DAPITAN CITY THE SHRINE CITY OF THE PHILIPPINES | HD 4K | TRIP OUTDOOR TV
It is historically significant as the place where José Rizal was exiled by the Spaniards for his revolutionary activities. He is considered a national hero, and this is known as the Shrine City in the Philippines. It is also often considered the capital of Mindanao Island. The city is also home to Gloria's Fantasyland, the first amusement park in Mindanao.

Rizal disembarked in Punto del Desembarco de Rizal (Rizal's Point of Disembarking). A 20-foot cross also stands in the place to symbolize the propagation of Christianity in the locality of Dapitan.
Rizal Park and Shrine
Rizal Park and Shrine is a major historical landmark in Dapitan. In August 1892, Rizal, together with Governor Carnicero and Francisco Equilor, a Spaniard living in Dipolog, won a lottery bet which financially enabled Dr. Rizal to buy a 10-hectare piece of land from Lucia Pagbangon. Rizal moved to the area in which the shrine currently stands in March 1893. Later on, his mother, Doña Teodora Alonso Realonda, his sisters, and some relatives from Calamba, Laguna, came and lived with him in Barangay Talisay (which is where the shrine is located) until 1896. Rizal Shrine was declared a national shrine through Presidential Decree No. 105 issued by then-President Ferdinand Marcos on January 24, 1973.
St. James the Greater Church
This church was built in 1871 in honor of St. James the Greater, Dapitan's patron saint. The design of the interior walls is more or less one meter thick and still original except for the furnishing. The altar and the interior hane undergone several renovations. Inside is a historical spot where Rizal stood while hearing Mass every Sunday. At the mezzanine is the priceless heritage organ that bears the year wherein it was made – 1827 – at the choir loft. It was brought to Dapitan by the Agustinian Recollect fathers. A German-made instrument with European pipes, it is a manual pipe organ.
SEA:
Dapitan is served by the Port of Pulauan in barangay San Vicente (albeit ferry schedules often list the destination as Port of Dipolog, a neighboring city). There are daily ferries from/to Dumaguete and from/to Cebu City.
AIR:
Dapitan is catered by Dipolog City Airport through Phil. Air, Cebu Pacific and 2Go Airline. From Dipolog take a shuttle bus to Dapitan which is 20–30 minutes ride, that's 12 kilometers from the airport to the City proper of Dapitan.

海防道臨時街市（英語：Haiphong Road Temporary Market）位於香港九龍尖沙咀海防道390號，為香港現有四個臨時街市之一。 舊街市於1978年啟用（46年前），為安置北京道及廣東道交界擺檔的小販及九龍街市的小販而設。 臨時街市熟食檔範圍到2018年11月30日起暫時關閉並清拆重建，翻新工程長達14個月，2020年10月重開（4年前）租戶分為熟食及濕貨兩部分。 熟食檔設9檔，以大牌檔形式經營。 主要包括以秘製炸豬扒馳名的「華香園」、經營近60年的「仁利粥品」、德發牛丸及茶檔合香園等。 深受附近上班族的歡迎，被譽為平民味道集中地。
而濕貨部分多以印巴籍人士開設的菜色及清真肉檔為主，稱為全港最集中的清真肉品市場。 其餘四檔為本地人經營的鮮花及蔬果檔。

Haiphong Road Temporary Market (English: Haiphong Road Temporary Market) is located at 390 Haiphong Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is one of the four existing temporary markets in Hong Kong. The old market was opened in 1978 (46 years ago) and was designed to accommodate hawkers setting up stalls at the junction of Peking Road and Canton Road and hawkers from the Kowloon Market. The temporary market cooked food stall area will be temporarily closed and demolished and rebuilt starting from November 30, 2018. The renovation project lasted 14 months. It will reopen in October 2020 (4 years ago). The tenants are divided into cooked food and wet goods. The cooked food stall has 9 stalls and is operated in the form of a big pai stall. Mainly include Hua Xiangyuan which is famous for its secret fried pork chop, Renli Porridge which has been operating for nearly 60 years, Defa beef balls and tea stall Hexiangyuan, etc. It is very popular among office workers nearby and is known as a place where civilian tastes are concentrated.
The wet goods section mostly consists of vegetable stalls and halal meat stalls opened by Indians and Pakistanis. It is known as the most concentrated halal meat market in Hong Kong. The remaining four stalls are flower, vegetable and fruit stalls run by locals.

Our trip to some of the natural and man-made tourist attractions of Ilocos Norte.
Ilocos Norte is a province located at the northwest portion of the Philippines, facing the West Philippine Sea. It is a province rich in cultural heritage from the Spanish colonization to recent political history of the Philippines.
How to get there:
Ilocos Norte and Pagudpud
For land transportation, buses going to Vigan, Paoay and Pagudpud take the same highway route, with Pagudpud at the northern tip of the destination. Bus terminals in Pasay City and Quezon City have daily trips to these destinations. Private vans can also be rented but prepare to pay a higher fee compared to the buses.
For air transportation, there are daily flights to Laoag, Ilocos Norte from NAIA airport in Manila. From Laoag, vans for rent are available going to these destinations. Public transportation by bus or jeepney are also available.
These locations are well-known. Any locals you ask for directions can guide you to where you want to go.

Cape Engaño Lighthouse, also known as Faro de Cabo Engaño, (Filipino: Parola ng Tangos Engaño) is a historic lighthouse located at the Palaui Island in the town of Santa Ana, the province of Cagayan, ???????? Located at the northernmost part of Luzon Island and situated atop the summit of a hill, 92 meters above sea level, the lighthouse provides a 360-degree view of Babuyan Island and the Dos Hermanas Island (Two Sisters) on the North, Pacific Ocean on the West and Engaño cove on the East.
Faro de Cabo Engaño is one of the four lighthouses built during the Spanish Colonial period, which served as gateway lighthouse for incoming ships. The construction started on 21 September 1888 and finished on 31 December 1892, wherein most of the labourers are Filipinos.
The DOS HERMANOS rocky islets lie on Cape Engaño in the norther point of Palaui

????????THE HAPPIEST CITY IN THE PHILIPPINES I LOVE BEING HERE
I have visited tons of public markets in the Philippines. Olongapo public market holds a special place in my heart. The market sells the same stuff, meat and vegetables like others.
But, the smiles of everyone there are incredibly beautiful. Olongapo public market is the most friendly market in the Philippines. They smile at you all the time and even offer to take their pictures.
I was shooting the picture of the meat stalls, and the owners, sisters are so nice. asked me if I wanted to take their pictures. I was shocked because I never really take pictures of people.
I always ask their permission if I want to do it. But, this time, they offered me a chance to take their picture. They also shared the knowledge of how to make the longanisa, meaning sausage in the Philippines.
Public market is kind of like Disneyland to me. Watching the seller remove the banggus, which is milkfish, is always fascinating.
