Deyang has well-developed transportation, 50 kilometers from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and 24 kilometers from Asia's largest railroad container center in Qingbaijiang. Deyang is a major technology and equipment manufacturing base in China, and was founded as a result of the Third Line Construction national layout of modern industry.

Deyang Stone Inscription Park was built in 1986. Its predecessor was called Stone Ox Park, named after the two stone oxen carved during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty to guard the Mian Yuan River.
In 1986, the Deyang city government filled in the river dam and built a retaining wall to expand Taishan North Road. During the expansion process, an 8-meter-high retaining wall appeared underneath the main road, and it happened to be adjacent to the Stone Ox Park. The Deyang Stone Inscription Art Wall was built using this retaining wall.
From time to time, various cultural salons, calligraphy and painting exhibitions, photography exhibitions, etc. are held in the stone carving park. It allows visitors and citizens to receive art in the process of leisure.
Right now it is the time when the ginkgo is yellow in the Stone Inscription Park. The stone carving art wall changed the usual solemn appearance and more gentle in the bright yellow ambeince.

Ziyang, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province, was the county of Ziyang under Zizhou in ancient times, and was the hometown of Marshal Chen Yi, the founding father of the People's Republic of China. It is located in the middle of Sichuan Basin, adjacent to Neijiang in the south, Chengdu and Deyang in the north, Chongqing and Suining in the east, and Meishan in the west, and is the only regional central city in Sichuan Province that connects with the double core of Chengdu and Chongqing at the same time. Ziyang was established as a county in 135 BC during the Western Han Dynasty, and later as a state and county, with a history of more than 2,100 years. 35,000 years ago, the ancient Ziyang people started the history of human civilization in Sichuan.
