Mantua's compact historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site with a dense concentration of historic buildings, some of which date back to the Middle Ages, and others reflect the strong Renaissance tradition of town planning.
These historic sites are so close together, concentrated around three adjacent piazzas, making it very easy to see a lot in a short period of time with a minimal amount of walking. Located in the Lombardy region in the north of Italy, even though Mantua is inland, it's surrounded by water including three lakes and a canal, with a green park along the lakeshore, as you'll see more of later.
This is the ideal city for discovering on foot where it is so easy to get around while exploring these endlessly fascinating sites. This visit is extra special because you will be enjoying a walking tour with a local expert, Giacomo Cecchin.

Tropical Island - il più grande parco acquatico al coperto d'Europa
Tropical Islands Resort è il più grande parco acquatico/resort al coperto d'Europa, situato nell'hangar di dirigibili più grande del mondo in Germania.
Il Resort si trova in realtà, sul sito di un'ex base aerea militare sovietica a Krausnick, in Germania, all'interno di un hangar costruito originariamente per ospitare dirigibili zeppelin, progettato per trasportare merci a lunga distanza.
Questo hangar è enorme: paragonato in prospettiva, puoi inserire otto campi da calcio e la Statua della Libertà, oppure puoi far scivolare la Torre Eiffel su un lato.
Si dice che la foresta pluviale sia la più grande replica della foresta pluviale al coperto al mondo, e ospita 50.000 piante di 600 specie diverse, oltre a vari uccelli esotici, tartarughe e pesci, c'è anche un mare di 3.000 metri quadrati con 200 metri spiaggia al suo interno.

Lo sapevi che appena fuori da Milano c’è il parco acquatico al coperto più grande d’Italia? Siamo da Acquaworld ????, un parco acquatico super divertente adatto a grandi e piccini. Il parco infatti si divide in due zone, l’area fun ideale per le famiglie, con 7 scivoli super adrenalinici, vasca con le onde, river e idromassaggio e poi c’è l’area benessere separata super rilassante, con vasche idromassaggio, sauna, stanza del sale, area sensoriale che ricrea l’effetto del temporale ecc.. Il pezzo forte è la vasca riscaldata che esce all’esterno, una vera goduria per il periodo più freddo???? noi ci siamo divertiti come bimbi sugli scivoli (il nostro preferito senza dubbio il Black mamba sul gommone doppio ????) e poi rilassati nella zona relax. Il biglietto parte da 12,90 e varie in base alla tariffa scelta, sul sito troverai tutti i dettagli e l’area dedicata per l’acquisto online????️ avvertiamo che per gli scivoli (soprattutto quelli con gommoni) ci sarà un po’ di fila da fare, però sono fattibili ???? che dire, a noi questo parco è piaciuto da matti???? e voi ci andreste? Lo sapevi che Acquaworld si trova a Milano ed è l'unico parco acquatico Italiano aperto anche in Inverno? Questo perchè ha sia una parte esterna aperta solo in estate e anche una parte interna aperta in inverno, quindi quì è sempre estate.
In questo video faremo un tour completo di Acquaworld, vi farò vedere il parco, la zona spa accessibile a pagamento e ovviamente anche la nuova area 2023 Tiki Bay aperta proprio pochi giorni fà.
Un area acquatica davvero molto simile (se non uguale a MagicSplash di Magicland) aperto anche quello pochi giorni fà.
