Street interviews at Central Festival in Chiang Mai, North Thailand. Yet again we find a mix of interesting people to find out what is so special about this amazing city.
????????♂️| More info about the Wat Ket Comunitie Bruce was talking about;
Wat Ket Community is a local historic community, full of people from various nationalities, Chinese traders, western missionaries, and native people. It is located on the east side of the Mae Ping River. The community's diverse culture is reflected through international architecture which has still remained till nowadays. Inside, Wat Ketkaram stands in the center of each community. Formerly, before the train has been used as transportation here, Wat Ket used to be the important boat landing along the riverway from Rattanakosin (Bangkok) to Chiangmai and other Southern cities. Later, in B.E. 2339, after Chiangmai has become Rattanakosin's colony, people began to take house construction more seriously. Wat Ket has therefore grown more economically significant since then. At present, Wat Ket has preserved a collection of the community's historical evidence at the Wat Ket museum within the Wat Ket Karam area. ????| READ MORE:
