भारत में भगवान विष्णु के कई मंदिर मौजूद है। जहां पर दर्शन करने के लिए भक्तों की भारी भीड़ भी होती है। लेकिन यह मंदिर ऐसा है जहां पर आप भगवान विष्णु के एक रुप के नहीं बल्कि 24 अवतारों का दर्शन कर सकते हैं। इंदौर से 40 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर देपालपुर तहसील में विश्व का एक मात्र भगवान विष्णु के 24 अवतारों का भव्य मन्दिर बन गया है। इस मन्दिर के निर्माण में सौ गांव के लोगों ने सहयोग किया है।
इस मन्दिर की नींव 1968-1969 में एक विशाल विष्णु महायज्ञ करके रखी गई थी। परमहंस जयकरण दास जी गुरुदेव ने इस मन्दिर की नींव रखी थी।
30 एकड़ के क्षेत्रफल में फैला हुआ विशाल मन्दिर है जो पाँचवे धाम के नाम से जाना जाता है ।
ओर विश्व का प्रथम 24 अवतार मन्दिर है।

A grand temple of 24 avatars of the only Lord Vishnu in the world has been built in Depalpur tehsil, 40 kilometers from Indore. The people of hundred villages have helped in the construction of this temple.
