The Chambersburg Mall is a fascinatingly dead mall, down to only an antique store as an anchor, an art gallery, and at the time of filming the AMC Theater. However, it was announced on the day of our visit (April 6, 2023) that the AMC would close in 10 days.
With the AMC closing, it's hard to tell how this mall branded in 2009 as one of American's most endangered malls by US News & World Report will be hanging on. We were so glad to make it out so enjoy our journey through the Chambersburg Mall in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
