For the first time, however, the celebrations will be held entirely online due to the ongoing pandemic.
Indeed, with the covid19 crisis many things in our lives have changed.
One thing that has been completely wiped out are live shows and celebrations.
One might think that this means that we just have to give up on live performances and shows for a bit. Not too bad, right?
Unfortunately, it's much worse than that: since almost a year now, many artists, entertainers, their teams and their suppliers have all lost their job
As #Venice Carnival cannot happen today the way we know and love it - understandingly and righteously so - we wanted to take a moment to celebrate the people who make moments like this special.
Thank you for all the work and passion you invest in making us experience so many wonderful emotions.

Два дни не са достатъчни да се види много от Флоренция, но имах възможност да се разходя из улиците му, да хапвам вкусна храна, да вляза в Галерия „Уфици“ и да погледна Флоренция от високо.

This summer, we had the chance to spend a week exploring Halifax in partnership with Tourism Nova Scotia and the cuisine was a real highlight.
Our quest for a taste of the Maritimes led us to all sorts of restaurants, breweries, distilleries, pubs and outdoor patios, and we’re going to be sharing them all in this video. We’ll dive into the seafood scene with dishes ranging from lobster roll to risotto with scallops, and seafood linguini to fusion maki rolls.
We’ll taste the beloved Halifax donair, which is the city’s must-try dish and a great street food snack. We’ll also visit a few different craft breweries, go on a sunset wine cruise, and do a spirit tasting inside the citadel.

La strada regionale 43 del mare (SR 43) è un'arteria di collegamento del Veneto che collega la variante di Musile di Piave della SS14 var/A con la Jesolana (SP42). Costeggia per tutta la sua lunghezza il fiume Sile.
L'intera tratta era originariamente parte della strada provinciale 43 Portegrandi-Caposile-Jesolo che ad oggi esiste ancora, iniziando a Portegrandi e terminando a Caposile, luogo da dove comincia la strada regionale in questione.
È una strada extraurbana secondaria, e il limite massimo di velocità è di 90 km/h.
La Via del Mare
Questa strada, assieme alla variante di Musile di Piave ed alla Treviso-mare formano la cosiddetta Via del Mare per raggiungere le principali località marittime veneziane quali Jesolo, Cavallino, Eraclea e Caorle.
Specialmente durante il periodo estivo l'intera tratta è soggetta ad episodi di pesante traffico, proprio perché è l'unica strada disponibile per raggiungere le località balneari veneziane dall'entroterra veneto.
Sviluppi futuri
L'intera tratta dell'attuale strada del mare è compresa nel primo lotto del progetto della Superstrada del mare, risalente al PRT 2004, che la renderebbe una strada extraurbana principale (categoria B) con doppia corsia per senso di marcia.
Nel giugno 2020 il progetto, già archiviato nel 2007, è stato definitivamente approvato dal CIPE e collegherà l'autostrada Serenissima con Jesolo con un'infrastruttura soprelevata di 18 km molto probabilmente a pedaggio, poiché finanziata da privati in project financing.

