देवो की नगरी कहा जाने वाला देवरिया जो उत्तर प्रदेश में स्थित एक जिला है जो गोरखपुर से लगभग 53 किलोमीटर दक्षिण-पूर्व में स्थित है, देवरिया जिले से मात्र 30 किलोमीटर की दुरी पर कुशीनगर स्थित है जहां महात्मा बुद्ध का एक प्रसिद्ध बौद्ध तीर्थस्थल भी मौजूद है जहाँ विदेश से भी लोग दर्शन के लिए आते है
देवो का स्थान कहा जाने वाला देवरिया देवराहा बाबा का जन्मभूमि है तथा शहीद पंडित रामप्रसाद बिस्मिल जी की समाधी के लिए भी मशहूर है कहा जाता है की यह क्षेत्र बहुत पहले घने जंगलो से घिरा हुआ था जिसमे देवता लोग वास करते है और प्राचीन काल से यह देवताओं और आर्यों की संयुक्त भूमि रही है जिसके कारण इसे देवो का स्थान या देव भूमि देवरिया कहा जाने लगा

गाजीपुर उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य का एक जिला है यह शहर वाराणसी मंडल का भाग है और पवित्र गंगा नदी के किनारे बसा हुआ है | गाजीपुर जिला बिहार बॉर्डर से लगा हुआ है तो यहाँ की स्थानीय भाषा भोजपुरी एवं हिंदी है | गाजीपुर वाराणसी से लगभग 80 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है | दोस्तों गाजीपुर को लहुरी काशी या छोटी काशी भी कहा जाता है |इस जिले के बहुत सारे युवा भारतीय सेना में जॉब कर रहे हैं इसलिए गाजीपुर को वीरों का धरती भी कहा जाता है| । गाजीपुर का प्राचीन नाम 'गाधिपुरी' था जिसे बदल कर गाजीपुर रखा गया। गाजीपुर में अफीम फैक्ट्री है।

पुरे विश्व को शांति, प्रेम, सद्भावना और मोक्ष का मार्ग दिखने वाले , भगवन गौतम बुद्ध की महानता को पूरा विश्व मनाता है, उनके जीवन में कुशीनगर का विशेष महत्व रहा है, यही वो पवन भूमि है जहा 2500 साल पहले, भगवन बुद्ध ने महापरिनिर्वाण प्राप्त किया। जिससे कुशीनगर विश्व प्रशिद्द हो गया , उत्तर प्रदेश में स्थित इस खूबसूरत स्थल का इतिहास काफी प्राचीन व गौरवशाली माना जाता है। यहीं पर भगवान बुद्ध ने अपना अंतिम उपदेश दिया था। खुदाई के दौरान यहां भगवान बुद्ध की लेटी हुई प्रतिमा मिली थी।
वहीं पौराणिक ग्रंथो में भी इसका उल्लेख मिलता है। कहा जाता है कि कुशीनगर की स्थापना भगवान राम के वंशज कुश द्वारा गई थी, इसलिए इसका नाम कुशीनगर पड़ा।
कुशीनगर, गोरखपुर से लगभग 53 किमी की दूरी पर स्थित है। कुशीनगर उत्तर प्रदेश का एक जिला है कुशीनगर एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय पर्यटक स्थल है क्योंकि यहां कई देशों के सुंदर बौद्ध मंदिर है |यहां पर देश भर के बौद्ध तीर्थ यात्री घूमने के लिए आते हैं | यहां की लोकल भाषा भोजपुरी है| कुशीनगर में बुद्ध पूर्णिमा पर एक माघ मेला लगता है|

Deoria Tal (also Devaria' or 'Deoriya) is a lake about 3 km (1.9 mi) from the villages of Mastura and Sari on the Ukhimath-Chopta road in Uttarakhand. At an altitude of 2,438 meters (7,999 ft), it has heavily wooded, lush green surroundings with snow-covered mountains (Chaukhamba is one of them) in the backdrop.
Mythology About Deoria Tal -
According To Hindu Mythology Is it believed that The Hindu Gods 'Devas used to come and bath in lake.
It is also believed To be indra sarovar Which has been cited in Many puranas.
Jeeps are available from Ukhimath to reach Sari, a nearby village, via Mastura village. For return journey, one can go down trekking to Mastura to get a shared jeep.
Alternately, one can trek 7 km (4.3 mi) to Deoria Tal from Ukhimath. Even though, trekkers are no longer allowed to camp at the famous Deoriatal , there are options of jungle trekking, videography, etc. There are a couple of shops that sell tea and snacks, but these close at sundown. Trekkers usually combine this trek with the nearby trek to Tungnath (the highest Hindu shrine devoted to Lord Shiva) and Chandrashila, which are approached from Chopta.

DEORIA TAL TREK | Best Time to Visit | How to reach Sari & Deoria tal | By DJTHEWAYFARER
A perfect place to see snow covered Himalayan peaks from close, This is one of the best treks of Uttarakhand. We had an amazing time over there. It's a short trek and you can do Deoria Tal - Chopta circuit in 3-4 days.
Deoria Tal is a lake in Uttarakhand about 3 km from Sari village which is situated on the Ukhimath-Chopta road. At an altitude of approx 8000 ft above sea level, the lake has lush green dense forest surroundings with snow-covered mountains in the backdrop. This area comes under Kedarnath Wildlife Sanctuary.
Sunrise is so mesmerizing as you can see the clear reflection of snow capped mountains and forest into lake waters at this time.
Chopta is so picturesque hamlet and also known as Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand.

We trekked to the most beautiful place of our ride to Uttarakhand. Deoriatal Trek start from the Sari Village near Chopta. The trek is 2.5 kms and it is quite a steep uphill. The place is very clean and there's an entry fee of Rs. 100.
