I tried the 420€ Menu at a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant in Italy - Da Vittorio
I take you to some of the world’s most exclusive 3 Michelin-star restaurants.
Today, we are off to the Lombardy region of Italy, to a restaurant called Da Vittorio.
They offered the seasonal white truffle menu, (white truffle is the most expensive ingredient in the world) where everything is built around this single ingredient.
This 3 Michelin star restaurant is the perfect example of a welcoming, family-run affair. Elegant without being stuffy and sumptuous without being cold, the restaurant offers its guests a warm and spontaneously friendly welcome.

The Entire Camino In 10 Minutes
I couldn't record a new video this week due to a family emergency, but we still wanted to try something different. Is this format something you would be interested in seeing more in the future? I know most subscribers aren't interested in the Camino, but it's kind of a cool challenge trying to tell such a long story in only 10 minutes without a bunch of boring exposition. I'll definitely keep making series and long movies for my future hikes, too, but I like trying new things. I am interested in hearing your thoughts!

Il Duomo di Torino o Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista è dedicato al santo patrono della città e rappresenta l'unica chiesa in stile rinascimentale presente a Torino. La struttura ospita anche la preziosa Sindone e il Museo Diocesano di Torino.

4) PIAZZA CASTELLO
Piazza Castello è la piazza più importante di Torino. La piazza ospita il complesso architettonico di Palazzo Madama e Casaforte degli Acaja, sede del Museo Civico d'Arte Antica, il Palazzo della Prefettura, l'Armeria Reale, il Teatro Regio, l'ex Palazzo della Regione Piemonte, la Chiesa di San Lorenzo, l'antica Galleria Subalpina, la Torre Littoria. A nord-ovest la piazza si estende su un'area costeggiata da Palazzo Chiablese, nota come Piazzetta Reale che porta a Palazzo Reale.

5) PARCO DEL VALENTINO
Il Parco del Valentino sorge lungo le rive del fiume Po presso il centro e rappresenta il più antico e famoso parco di Torino. Nel parco troviamo anche il Castello del Valentino, il Borgo Medievale, l'Orto Botanico dell'Università degli Studi di Torino e la Fontana dei Mesi e delle Stagioni.

6) PORTA PALATINA
Davanti al Duomo di Torino si erge la Porta Palatina che rappresentava. I resti rappresentano la maggiore testimonianza dell'epoca romana torinese, ma anche una delle porte difensive risalenti al I secolo a.C. meglio conservate in assoluto.

7) VIA PO E PIAZZA VITTORIO VENETO
Via Po collega la Piazza Castello con Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Al termine dei 704 m di lunghezza nasce Piazza Vittorio Veneto che è la piazza con portici più grande d'Europa. La piazza dalla parte opposta a Via Po è delimitata dalle rive del fiume Po e dal ponte Vittorio Emanuele I che punta dritto alla Chiesa della Gran Madre di Dio che costituisce uno dei luoghi di culto più rinomati di Torino.

8) VIA ROMA E PIAZZA SAN CARLO
Via Roma è una delle più importanti vie di Torino, collega Piazza Castello alla di Porta Nuova attraversando le famose Piazza San Carlo detta il Salotto di Torino e Piazza C.L.N. fino a giungere in Piazza Carlo Felice che si estende davanti alla stazione ferroviaria.