Places to see in ( Bergamo - Italy ) Castello di San Vigilio
Representing a clearly visible symbol of power, San Vigilio Castle has been the residence of Bergamo’s numerous rulers for centuries. It is located 496 meters above the sea level, on top of the hill that gives it its name, overlooking the Città Alta: that’s why it used to have a strategic role in case of attacks. From its top, you can see the Mount Bastia nearby and the villages of the old Breno valley (called Valbrembo and Paladina today), along with the Almenno plain, also known as Lemine, once renowned for being an important trade centre, and the hamlets located all along the street leading to the Brembana valley. This spectacular and vast landscape also embraces a significant part of the pre-Alps. The circle plan of the building resembles a star, featuring the four towers called Castagneta, Belvedere, Del Ponte and San Vigilio. Its basements are very tortuous: a tunnel (accessible in part) was also found, connecting the Castle directly to the northern side of the hills fortification, inside the San Marco Fortress.
The first news about a fortification on the Hill dates back to the VI Century after Christ, even if we can’t rule out the presence some previous Roman buildings. In 889, the future king of Italy Arnolfo di Carinzia decided to conquer it, sending away the religious community inhabiting it since the VI Century, which had built a small fortress called Castello della Cappella (Chapel’s Castle), dedicated to Saint Mary Magdalene.
The structure thus became a strategic military post, to the extent that in 1166 Bergamo Town Council decided to build a bigger castle. Thanks to the work of Milan’s Duchy in the XIV Century and mostly of the Republic of Venice in The XV Century, San Vigilio Castle underwent further enlargements and reinforcements. Many changes were carried out, including the four fortified towers provided with casemates and embrasures connected one another by a defensive wall and a protection moat.
During the XVI Century the Castle endured numerous sieges by the French and the Spanish. Therefore, a massive defensive wall was built, while the central medieval tower was demolished in order to let more garrisons get in; besides, the castled was equipped with the soldiers’ accommodations and the castellan’s house.
In the end of the XIX Century, the Castle begun to be seen as touristic attraction: the entire historical complex was purchased by the Soregaroli family to open a restaurant. It was a kind of premonition, as today the San Vigilio hill, with its two fancy restaurants, is considered one of the best places to have a romantic dinner. The San Vigilio funicular, established in 1912 to connect the hill to Sant’Alessandro Gate, also enhances the charming atmosphere
Later, the Castle was bought by Bergamo’s Municipality and opened to the public in 1962, while the funicular (closed since 1976) was reactivated in 1991. Currently the secret passage linking the San Marco Fortress with the Castle can be visited, thanks to the activity of a speleological group called “Le Nottole”, which arranges guided tours on request.

The town on the hill, Bergamo is a really nice Italian town in Lombardy close to Milan. The upper city, Città alta, or actually the older part of the city lies on a hill and is surrounded by old venetian walls from the 17th century. In the video we follow the small narrow streets of Via Gombito to the old square, Piazza Vecchia. From here we pass the cathedral and arrives at the walls by Saint Giacomo Gate by the Palazzo Medolago and head out to see the grand view over the surroundings and Città bassa, the lower city. The video ends with a few clips from late night looking up on Città alta and then a short visit to Via Gombito.

La Gallia Transpadana viene quindi annessa alla Repubblica Romana in espansione e dal 49 a.C. anche Bergomum diviene un Municipio romano. I romani riedificano il centro secondo gli assi cardo-decumano. A seguito della caduta dell'Impero, Bergomum è ripetutamente saccheggiata, fino all'arrivo dei Longobardi nel 569, che vi insediano un Ducato. Spodestati nel 774 dai Franchi, la città viene retta da una serie di vescovi-conti.Dal 1098 Bergamo è libero comune e dopo un paio di guerre con Brescia si unisce alla Lega Lombarda contro l'imperatore Federico II. A partire dal XIII secolo, nell'ambito delle lotte tra guelfi e ghibellini, Bergamo cade sotto l'influenza dei Visconti di Milano, che fortificano la Cittadella.Dal 1428 Bergamo entra a far parte della Serenissima. I veneziani ricostruiscono la città vecchia, erigendo possenti mura difensive. Il dominio veneto continua fino all'epoca napoleonica quando, dopo la breve esperienza della Repubblica Bergamasca, della Repubblica Cisalpina e del Regno d'Italia, con la Restaurazione Bergamo cade nella sfera austriaca del Regno Lombardo-Veneto. Gli austriaci sono i fautori della prima industrializzazione del territorio bergamasco, con l'impianto di manifatture tessili. Bergamo prende parte al Risorgimento fornendo buona parte dei Mille. Garibaldi stesso entra in città, con i suoi Cacciatori delle Alpi, l'8 giugno 1859. Dal 1860 Bergamo è parte del Regno, e poi della Repubblica Italiana.
