Randonnée, Baignade, Plongeon Cap zbib - El-Alia - Bizerte - كاب زبيب
Quitter Tunis par la sortie Ouest direction Ariana et continuer, soit par l’autoroute, soit par la route nationale, jusqu’à El-Alia. Prendre par la suite direction Metline en passant par Sidi Ali Chebab puis par El Garia.
Après la visite de Metline rebrousser chemin et au rond-point prendre à gauche direction Cap Zebib. La route conduit directement au port de pêche lieu de départ de la randonnée.
Stationner à gauche du petit port sur le petit terrain vague en face de la colline. Pour la randonnée, emprunter le chemin qui escalade la colline du nom de Touchelia. Surplombant la mer, ce chemin qui longe la côte sur quelques kilomètres offre, durant toute la durée de la marche, une vue panoramique sur toute la baie jusqu’à Bizerte.
Par bonne visibilité, on aperçoit les îles Cani et à l’est la baie de Raf-raf avec en son centre le rocher Pilau.
Après avoir longé la première colline, la pente de la seconde colline, côté mer, étant très raide il est préférable de l’escalader pour redescendre sur l’autre versant. On surplombera 4 grands bassins qui donnent sur des grottes repoussant inlassablement les assauts furieux de la mer.
Le quatrième bassin ou Damous El Holka sert de plongeoir aux jeunes Metlinois. Sur le chemin on découvrira tour-à-tour deux sources naturelles, Ghdir El Kasbah et Aioun Ladhiab.
Le petit village de Rass Zebib ne présente pas un attrait particulier. Ses habitants vivent d’agriculture et essentiellement de pêche, car la côte est poissonneuse.

رأس الجبل إحدى معتمديات الجمهورية التونسية، تابعة لولاية بنزرت. تقع مدينة رأس الجبل في أقصى الشمال للبلاد التونسية على الضفاف الجنوبية للبحر الأبيض المتوسط مما جعلها تحتل مكانة استراتيجية بارزة أهلتها لأن تكون منطقة استقطاب بشري وعمراني عبر مئات السنين. يمكننا أن نضبط بكل دقة تاريخ تأسيس مدينة رأس الجبل فجذورها ضاربة في عمق تاريخ البلاد التونسية، لكن الأكيد أن العوامل الطبيعية الملائمة والتي أوجز وصفها محمد الحشايشي سنة 1904م في كتابه العادات والتقاليد التونسية حيث يقول «وأغلب جهات القطر (التونسي) سليمة الهواء، موافقة للصحة، وفي جهات حسنة الهواء جدا نافعة للمرضى ولو بمرض السل... من هاته الجهات الحسنة المشهورة المكان المعروف برأس الجبل، وهو جهة الشمال من القطر بقرب شاطئ البحر تبعد القرية التي هي مركز عن البحر نحو أربعة أميال، والبحر من شمالها، وهو على سفح جبل منخفض رملي تحف بها بساتين ناظرة إلى البحر، تسقى بآبار ماء حلو جيد نقي، وعلى شاطئ البحر عين ماء عذبة ضعيفة الجريان، لكنها نابعة من الصخر، حلوة جدا، نقية مسرعة للهضم...»

Envie de croiser les plages vierges de Bizerte avec de merveilleuses falaises et la forêt sous un même ciel ?!
L’adresse est unique : Cap H’mem
Cap Hmam ou Kef Hmem ? Plus vraisemblablement Kef Hmem, car là où loge le volatile (Hmem = Pigeons), de cap, il n’y en a guère ; de Kef (rocher), oui.
Attention, le chemin n’est pas de tout repos. La route n’étant pas aménagée, inutile de s’y aventurer à bord d’une voiture trop bas, au risque de se retrouver bloqué.
Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule au niveau de la plage de Béchateur (Bormet el Gotrane), qui est équipée d’un parking surveillé en échange de quelques pièces. Ensuite, il faudra continuer à pied 1 ou 2 km pour atteindre la plage.
Le crique est parfait pour pratiquer le Snorkeling (masque et tuba).

Nous sommes bel et bien à Oued El Abid au Cap Bon pas loin de Zouguég.
Pour bien profiter de la mer, nous vous conseillons de faire votre départ tôt, le temps d’arriver et d’installer vos affaires. Vous traverserez des plantations de vignes et d’oliviers, assez fréquentes dans la région ainsi que des dunes de sable blanc qui cachent une vue à couper le souffle. Des kilomètres de plages nues offrent un bleu incomparable et une qualité d’eau rarissime.
Sur le chemin du retour, on peut s’arrêter à la source d’eau douce qui coule et qui offre de l’eau fraiche potable. Certaines personnes viennent remplir des bouteilles de cette Ain qu’ils partagent avec les troupeaux de moutons, de vaches, de chèvres… venus se désaltérer au passage : un véritable dépaysement !

رأس زبيب أو رأس الزبيب هو أحد الرؤوس الواقعة على الساحل الشمالي للبلاد التونسية. ويتبع إداريا ولاية بنزرت، وهو يقع قرب مدينة الماتلين.

Cape Zebib is a headland in northern Tunisia near the town of Metline. The bay between Cape Guardia and Cape Zebib has the sandy Skala Beach; Skala was also an ancient port. Bizerte stands on the lowest part of the coast, which thence gradually rises to the cape. Jebel Kshapta is 13 mi (21 km) to the south-west of the cape.
Cape Zebib sits at the eastern extremity of Bizerte Road. Here, there are two cones 312 ft (95 m) high. Near the extremity of the cape, there is a small community. Cani Rocks, 5 mi (8.0 km) north/north-eastward from Cape Zebib, consist of two islets scarcely separated, extending 6 cables[clarification needed] in a north-easterly and south-westerly direction, with outlying rocks and shoal patches. To the south-eastward of Cape Zebib, the coast is low with some cliffs and small beaches. These are bordered by sandy hillocks, a cultivated plain, and the village of Ras Jebel, eastward of which, the wooded hills extend to Jebel Nadur. Some rocks, covered and uncovered, lie off this coast.[1]
