10 Best place to visit in Dnipro Ukraine

Things to DO in DNIPRO, UKRAINE (Hits and Misses) || Weekend in Dnipro: What to See and Do

Some of the best (and under-the-radar) things to do in Dnipro, Ukraine! From the famous Parus Hotel to a mosaic studio, we spent several days running around, seeing all that there is to see. Not every stop was a huge success, but there's definitely enough to do (and eat) to keep you busy for a weekend in Dnipro. Also, we got to see an Orthodox Easter celebration! Best time to visit Dnipro is between mid-May and August. The city's outdoor activities really kick off after the early May holidays, but it also gets *really* hot. But if you get too hot you can always jump in the river (or get a cold local beer)!

Make sure you check out the Dnipro restaurant video!

RESTAURANTS in DNIPRO, Ukraine || 15 Places in THREE MINUTES || Best Dnipro Restaurants

A heavily researched guide to the best restaurants in Dnipro, Ukraine -- but not just restaurants. We checked out 15 bars, cafes, and restaurants in Dnipro, and every single one was a hit! (By the way, these were all spread out over 5 days.)

This was actually my second time to Dnipro. I called it my 'Redemption Trip,' because the first time was an unbearably hot August several years ago. It was too difficult then to enjoy the city, but I always wanted to go back. In the end, it was the dining (Instagram) scene that made me book the tickets! I had a feeling that there was a secret restaurant renaissance going on in Dnipro, so I had to check it out. AH-MAZ-ING. Of course, you'll have more options in Kyiv or Odesa or Lviv, but the restaurants in Dnipro were phenomenal. I wouldn't be sad to go back a third time!

The full list of Dnipro restaurants is below:
00:01 19|20
00:11 Giannivino
00:17 Black Sheep
00:26 Smena
00:35 Culturist
00:44 Dollar
00:54 Moderna Pizza
01:06 Padre
01:15 Moshe
01:28 DoubleDecker
01:34 Old Pal
01:48 Рыночные Отношения
01:55 Optimist
02:06 Big Mama
02:11 Kastrulka
02:33 Happy Food Dances

It's hard to choose 'the' best because people have different tastes. I rank restaurants/bars based on whether I want to go back (not just 'would' but want) -- and I want to go back to all these places! But here are my overall thoughts.

19l20's breakfast was amazing, and their cinnamon roll was divine. But my boyfriend's favorite breakfast was Padre restaurant (which I liked too, I'm just a sucker for a cinnamon). If you like croque madames, then you should definitely go to Оптимист. It was rich, but super.

BLACK SHEEP and Кастрюлька утюга варит рис both have great Asian food, though I would say Black Sheep is more casual and Kastrulka has a more upscale and unique vibe.

Рыночные Отношения is a SALT award winner, so you know they're good. More of an Americana/European feel there -- they do seafood too, but I'm not a huge seafood fan so I skipped that. Really enjoyed the tacos we had as appetizers (and a GREAT mezcal margarita). Probably the first place I'd go back to for dinner -- though MOSHE would be the first place for lunch, now that I'm thinking about that open faced sandwich again.

Old Pal Bar has next level cocktails, and the Thai inspired one I had is one of my all-time-favs in Ukraine. I could see myself going to Смена any day of the week, though. Great cocktails and such a welcoming vibe.

I hope you enjoyed the video!

Dnipro, Ukraine-Interesting Side Travel Option

While not as intriguing of a travel destination as say, Kyiv or Lviv, Dnipro does provide a sense of adventure since it’s definitely off the beaten path in Ukraine. However, if you are looking for a place that is cheaper than Kyiv, Dnipro is not it, though. But if you are coming from the West the prices still won’t break the bank. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this brief glimpse into a lesser known Ukrainian city. #Ukraine #Dnipro #Travel #waterfall #city #urban #2021

Ukraine: Top 10 Lost Beautiful Cities! Ukraine Before the War.

Ukraine's Lost Beauties: Once Upon a Time in Ukraine

Ukraine has been home to unique culture and breathtaking landscapes throughout history. However, now, in the shadow of war, many of these beauties are at risk. With this video, we aim to remember Ukraine's glorious days before the war and emphasize the power of peace.

Let's focus on the light of peace, not the darkness of war. Let's forget the evil of war and remember the beauty of peace. Now, let's explore Ukraine's lost beauties.

Kiev: The capital known for its historical and cultural richness.
Lviv: Famous for its well-preserved medieval old town.
Odessa: A vibrant and colorful port city located on the coast of the Black Sea.
Dnipro: A modern and developing city located on the banks of the Dnieper River.
Sevastopol: The pearl of the Black Sea, a port city full of history and natural beauty.
Chernivtsi: A city known for its old architecture and cultural heritage.
Chernobyl: The area where the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant is located, carrying the traces of history.
Ivano-Frankivsk: A historic city surrounded by the natural beauty of the Carpathian Mountains.
Ternopil: A small city famous for its history, culture, and natural beauty.
Donetsk: A major industrial and cultural center.
Each of these cities reminds us of how vibrant and beautiful they once were. However, with the devastation of war, these beauties are now at risk. Let's work together to revive these lost beauties by emphasizing the importance of peace.

With the power of peace, the world can be a more beautiful place. Please follow our channel and support our call for peace. Together, let's rebuild peace and beauty.

Travel Medical Insurance I use:
Get 5% OFF Hey Mondo:

SafetyWing (best for younger travelers + digital nomads):

*I use both of these companies depending on the destination and requirements of entry. If you are going to be abroad for a long time and/or don't need as much coverage, I would recommend SafetyWing. BUT you cannot purchase SafetyWing WHILE in Canada or USA. You can only purchase once already abroad. Hey Mondo is more expensive but offers a higher level of coverage including plans that have trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Hey Mondo would be the better insurance to use if you need travel medical insurance when applying for a visa. Both companies cover covid. I am an affiliate for both companies, but I pay for my own policies.*
