PANZANELLA, A CLASSIC TUSCAN SUMMER DISH | LUCCA BIENNALE | VISITING A CERAMIC STUDIO

In this episode, we walk in the Piazzas to admire the amazing paper sculptures, which are part of the Lucca Biennale Cartasia, the major show in the world about art and architecture made of paper. Later we pop into our friend Giuliana Buonamici's ceramic studio by Puccini's statue. Enzo prepares the Tuscan classic Panzanella, but he also does the version chic, which turns this humble dish into a dinner party winner.

Giuliana Buonamici Ceramic Studio - Piazza Cittadella, 13 - 55100 Lucca
Cartasia:

Panzanella classica (serves 2 as a light lunch)
