Driving from Cooma to Thredbo & Perisher - Snowy Mountains Ski Resorts, NSW [4K]
Join me on a drive from the town of Cooma to the Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts in the Snowy Mountains of NSW! The 2022 snow season is off to a great start, with this video capturing some spectacular scenery of the Monaro plateau, Lake Jindabyne and Jindabyne Dam, the Kosciuszko National Park and of course some heavy snowfall!

I'm in sheep country, Snowy Mountains near Cooma with winter snow disappearing rapidly from the horizon. I posted a video recently of the Aussie outback from 40,000 feet, this time I'm feet on the ground, showing the vastness of our land they call Australia.There are not many houses around here and the properties can be quite large. The climate and landscape are ideal for wool growing, something that made Australia what it is today. Also check out the country style letter boxes where mail is delivered by 4WD to the roadside of each property.

AustraliaはCoomaのキャンプ場で目覚めた。
オーストラリア大陸の南に位置するタスマニア島へ行くために南下する。
道中、Mt.Kosciouszkoを登山したいと考え、山へ向けてヒッチハイクで向かう。
海外経験ゼロ。英語を話した経験ゼロ。現地の知識ゼロ。
誰よりも計画のない旅が始まった。
Cooma→Jindabyne→Perisher Valleyと、南へ移動したその道中を共有する。
僕の失敗や学びを活かして、皆で毎日を楽しめたら嬉しい！

Most beautiful road in NSW? Driving the Snowy Mountains Hwy - Hume Hwy/Tumut to Cooma
Join me for a drive on the incredibly scenic Snowy Mountains Highway, from its beginning on the Hume Highway to the town of Cooma in the Monaro highlands. We'll be passing through the towns of Adelong, Tumut and Adaminaby, as well as Kosciuszko National Park.
Cooma Motor Lodge Motel Presented by Peter Bellingham Photography
Offering free Wi-Fi and free parking, Cooma Motor Lodge Motel is located in the Snowy Mountains region. It offers a restaurant and bar with a fireplace. All rooms offer a flat-screen TV and a work desk.
Cooma Motor Lodge is just 3 minutes' drive from the Snowy Hydro Discovery Centre. Kosciuszko National Park is 80 km away and the Thredbo and Selwyn snowfields are both 100 km away.
All rooms include a refrigerator, a wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities. Each has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Central heating and air conditioning are standard in all rooms.
The Lodge Restaurant offers dinner 7 nights a week, featuring a menu of Australian and Thai cuisine. Breakfast is available upon request. The bar offers a selection of beer, wine and spirits.
Cooma Motel is located next to the Rhythm Snow Sports ski equipment store and is within 5 minutes' walk of other shops and cafes.
New South Wales : [ A Road Trip to Remember ]
This New South Wales road trip is one to remember.
Rolling out of Adaminaby, one of the highest towns in Australia.
Where this road trip New South Wales will finish up at the bush fire ravaged town of Cobargo on the East Coast of NSW.
Along the way, this road trip stops in at Cooma and discovers a lot more history about the Snowy Hydro Scheme.
After leaving Cooma, the road trip New South Wales continues towards Cobargo with a stop over at the Bemboka Pie Shop.
This country bakery is well worth stopping in for pie and sauce.
The road trip arrives in the tiny New South Wales town of Cobargo down on the East Coast of Australia.
Cobargo was hit very hard during the 2019/20 bushfires.
This historical town has lost a great deal of irreplaceable history.
It will be fantastic to see this tiny town up and going again.
While Cobargo, the road trip headed out for a day trip, along the coast towards Batemans Bay. With a stop over at Mogo Wildlife Park.
Mogo Zoo is a great day out for the family.
My road trip of Victoria and New South Wales, finishes up in Cobargo.
It has been a fantastic trip, and i look forward to travelling again once we can do so safely.
