Эту проблему решают особо охраняемые природные территории, в первую очередь – заповедники и национальные парки. В России их число постоянно растёт. Одна из таких охраняемых территорий в 2010 г. организована в высокогорном Кош-Агачском районе Республики Алтай.

Every year there are fewer and fewer places with wildlife on our planet. Civilization actively attacks the environment. How to preserve the most unique natural landscapes with a variety of flora and fauna, clean air and clear water? This problem is solved by specially protected natural areas, first of all - reserves and national parks. In Russia, their number is constantly growing.
One of such protected areas in 2010 was organized in the high-mountainous Kosh-Agachsky region of the Altai Republic.
The Saylyugemsky National Park is located in the very center of the Altai-Sayan mountainous country at the junction of Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and China, one of the few regions of the planet with a high level of biological diversity.
In the regional center - the village of Kosh-Agach - a seminar is being held to teach how to find traces of a snow leopard.
The main task of the national park is to preserve the largest groups of snow leopards and Altai mountain sheep - argali in Gorny Altai.
Park staff will explore a rugged area with narrow deep gorges. Experienced guides and inspectors approach the development of the winter field route very carefully. The nature is unpredictable, and many dangers and obstacles await the expedition participants.

Путешествие по странам Индокитая начинается в Бангкоке, столице Таиланда.Китайский квартал Бангкока - Чайна таун — крупнейший в мире. Рядом с ним находится индийский район. Его называют «Маленькой Индией».
Сикхский храм — гурдвара — открыт для всех. Нужно только соблюдать строгий дресс-код: закрыть плечи и колени, обязательно разуться и хоть чем-нибудь прикрыть голову — как женщинам, так и мужчинам.
От железнодорожной станции Тхонбури поезд идет до станции Салая. Оттуда уже недалеко до городка Накхон-Патом — родины тайского буддизма.
Самое известное сооружение на «Дороге смерти» - железнодорожный мост в Канчанабури.
Западную часть Таиланда, по которой проходила «Дорога смерти», сейчас занимают национальные парки. Самый популярный из них — парк Эраван.

Паттайя — главный курорт Таиланда. Улицу на берегу моря называют по-английски - Уокинг стрит или «Пешеходная улица». Движение транспорта запрещено. А вся улица - это длинный торговый центр под открытым небом.
Остров Ко Самет связан с континентом паромной переправой. Вдоль восточного берега тянутся песчаные пляжи, застроенные отелями и пансионами. На западном побережье берег скалистый и почти дикий. Здесь легко найти место для кемпинга и плавник для костра.
Столицей империи кхмеров был город Ангкор. До наших дней от него дошли только руины. Но и они ежегодно привлекают миллионы туристов со всего мира.
Туристы селятся в городке Сиемрип, находящемся всего в 6 км от руин Ангкора. Здесь есть отели и гестхаусы, рестораны и кафе, массажные салоны и бордели, сувенирные и книжные магазины.
Ангкор-ват официально признан крупнейшим в мире культовым сооружением.
В странах Индокитая у самостоятельного путешественника есть соблазн на некоторое время отказаться от своей самостоятельности и прибегнуть к услугам одной из многочисленных туристических компаний. Кроме стандартных экскурсий они предлагают билеты на автобусы по всем популярным туристическим направлениям. Дешево и быстро. Конечно, если автобус не застрянет. А это иногда случается.

