When you’re motivated to be your best, the world is your oyster.

Good things such as a great job, ideal partners and prime opportunities, come to those who believe in themselves.

Self-esteem and a good strong self-concept are central to being highly motivated. It’s hard for others to believe in you if you don’t believe in yourself. This is true in leadership, sales and even when raising a family.

Tony Robbins’ mentor, Jim Rohn, famously said you are the sum of the five people you hang around with most.

If your five best friends are destitute, you are more likely to become poor. If your favorite five people are upwardly mobile, you are likely to do well financially.

If your FFF (Five Friends Forever) are overweight and unhealthy, you’re likely to take on some of their bad habits. When your best buddies are fit and exercise prone, you are probably like them.

Highly motivated people:

- Are in a good mood every day
- See the glass as half-full
- Are optimistic even in the face of adversity
- Are resourceful when meeting challenges
- Exercise, eat right, take care of themselves
- Banish negative thinking
- Systemize productive thoughts, emotions, behavior
- Consume “how-to” books, videos and podcasts
- Avoid angry people and negative emotions
- Have “leftover” energy to help others and give back

Being able to motivate others is very important, so there’s a direct relationship between your success and your ability to make effective presentations.

Communication consultant, Michael Angelo Caruso has been helping businesspeople be more successful for over three decades, primarily through presentation training.

He’s a two-time TEDx speaker (TEDxDETROIT in Michigan and TEDxOCALA in Florida).

“I help speakers and presenters stop working against themselves,” says Caruso. “It’s a careful balancing act to know what to include in a presentation and what to leave out.”

Improve your presentation nearly overnight with Michael.

Sharpening your effectiveness as a presenter is an iterative process because you are changing habits. But working with Michael, you’ll see important improvements almost immediately.

He’ll visit your company to deliver training seminars to your leadership or sales team or he can coach you online. Michael can speak at your industry convention on how to improve presentation skills.

Michael is a trusted consultant to hundreds of companies and a well-regarded speaker coach for top business leaders, celebrities, and politicians.

HOW EXPENSIVE IS KYRGYZSTAN? | BACKPACKING KYRGYZSTAN | VISIT KYRGYZSTAN | 2021

In this video, I talk about how expensive is Kyrgyzstan in 2021. I explain how what the overall daily costs are and how much things are like hotels, taxis and food.

Kyrgyzstan is a sovereign state in Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country with mountainous terrain. It is bordered by Kazakhstan to the north, Uzbekistan to the west and southwest, Tajikistan to the southwest and China to the east. Its capital and largest city is Bishkek.

Kyrgyzstan's recorded history spans over 2,000 years, encompassing a variety of cultures and empires. Although geographically isolated by its highly mountainous terrain, which has helped preserve its ancient culture, Kyrgyzstan has been at the crossroads of several great civilizations as part of the Silk Road and other commercial and cultural routes. Though long inhabited by a succession of independent tribes and clans, Kyrgyzstan has periodically fallen under foreign domination and attained sovereignty as a nation-state only after the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Since independence, Kyrgyzstan has officially been a unitary parliamentary republic, although it continues to endure ethnic conflicts, revolts, economic troubles, transitional governments and political conflict. Kyrgyzstan is a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Eurasian Economic Union, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Turkic Council, the Türksoy community and the United Nations.

Ethnic Kyrgyz make up the majority of the country's 6 million people, followed by significant minorities of Uzbeks and Russians. Kyrgyz is closely related to other Turkic languages, although Russian remains widely spoken and is an official language, a legacy of a century of Russification. The majority of the population are non-denominational Muslims.[18] In addition to its Turkic origins, Kyrgyz culture bears elements of Persian, Mongolian, and Russian influence.
