Number 10: Go for a hike in El Yunque National park – This is the only subtropical rainvforest in the US (besides Hawaii) and is filled with so much bio diversity. Make sure you spot the ylang ylang tree to smell the beautiful flowers used in some of the best perfumes.
Number 9: Have lunch in La Placita at Chef Jose Enrique’s restaurant. Jose Enrique is an award winning chef who uses his master culinary skills to enrich traditional Puerto Rican dishes.
Number 8: Shop in el Mercado in La Placita – Be sure to stop by and talk to Hector Ruiz Housler, who sells herbs and concoctions used to treat all sorts of ailments.
Number 7: Have a cafecito at Café Cuatro Sombras - Located in Old San Juan and has the richest, most authentic Puerto Rican coffee in town.
Number 6: Visit Casa Cortés - Indulge your senses in fine chocolate and fine art here. Try their chocolate and cheese snack and sample one of their delicious chocolate beverages.
Number 5: Go to Piñones for authentic Puerto Rican street food – Try the fresh oysters, clams and all of the delicious fried food offered here. Be sure to pass by the cultural center to learn the history of this important Puerto Rican neighborhood.
Number 4: Spend an afternoon in the Botanical Gardens – Take a tour and smell the cinnamon and bay rum trees and if you’re lucky, you just might spot a coqui.
Number 3: Stay on Condado Beach. I love the San Juan Marriott Resort and Casino. It’s a quick drive from the airport, has breathtaking views, and has amazing service.
Number 2: Have a Bioluminescence experience - Puerto Rico has three Bioluminescent bays which contain millions of micro-organisms, called “dinoflagellates”, that glow fluorescent in the dark when agitated.

Today we are sharing with you another video where we drive through Puerto Rico and discover new and exciting places by doing a Condado and Old San Juan virtual tour!. Our drive today takes place in three main neighborhoods of San Juan. First, we drive through Condado Area exploring most of the interesting places to eat and stay. Also, we visit the Laguna del Condado. After that, we head over to enchanting Old San Juan and explore some of the most incredible historical places. We finish our trip in Ocean Park, where we drive through Playa del Ultimo Trolley and then to Santurce, to have a delicious lunch in Pepper's Bistro!

Ashford Avenue Walking Tour Condado Neighborhood San Juan Puerto Rico
TOMTalks takes you on a walking tour down Ashford Avenue in Condado, the main road running along the beach with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and hotels in the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. The tour starts in front of The Place, a good burger restaurant in Condado and continues down Ashford Avenue ultimately ending at the Condado lagoon where the lagoon meets the ocean. When you get to the Condado Lagoon you can take the bridge over the lagoon and continue heading to Old San Juan, or end your walking tour here and spend some time at the Lagoon. I discuss the many water sport activities that are popular at the Condado lagoon at the end of this video. In the video I mistakenly call Ashford Avenue McCleary several times. Apologies for this! That is because I walked down McCleary from my Airbnb to get to Ashford Avenue. However, it is Ashford Avenue that runs along the beach in Condado so do not get confused if you hear me say McCleary a few times. I hope this helps you enjoy your next trip to sunny San Juan!

Here are the top 10 most beautiful Caribbean Islands.
10. Cuba
Cuba is regarded as the largest Island in the Caribbean having an area of 42,803 square miles and over 4000 smaller islands. It is also the nearest Caribbean Island to the U.S, about 83 miles from Florida.
With a cruise, you can visit Cuba and experience its important features. Sea, nature excursions, water sports, original city walks and a trip to spice and craft markets like you have never experienced before. But you will also have something more: the electrifying view of the islands that appears, as if by magic, in the blue Caribbean Sea, displaying themselves with growing precision as you approach the port, in all their beauty.
The island has beautiful white beaches, such as the Playa Jibacoa which is protected by hills and dense vegetation, it also has Playas del Este, which spans about 9 kilometers.

U.S Virgin islands are a territory of the U.S that is found in the Caribbean. It features three main islands and lots of smaller islands. There is no passport required for any U.S citizens to visit this paradise as it is a U.S territory.
U.S Virgin Islands boast a warm, fantastic climate, and the average temperature ranges between 22 to 25 degree Celsius.
St. John, St. Thomas, and St. Croix are the three major islands of the U.S Virgin Islands. Each of these islands has pristine beaches in common and they offer unique characters and attractions.