Иравади— главная река Мьянмы. Это и крупнейшая транспортная артерия, и источник воды для рисовых полей, и объект поклонения.
Город Ава, известный также как Инва, был основан у впадения реки Мьинге в Иравади в 14 веке. Вплоть до 1824 года он был столицей Бирмы и занимал обширную территорию.
На самом почетном месте стоит пагода Сун У Понья Шин. Денег не пожалели. Ступу покрыли золотом. В храме при ней установили гигантскую статую сидящего Будды.
Мандалай - духовная столица Мьянмы. Именно здесь хранится самая высоко почитаемая статуя Будды — Будда Махамуни или Великий Мудрец.
Еще одно святое место - холм Мандалай. На его вершину ведет каменная лестница с 999 ступенями.
В Мьянме до сих пор много районов, закрытых для иностранцев. Сравнительно недавно разрешили въезд в город Монива, находящийся в 136 км к северо-западу от Мандалая. До него можно доехать на обычном рейсовом автобусе.
Паромная переправа связывает город Монива с расположенной на противоположном берегу реки Чиндвин деревней Няунгбин.
От пристани отправляются маршрутки к пещерам По Вин Даунг.
В 11 км от Монивы в 30-х годах построили храмовый комплекс Мохнин Тхамбудхе, занимающий территорию 15 гектаров. Главный храм - Самбудха Кат Кияв - заполнен Буддами всех видов и размеров: от крошечных 10-сантиметровых до 2-3-метровых.
Баган — одна из главных туристических достопримечательностей не только Мьянмы, но и всего Индокитая. Руины древнего города занимают треугольник площадью около пятидесяти квадратных километров на излучине реки Иравади.
Огромные территории штата Шан по-прежнему остаются вне контроля центрального правительства. Для туристов открыт только треугольник между Кало, Пиндая и озером Инле.
В 40 км от Кало на берегу озера Боуталоке находится городок Пиндая. В его окрестностях много карстовых пещер. В самой большой из них устроили что-то типа огромного склада изображений Будды.
Для треккеров в штате Шан проложены десятки маршрутов. Но трекинг разрешен только под контролем официальных гидов. А на ночь туристы могут останавливаться только в «сертифицированных» для приема иностранцев домах.
На берегах озера Инле живет около 70 тысяч человек. Их называют интха - «дети озера».
В городке Няунг-Шве есть гостиницы для туристов. Но еще больше здесь монастырей. Они занимают целый квартал города.
Самый заметный и отличающийся своим архитектурным обликом монастырь - Ядана Ман Аун Пайя.
Буддистские монастыри на озере Инле строят так же, как и дома — на сваях. А самый большой их них построили на искусственном острове.
Монастырь Пхаунг Дау У — не только самый большой, но и самый оригинальный с архитектурной точки зрения, и самый почитаемый.
Путешествие по Мьянме завершается там же, где и началось две недели назад — в Янгоне.

Mekong — one of the greatest rivers of Asia and the biggest river of Indochina — extends from Tibet to the South China Sea.
Around the Laotian-Cambodian border during the rainy season, Mekong spreads on 14 kilometers, forming currents, rifts and falls. Rocks, islands and islets stick out of the water.
The biggest of them — Don Det Island. It is also the largest tourist center of the region. Here, there are hotels and guesthouses, restaurants and cafes. From here, the tourist routes to the largest waterfalls begin.
People lived on the banks of the Mekong River since ancient times. They grew rice, founded cities, built monasteries and temples.
The ancient Buddhist temple Wat Poh was founded in the 5th century AD. Not much remained until our days, from this monastery that was once a large one.
The capital of Laos isn't among the tourist destinations. The Buddhist temples are here. But they are not museum like, that interests only the tourists, but alive. Local people, the majority of who consider themselves Buddhists, come here to pray and to talk to the monks, bring donations and flowers.
To Vang Vieng, the fans of active travel are attracted by the rocks of bizarre shapes, and the numerous karst caves in its suburbs.
Luang Prabang — the city of monasteries and temples. The most touristic city of Laos. Almost all the houses in downtown are reconstructed into hotels and guesthouses, cafes and restaurants. And the central street turned into a large souvenir market, under the open sky.

Le Mekong - un des plus grands fleuves d'Asie et le plus grand fleuve de l'Indochine - s'étend du Tibet à la mer de Chine méridionale. Autour de la frontière laotienne-cambodgienne pendant la saison des pluies, le Mékong se répand sur 14 kilomètres, formant des courants, des failles et des chutes. Les roches, les îles et les îlots émergent.
La Chute de Khon Peckham Kheng - la plus grande de l'Indochine. Mais au cours de la saison des pluies, elle disparaît presque complètement sous l'écoulement d'eau puissant. Et ne ressemble plus à une chute, mais à un grand fossé.
L'ancien temple bouddhiste Wat Poh, a été fondée au 5ème siècle après JC. Peu de ce monastère, qui était autrefois très grand, demeure de nos jours. Le réservoir, la source d'eau bénite, plusieurs autels, des bâtiments délabrés et le bas-relief d'un éléphant.
À Vang Vieng, les fans de voyage actif, sont attirés par les roches aux formes étranges et les nombreuses grottes karstiques dans sa banlieue. Les grottes sont loin des routes fréquentées. Il est seulement possible de les rejoindre à pied. Et de préférence, avec un guide. Sinon, vous pouvez vous retrouver errant dans les champs de riz, pour toute la journée. Parce qu'il n'y a toujours pas de signes et de pistes marquées ici.
Chiang Mai a été la capitale de l'ancien État de Lanna Thai. Les objets trouvés dans les temples et découverts lors des fouilles archéologiques, sont exposés dans le musée, créé sur le territoire du temple de Wat Prakeo.
Le transport public est bien développé en Thaïlande. Mais encore, il y a certains endroits où il est plus facile et plus pratique de s'y rendre en voiture. L'un des coins extrêmes du pays, est l'extrême Nord-Ouest. Cette région montagneuse envahie par la forêt dense était, depuis longtemps, loin de l'histoire du monde. La première route a été construite ici par les Japonais, pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Encore aujourd'hui, elle demeure la seule route reliant le nord-ouest de la province de Mae-Hong-Son avec Chiang Mai.

