Ready to have some fun? Hop on the GO Train and take a trip with us to Niagara Falls, Ontario. On this trip we will take a ride on the 175 foot Skywheel and watch an artificial volcano explode, descend a 125 feet to take a journey behind the falls, visit North America's only class six rapids, ascend 775 feet above the falls to get a 360 view of it on the Skylon Tower, visit a miniature village with a cool model train on it, cross the Niagara Whirlpool suspended 240 feet above it on the Whirlpool Aero Car, see The Floral Showhouse, visit the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory, watch the light show on the falls at night and of course have some wonderful walks enjoying the views that Niagara has to offer and much, much more. Stanwell Park is located just an hour south from Sydney. A place of relaxation, rest and tranquillity!
Bald Hill Lookout is one of the most popular lookouts between Sydney and Wollongong offering beautiful coastal and cliff views. Paragliding can be booked to enjoy the birds eye view of this amazing spot.
Sea Cliff Bridge is 665m long and one of the highlights along the Grand Pacific Drive. This drive will take you through the beautiful coastal towns of Shellharbour and Kiama and will end Shoalhaven region.

Our wonderful friends Vic & Amanda, welcomed us back to their home to spend Easter break with them. We had a lovely 10 days relaxing around Yundy, being spoilt with numerous boat trips up and down the river. Rusty loved being back at the ‘treat house’ and enjoyed her daily walks around the neighbourhood park. Words again, can’t describe the generosity, warmth and general homely feel???? we have for Vic & Amanda. We can’t wait to see them again, and eventually on the East Coast, to show them around our local spots.
So after 10 days, we moved from Mandurah to a van park in Fremantle, as there were a few small spots we wanted to see. We had drinks at the popular brewery, Little Creatures which was nice. We did a few small trips around town and into the CBD, making the most of our days. Visiting the Perth mint was a highlight, we did the tour and even got our own personalized gold plated coin. As well as touching a gold bullion worth $500k and seeing the largest gold coin in the world! We had a stroll through Kings Park, checking out the botanical gardens and popular blue boat shed.
Around Fremantle, we visited the Fremantle Prison where we did the ‘behind bars’ tour and tunnel tour. Both fascinating and we enjoyed learning the history of the place. We swung by the shipwreck museum and learnt about the Batavia wreck. A great museum which simply ask for a donation on entry. We also visited the WA maritime museum and splurged out and did the submarine tour.

- Fremantle Prison tours
After 3 nights with jam packed days of sightseeing, we moved north to Burns Beach, where our lovely friends were staying. A nice small van park which is right on the foreshore.
We had a great time catching up with everyone in and around Perth. You all know who you are. We know, we only scratched the surface on what Perth has to offer, but we’re sure we’ll be back in the future. So plenty of other opportunities to see different things.

Our drive around Australia started quickly as we drove inland through the NSW outback. We hit South Australia, where we met up with our friends and continued through towards the Nullarbor, crossing the Western Australia border. From Western Australia we slowed down, free camping and fishing on beaches, visiting incredible national parks and trails. Many days of bushwalking, swimming, chasing whale sharks and waterfalls.
We took our four wheel drive through the iconic Gibb River Road, where we crossed many river crossings, met wild snakes and crocodiles and soaked in many waterfalls and thermal pools.
Our Gibb River Adventure ended while we crossed the Northern Territory Border where we visited more water holes, waterfalls and hot springs.
