trail that mostly follows the edge of the sea.
Colomitos Beach (Playa Colomitos) is located 1000 yards (5 minutes in water taxi) to the west of Boca de Tomatlán (11 miles / 17 km from Puerto Vallarta’s main square). It is a small little clear-sand beach located between the clear emerald sea waves, rounded rocks and a small creek and waterfall that sneaks out of the lush tropical jungle.
