Naan Bread Recipe
We swap out plain yogurt for dairy free plain coconut yogurt
Curry Recipe
Spices needed:
- Curry Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Masala
- Turmeric
- Pinch of Salt
- Garlic and Ginger optional
Brown chicken then add 1 big teaspoon of each spice and lightly burn into chicken. Add water if too dry.
Add water to just cover chicken and simmer for 20 mins.
Add coconut milk or use coconut milk powder. 1 cup roughly or adjust to own taste / preference.
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of raw sugar.
If it needs more zing just add more lemon juice and salt.

Hello Great Keppel Island!
We jump on board the Freedom Fast Cats ferry to Great Keppel Island and spend the day exploring the awesome beaches and Juice gets to come along too. Bryce dives in for some snorkeling, and we get lunch at the Hideaway bay resort and sit back to enjoy a couple of cocktails. After a massive day we take it easy, enjoy some markets and a walk down Farnborough beach to find some sick sea snakes washed up. We cook up a pork belly and finally nail the crackling. That arvo we kick back and enjoy a fire in the Island View Kinka Beach caravan park.

Chelsea beach walk | Melbourne | Australia
Chelsea Beach is a 1.5 km long (1 mile), straight stretch of sand between Bonbeach and Edithvale. The beach is located 250 m from the Chelsea railway station and is home to the Chelsea Life Saving Club, founded in 1917. The beach has essentially identical beach, surf and bar characteristics as adjoining Bonbeach, which explains why I almost titled this 'Bonbeach beach walk'

Hey everyone! We are back on the road full time travelling australia!
We have some 12v fridge issues in our Roadstar caravan but are able to fix it quickly. Were staying at Cape Palmerston and explore the beach which is walking distance away. We then head to Finch Hatton (1 hours from Mackay) while we explore the area and are staying at the showgrounds alongside cattle creek which is perfect for a dip. Bryce is straight into digging a nice little water hole to relax in and we go exploring near some water crossings. A quick exploration to Araluen Cascades for a cool refreshing waterfall swim.

Chelsea Sea Beach And Park | Melbourne | Australia
The Chelsea foreshore precinct is located a short 250m walk from Chelsea train station, and accessible ticketed parking on Camp Street.
Chelsea Beach is a 1.5km long sandy stretch, with sand dunes dotted with beach huts and natural habitats behind. The beach area has showers and off lead dog areas, and is home to the Chelsea Yacht Club and Chelsea Longbeach Surf Club and a historic fishing pier.
The Victory Park playground has play equipment, including a lighthouse overlooking the beach, climbing mats and activities, BBQs, picnic tables, shelters and toilets.

Hey everyone!
This week we are taking it easy while we are saving some money to keep travelling australia! Walk and coffee down the Yeppoon foreshore. We check out byfield national park, upper stony creek and a pottery shop. A quick walk at the 'Turtle walk' bluff point walk. Juice our cavoodle puppy gets a haircut and looks completely different. An early knockoff means a quick ferry ride over to Great Keppel Island for sunset dinner and drinks with friends. Sunday morning is spent down the beach with our Next gen Ford Ranger and a quick blast on our skateboards on the hard sand.