今回は、あまり良い動画が取れませんでしたので、写真がメインです。
稚内のさらに北・樺太の地は今どうなっているか、一度見てみてください。
ユジノサハリンスク（旧豊原）には日本の総領事館もあります。
観光資源はさほど多くないですが、日本時代の遺構は思った以上に多く残っており、当時をしのぶことができます。
また、サハリン鉄道も北海道のさらに北の景色を楽しめるので、鉄道好きにはお勧めです。終点のノグリキは小さな町で見どころには乏しいですが良い思い出になると思います。
札幌、成田ーユジノサハリンスクにはオーロラ航空の定期便がありましたが、２０２１年現在は状況が不透明です。ソウル経由で行くこともでき、こちらは便数が多かったのですが、これも不透明です。個人旅行でも良いですが、英語が通じない地域故にガイドを付けた方が楽しめると思います。（ロシア専門旅行社でないとサハリンの手配はできないことが多い）
Sakhalin is just north of Hokkaido and was a Japanese territory until 1945. However, it was occupied by Russia by the defeat and it has reached the present day. There are not many tourist resources, but you can see the wonderful scenery and remains of the Japanese era.

INDOCHINA without visas 3rd series Myanmar
Irrawaddy — the main river of Myanmar. It is all, the largest transport route, the water source for the rice fields, and the object of worshipping.
In Myanmar, there are pagodas at every step.
They build them not for mercantile reasons, but for the purpose of improvement of their karma. This is their way to pray for forgiveness of their sins. The more sins, the taller should be the stupa. This is why, the biggest pagodas were built on the orders of the most cruel and treacherous kings, that were in blood up to the elbow.
The City of Ava, known also as Inva, was founded in the 14th century, at the confluence of the Myinge River with the Irrawaddy River. Up to the year of 1824, it was the capital of Burma and occupied an extensive territory. Only separate ruins remained until now — widely spaced from each other.
On the opposite bank of the Irrawaddy River, in 1824, the city of Mandalay was founded. It was the capital of Burma, during the period of history when the country was being gradually developed by the English colonialists.
Mandalay - the spiritual capital of Myanmar. It is exactly here, where the most highly esteemed Buddha's statue is kept — Buddha Mahamuni or the Great Wiseman.
One more holy site - the Hill of Mandalay. A stone stairway of 999 steps, leads to its top.
11 km from Moniwa, in the 1930's, they built the temple complex of Mohnin Thambudha, occupying the territory of 15 hectares. The main temple - Sambudkh Kat Kiyav - is filled with Buddhas of all types and sizes: from tiny 10-centimeter ones up to 2-3-meters high. They were all counted. According to these exact calculations, there are 582 363 of them here. They possibly planned to reach a million, but there wasn't enough money or persistence.
In the religious complex Laykiun Setkyar, there are much fewer statues. But what kind! The standing Buddha is 116 meters, the lying is slightly smaller - only 90. The gilded stupa, standing at the bottom of the hill, looks tiny. But it is as high as a nine-storey house.
Bagan — one of the main tourist destinations not only of Myanmar, but also of all Indochina. The ruins of the ancient city occupy a triangle of about fifty square kilometers, on the bend of Irrawaddy river.
The State of Shang — one of the national regions of Myanmar. The primary population here are not Burmans, but Shanas. Part of them continues to conduct armed battles, in honor of the creation of their independent state. Huge territories of the Shang State, still remain out of control of the central government. Only the triangle between Khalo, Pindaya and Inle lake, is open for tourists.
