Belcamp Park in Dublin IRELAND

Belcamp Park is a public park located in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, near Darndale and Priorswood The park runs south of the N32, along the northern boundary of the city. It is owned by Dublin City Council and operated by the Council's Parks and Landscape Division.
HISTORY
The origins of the park lie in the lands surrounding Belcamp House in the 17th century. The then Lord Mayor of Dublin, Sir Humphrey Jervis built a house on the property, Belcamp House, where Henry Grattan lived and Dean Swift often visited. Countess Markievicz rented the property in 1909, and it was also used as a centre for the Fianna Eireann. The center was known as the 'Belcamp Commune' where for a year, an agricultural cooperative was built. However, the cooperative was not a success, due to problems such as no electricity, poor water supply, damp conditions, and over grown fields and gardens.
The central part of Belcamp House's demesne remained in private hands, later hosting a fee-paying secondary school, but some of the southern lands of the estate were eventually formed into Belcamp Park.
FACILITIES
The park accommodates pitch and putt, tennis, and basketball, as well as playing fields, children's play facilities, and has an extensive network of pathways for walkers.

Coolock

Coolock is a large suburban area, centred on a village, on Dublin city's Northside in Ireland. Coolock is crossed by the Santry River, a prominent feature in the middle of the district, with a linear park and ponds. The Coolock suburban area encompasses parts of three Dublin postal districts: Dublin 5, Dublin 13 and Dublin 17. The civil parish of Coolock takes in the land between the Tonlegee Road and the Malahide Road, as well as the lands on either side of the Malahide Road between Darndale and Artane, and the lands either side of the Oscar Traynor Road on the approach to Santry.

The next paragraph is interesting for those who like to put down Coolock as you may live in it

Coolock is also the name of the barony which accounts for most of north Dublin city, from the coast in to the Phoenix Park, and stretching north as far as to Swords.

Facts
Ireland is known for its wide expanses of lush, green fields. In fact, its nickname is the Emerald Isle.
But there are also large areas of rugged, rocky landscape. About 15,000 years ago,
Ireland was completely covered by thick glaciers.
The movement of these giant sheets of ice stripped the soil,
leaving huge tracts of flat, limestone pavement.

NATURE
The Irish have a great affection for nature and rural life.
The country's first coins even featured pictures of animals.
Low levels of development and pollution in Ireland have left most of the nation's open spaces relatively undisturbed.
Did you know that there are no wild snakes in Ireland?
The sea has stopped many animals common on mainland Europe from reaching the island.
There are also only two wild mouse species, one type of lizard, and just three kinds of amphibians.

Aborted Landing and Go-Around at Dublin Airport, Ireland - 7 April, 2019

Approach, Aborted Landing, Go-Around, Landing and Taxi at Dublin Airport, Ireland - 7 April, 2019.

I've just added a new video to my Aviation: Ireland: Dublin Airport (DUB) playlist: of the view from FR157, a Ryanair Boeing 737 as it approaches, Dublin Airport, where there is much thick low cloud. En-route the aircraft passes Howth, Sutton, Portmarnock Golf Club, Baldoyle, Clongriffin, Donaghmede, Belmayne, Fingal Cemetery, Balgriffin Cemetery, Darndale, and the M1 motorway. As the aircraft descends over the apron of Dublin Airport, it suddenly ascends as the pilot aborts the landing due to visibility issues with the low cloud. After this, the aircraft circles for a period, during which the Captain explains what is happening. After a while the aircraft safely lands on the Westerly runway at Dublin International Airport and taxis to the terminal.

Dublin Airport, (Irish: Aerfort Bhaile Átha Cliath) (IATA: DUB, ICAO: EIDW), is an international airport serving Dublin, the capital city of Ireland. The airport is located 5.4 nmi (10.0 km; 6.2 mi) north of Dublin in Collinstown. It is the 15th busiest airport in Europe, and is also the busiest of the state's airports by total passenger traffic. It has the greatest traffic levels on the island of Ireland, to read more about Dublin Airport, click here: .
